Chapter 18: The Prince
“Greetings, Monster kind's Royal Officers and Royal Family.
I would like to inform you, that tomorrow Wednesday night... there will be a simple meeting.
The topic for tomorrow night's meeting will be about… the deceased ambassador of Monster kind, Frisk Dreemurr...-”
“…..”
Chara turned quiet… unintenionally forming a slight frown.
I miss him so much. Well, I could see him later, right? Hopefully I could...
You're so stupid Frisk….
…Frisk, why did you even sacrifice for me…? Is it even worth it...?
Will I even change? Did I? Hah. Stupid me… he isn't coming back from the dead…
And…now with the King's invite for a darn meeting to talk about Frisk?
Stupid huma-
“Is that all, Chara?” Undyne interrupted her thoughts.
“…? … uhh, no. Not yet.” Chara replied, she quickly and tried to forget her previous thoughts.
“…Frisk Dreemurr is one of the bravest heroes I've ever seen in my lifetime. He really is, to be honest…
Also, the meeting will not be only about Frisk Dreemurr. We will also talk about… on what happened to the 7 children who fell... and where are them…now.
About 2 couples came to my castle, and claimed that they are the parents of some children who fell, they are dead-worried...
Hopefully, we could talk this out peacefully.
This is where my writing stops, goodbye everyone.
Have a great day!
Sincerely,
King Pierce Raven Strauss III”
Asgore sighed.
“Well then everyone, we must prepare for tomorrow night's meeting.”
Asgore told everbody, and all nodded.

Chara walked up the stairs, and to Frisk's room.
Chara stopped herself at the door, just few inches away from the doorknob.
As she stopped, she felt her vision blur.
She realized… she was crying.
‘…damn, it. I'm crying again!’
She turned around and leaned against the door, then let herself slide down.
As she reached the cold floor, her tears began to slow down.
“Frisk…we miss you... so much.”
She wrapped her ams around herself, and cried until she was exhausted then slept.
A short skeleton saw her, and carefully levitated her towards Frisk's room and made her lay down against the bed.

The scientist of the Human kingdom, Simon, crouched and carefully levitated the soul of Frisk using his enchanted leather black gloves.
“You know… King Pierce? Do you even have to lie to your son, Prin-”
“I have to, Simon. As a father, it hurts to lie to him… ”
The king interrupted Simon.
Simon, hearing his king's quick reply turned quiet.
He then make Frisk's soul levitate towards the capsule he brought, carefully.
‘I'm sorry for killing you. But its the only way to bring you back…’
He thought, as he closed the capasule, which inside it is now Frisk's soul, pulsing brightly.
He then stood up and wiped his forehead.
He let out a sigh.
“King Pierce, we can now go back to the castle, or I suppose… the original dimension.”
The king looked up against the sky and sighed.
“I suppose, we can now go…”
The king replied.
As he quietly observed his surroundings, he noticed something naturally…wrong.
The trees… starts glitching.
The animals… starts dying with no reason.
The soil, which was previously healthy, was now cracking.
The lake, the same as the trees, was now glitching.
“This dimension seems to be losing its source of existence…”
Simon, spoked up.
“True…and that source is... Determination.”
The king commented.
“My…- the prince sure is determined…”
Simon, commented.
The king walked towards the door, with his scientist Simon following him.
The scientist then closed the door from his back.
Then…the dimension never existed again…

((Teusday Evening, at the Human kindom, the castle of King Peirce))
((Basement, the lab of Scientist, Simon))
Simon put the capsule on his table, carefully. And began to prepare his machine, that he named: B2-001.
The machine, B2-001, has 3 containers.
The first one on the lower right side, it's function is to hold the capsule, which holds the soul.
The second one on the upper middle of the machine, it's function is to recreate the original, physical body of the soul.
The third one on the lower left side, it's function is to do the "sacrifice" for the soul and it's physical body.
It also has 16 buttons, located at the middle. It has a cover for the 16 buttons, to avoid accidents in typing that may result to unpleasant results.
It can recreate the soul's physical form, in any known being.
Of course, this needs the soul to make the physical form of the soul.
The B2-001, helped numerous beings around the kingdom, who called for help.
But every great invention, has its own weaknesses.
This includes the B2-001.
Of course, everyday, someone's soul shatters… or die to be short.
The B2-001 cannot recreate the physical form of the soul.
The B2-001 can only recreate the soul's physical form…if…the soul is equally shaped.
The deaths in the kingdom has more unequal souls than the equally shaped ones.
Thus, the B2-001 helps only a bit in the kingdom.
AND, the soul can only be equally shaped… if the rescuer has an enchanted glove, AND a capsule. In which the scientist had earlier.
If the rescuer have no tools like this, or just ONE missing tool in the two, the soul can now go towards Death's place easily.
Of course, the soul is fragile… thus, the rescuer must be highly conscious and careful of the soul. If not… then, dead!
This may be a great invention, but it has a side effect.
It's side effect can erase… some parts of the soul's memory.
The length of it's erasure is random.
Another side effect is...
there must be a living human sacrifice for the machine to work.
Life here isn't fair.
If you want to bring someone back, you have to sacrfice someone you have.
The scientist, along with the kingdom, is unhappy about its side effects, but if they can bring someone back from the dead, they will do it.
Simple.

After 3 hours of preparing the machine, B2-001.
The machine was now complete, the only thing left to do, is to put the capsule, in which Frisk's soul is in it. And to sacrifice someone and to pull the lever, in which the machine will do its work.
Looking back to Simon, he felt exhausted and proud at the same time.
He wiped his forehead, sweat leaving his forehead.
“Finally, its all nearly done…!”
He stretched his arms, and smiled.
He went to his research table with a computer, and and picked up a remote.
The remote was small, black, and simple. It has about 10 colorful, simple buttons, and has a round head of a microphone on the upper part of the remote.
On the bottom part of the remote, was a hole, specifically it is charging and for an imput:
DC-AUX .
He then pressed the 7th button of the remote, and began to speak against the microphone.
“Subject 23, please go the lab and help me out here.”
While he was waiting for the reply, he hid a knife that was on the table, in his pocket.
And pressed another button, which is gray, on the remote.
“Okay, Sir.”
A female, unstable, voice came as a reply from the remote.
“Good.”
He then went towards the machine, while carrying the capsule.
He then opened the container in the lower right side of the machine, and put the capsule in it, then he locked it.

Knock.
Knock.
Knock.
“Sir. Simon?”
Knock.
“Are you there?”
Sounds came behind the iron door.
Getting the attention of the scientist, Simon.
He then went towards the iron door and pressed his hand to a hand detector located near the iron door, which is obviously the wall.
The hand detector showed a affirmative sign that made the iron door open.
Simon, then saw the female, she was talking to.
Subject 23.
“Greetings, Sir. Simon.”
The female greeted him, with a forced smile.
“Hello, Subject 23. Come in.”
He then gestured her to come in the lab.
The female nodded, and went to do what she was told.
He then walked towards his research table.
He rested his arms and leaned against the table.
“Now… Subject 23. I have a task for you… do you see this machine?”
He pointed at the machine, the B2-001.
The female nodded.
“Do you remember how it functions?”
The female nodded.
“I'll make your life worthy.”
The female remained silent.
“Sacrifice yourself, Subject 23.”
Seeing the female still silent, he began to shout the purpose for her sacrifice.
“For the Prince!”
The female frowned, but few seconds passed… she then smiled.
Not a forced smile, but a happy smile.
“…okay, Sir. Simon. For the Prince.”
This made Simon felt happy.
He then faced his research table and went to type in his computer.
Another few seconds passed, the machine opened it's lower left side and revealed a big container.
The container had a door, and the door opened.
The female went inside the container, with a smile.
“Any last words, Subject 23?”
He asked the female while typing on the keyboard.
“For the Prince, and my beautiful daughter… Chara Icter!”
He smiled.
“I hope you can see your daughter on the heavens, Subject 23.”
A tear ran down the female's cheek, and she smiled once again.
Simon, pressed the last button on the keyboard, and instantly the container's door closed.
The lower left side closed.
The machine then began to lighten some parts on it.
It was making a progress.
Slowly, but surely.
“I wonder what her daughter looks like, though.”

((Wednesday Morning))
Bzzt.
Bzzt.
Bzzzzzzt.
Getting the attention, of the exhausted scientist laying down on his research table.
He quickly pressed his alarm clock, and instantly began to sleep again.
‘Hah…what a beautiful day… let me sleep first.’
“For the prince!”
Words reminded his mind, and his eyes widened.
He quickly stood up, and fixed himself.
‘Oh yes, the resurection of the Prince..!’
He then get his gloves which was located near him, and put it on.
He then went to get the ladder and a gravity gun, and succeded.
He carried the ladder towards the machine and made the ladder leaned against the machine.
He didn't went up yet.
He pressed several buttons, making the machine open another container, which is located at the upper middle.
He then went up the ladder, which its end was leading towards the open side of the container.
“Anyone there?”
He asked the silence of the container.
He heard someone, stirring.
‘Sleeping? That's my first time experiencing someone sleeping in the machine. Heh.’
He then pulled out his gravity gun and levitated the body.
Suprisingly, this body was… covered in fog..?
He then went down the ladder, still holding the gravity gun.
He then went towards his research table and made the body sit on it, turning off the gravity gun.
He can't figure out the human, due to the fog blocking the human.
The human stretched its arms, and waved at the scientist.
“Hello…”
“Oh! Uh… hello there. What's your name?”
“My name is Frisk.”
“Whole name, Frisk.”
Frisk taught for a moment and answered.
“Frisk Strauss. And what's with the fog covering me, if you don't mind?”
Simon, hid a smile, and answered.
“Just wave it off. You'll be fine…”
Frisk nodded, and do what he was instructed.
Frisk then saw a scientist, a royal scientist, Simon.
His eyes widened and stood up, then hugged Simon.
“Woah!”
Simon, was suprised by the sudden hug.
“I miss you so much!”
Frisk pulled out from the hug.
“We miss you too…”
“We?”
“Yes… we. Do you remember Prince Frisk Sternum Strauss?”
“Oh yes! I'm still a prince, right?”
The scientist nodded happily.
“Oh cool, then. Where is father, then?”
“Just wait a minute, okay?”
Frisk nodded.
Simon, pulled out his remote and pressed the 1st button, and began to speak against it.
“King Pierce, your son, Prince Frisk is here. Alive and well.”
A happy scream can be heard from the remote.
“Okay, your majesty, we'll go there.”
The conversation ended, and Simon looked at Frisk.
“You remember all of this place, right?”
Frisk nodded.
“Good. Lets meet you father, King Pierce then.”
Heheheheh, let the story scramble!
This took almost 1 month to do. And why do I still find this short?
Do you guys like it, though?
Frisk doesn't remember a bit in any of his adventures, including resets, in Mt. Ebott.
At least Chara and Frisk can meet again, right?
*evil laughs*
This chapter also includes the mother of Chara, Subject 23.
The mother's whole name will be told in the future chapters.
Anyways, here are the whole names of the two lovers.
Frisk Sternum Strauss
&
Chara Icter
I'm still thinking what middle name of Chara will be though..
Can you guys help me out, for the middle name of Chara that fits?
Thank you guys for reading this chapter, though?
It would be appreciated if you guys voted or/and commented on the story!
*evil laughs for some unknown reason*
