Drishti sat in the car and drove back home hurriedly, with tears constantly flowing from her eyes she ran up to her room while rakshit who was in the basement came out to see her

Rakshit : cupcake aa gayi par vho mhuje bina mile upar kyun chali gayi

He said to himself while he went upstairs

Drishti hugged her pillow and started crying, she had found her love but his happiness was more important to her then hers

Drishti remembered the day she confessed her love

Drishti:I love you Rakshit

Rakshit:I love you too cupcake

While Tears were rolling down her cheeks remembering their moment, his concern, jealousy and his narcissistic comments about himself

Old lady: If u love him then u will do the best for him.

Drishti: *in tears* Nahi.. Rakshit.. Nahi jayega.. Main use mujhe chod ke nhi jaane dunga.. Woh yahi rhega mere saath...

Rakshit opened the door of her room and saw her crying on  the bed.

Rakshit(concerned) : cupcake..

Drishti looked at him in tears while He sat on her bed as she immediately crashed into his arms

Drishti closed her eyes feeling him while he caressed   her hair

Rakshit:hey cupcake kya hua haan , why are you crying

He asked her as she broke the hug while her tears were still flowing

Drishti:Rakshit....

Rakshit:shh cupcake phele yeh ansu poncho aur phir bolo saying so he wiped her tears and kissed her forehead

While Drishti looked at him

Drishti:*sniffing* meine aaj ek soul dekha

Rakshit:*cupping her cheeks* cupcake you are blessed...... Tumhein darne ki koi zarurat nahi hai

Drishti:*crying*Rakshit bachpan sey mein ek introvert kid thi, na mere dost the na koi, meri mom bhi ek accident mein humein chod kar chali gayi, uske baad I only had my dad, too look after me..... Meri zindagi yese hi chalti gayi I have lost almost everything , and everyone I loved and you? You mean the world to me I..... I can't lose you rakshit, I just can't

Rakshit looked at her tensed, everything was acceptable but not her tears, for once he could even leave her for that vicky if she had said that Vicky made her happy, after all he was in love with her and keeping her happy was everything he wanted

Rakshit:shh cupcake chup ho jao

Drishti: *crying*Rakshit I seriously can't leave you, mumma kay janne kay baad mein depression mein chali gayi, ek din jab mein gaadi chala rahi thi tho achanak seu ek gaadi ney mhuje takar mar di, dad ney mhuje bataya ki mein mar gayi thi phir I just returned back to life...... Mein ussi din marri kyun nahi kyun!?

She said completely broken  while rakshit kept his finger on her lips and made her look at him

Rakshit:*cupping her face*shh cupcake yeh anab shanab bakna baandh karo , kadar karo apni zindagi ki, you got your life back make it worth the second chance you got

Drishti nodded while rakshit kissed her forehead and once again wiped her tears and kissed her cheek

Rakshit:cupcake ek aur ansu agar bahaye na tho maar padegi ok

If you love him, you'll do what is best for him

Drishti:*in tears* Rakshit tumhara sukoon kis cheez sey hai... How will you achieve your light?

Rakshits smile wiped off his face ,while memories flashed back before his eyes

Rakshit:*sadly* Mihika

Drishti: mein tumhein tumhara sukoon dungi.......

Rakshit:*shocked* yeh tum kya khe rahi ho

Drishti narrated him everything about the lady and the way she freed her

Rakshit:*smiling bitterly* tumhein accha laga unhe free karkar?

Drishti nodded in tears while he looked at her

Drishti:*in tears* mein tumhein-

Rakshit:*sadly* but I'm not ready to leave you ........you are my everything in fact I can stay locked here if it means to stay with you forever

Drishti  hugged him tightly while he hugged her back too

Drishti:*crying* be with me forever

Rakshit:*bitterly* I can't  cupcake our love isn't possible

Drishti broke their hug and looked at him

Drishti:*sobbing* But what's possible isn't love

Rakshit kissed the side of her head while she looked at him

Rakshit:*sadly*our destiny is preposterous

Drishti:then will change the preposterous path

Drishti joined her forehead  to his while tears rolled down her eyes while he looked at her bitterly not even being able to shed tears

Drishti turned her head and made him look at her and signed him to continue telling his past while rakshit nodded sadly and decided to tell her

Rakshit:*chuckling sadly* she was my everything my life, my heart meri dil ka tukda thi vho, meri behen meri sabkuch

He said as he removed a photo from his pocket and showed her

Drishti:*smiling * how cute!!

Rakshit:yes she was yeh humare last raksha bandhan ki thi, she was an angel usko traditional clothes bilkul pasand nahi the, but still haar saal vho mere liye phenti thi, she was smaller then me teen saal choti yhi mujse lekin mhuje apne ungliyon par nachati thi

Rakshit said feeling nostalgic while drishti smiled at him

Rakshit:she was my bundle of joy , lekin mein ek acche bhai hone ka farz nahi nibha paya I lost it cupcake I lost her because of me she is no more now

Rakshit:meri mom humein chod kar kKepsi aur kay sath bhag gayi, phir dad ney dusri shaadi kar li, I always treated her as my mother lekin unhone girgit ki tarha apne rangh badal diye ,Mihika didn't like
Her par mhuje bhi kabhi uss ko force karna accha nahi laga , kyunki jaisi ho maa tho apni hi pyaari hoti hai

But that one day changed everything

*flashback*

Rakshit:baccha meri baat sunn na, tujhe koi galat fehmi hui hogi, i mean why will she be behind us for property?

Mihika:please bhai listen to me, vho aurat acchi nahi hai

Rakshit:enough.... Mihika mom hai vho humari

Mihika:*angrily* nahi hai vho meri mom, she isn't my mom vho aurat sirf apna faida soch rahi hai she wants to freaking kill us and take the property for herself, she's a freaking gold digger , kamini aurat hai vho

Rakshit:*angrily* Mihika!!

Rakshit raised his hand to slap her while she flinched , rakshit stopped his hands on time while Mihika looked at him hurt....

Rakshit:shit... Shit... mihika I'm sorry  I'm sorry

Mihika: *hurt* not done bhai not done
Sayings so she ran back up while rakshit followed her

Rakshit:Mihika, baccha listen to me please!!!!!

But Mihika ran back up and closed the door , while rakshit kept banging it

Rakshit:mihika darwaza khol, khol na I'm sorry Mihika .....Mihika please

Mihika:apne unki vajha sey mhuj par hatt uthaya , bhai how could you!!

Rakshit said pleading outside while Mihika finally opened the door

And rakshit immediately rushed in

Rakshit:*concerned* pagal hai kya yese koi darata hai, tujhe pata hai ki mein kitne paresha  tha haan , rotlu koi apne bhai ko yese darata hai kya pagli , meine tujhe agar phele mara hota tho tum abh itni ziddi nahi hoti

Mihika:*sobbing* aap mhuje maaroge?

Rakshit:dhatt pagli, Tu rho math ...... Ok

Rakshit said embracing his sister, who was still crying

Mihika:*crying* bhai promise me we'll leave this house and go somewhere else, mhuje uss aurat kay sath nahi rhe na please bhai

Mihika pleaded him while he at last nodded at her demand

Rakshit:theek hai hum jaldi yahan sey niklenge ok

Mihika hugged him again with a smile on her face

Mihika:thank you bhai you are the best

Drishti:phir kya hua?

Rakshit:*bitterly* kash cupcake kash meine ussi din uski baat maan li hoti kyunki vho agla din humari zindagi lekar chala gaya

*flashback*

Rakshit was coming back home from college when suddenly his phone rang , while Mihikas name flashed on it

Rakshit immediately took the call only to hear a stammering Mihika

Mihika:bhai..... Bhai.... Jaldi ghar aao... Mhuje iss aurat ney pakad liya please bhai.... Ahhhhh chodo mhuje ..... Bhai vho yeh..... Mrs. Shergill ney mhuje pakad liye bhai... Ghar aajao

Rakshit :*concerned* Mihika...... Mihi.....

But before he could anything her call was disconnected

Rakshit immediately took his car and drove home

The moment he entered the house , the sight in front of him was enough to boil his blood ..... Mihika came running towards him with torn clothes , while rakshit shot that Lady which he knew as his 'stepmom'  a angry look while she called her hands and came towards them

Mihika:*crying*bhai..... Bhai iss aurat ney yeh sabh sirf properties kay liye kiya , meine apko kaha tha na bhai, that this bloody women just wants our money , bhai yeh humein maar dengey

Rakshit immediately hugged her

Rakshit:*angrily* Tu chinta maat kar mein hun na

Mohana:*angry*tum sabh dhek kya rahe ho pakdo dono ko

Rakshit:*bloodshot eyes*Mrs.Mohana , Mihika sahi thi aap ek nihayti ghatiya insaan hai ,you'll pay for it

Meanwhile  the goons surrounded them while Mihika hid behind Rakshit..... While he was glaring them

Rakshit started hitting the goons black and blue while Mihika took his phone and was calling for help when  Mohana caught hold of her and threw her on the floor while the mobile broke into pieces

Rakshit:*screaming* Mihika run!!!!

Mihika was supposed to run when mohana kept her foot on her hand

Mihika:*screaming *ahhhh

Rakshit:*concerned* Mihika

Mohana smirked at them and kept a knife on Mihikas neck Rakshit stopped hitting the goons feeling completely helpless, while now the gonna started hitting him

Mihika looked at mohana and then at her brother, she took the opportunity and pushed mohana while rakshit too started hitting the goons

Mihika hit the goons with the lamps while rakshit was hitting them with his hands

Together they both tackled the goons together

Mihika:*concerned* bhai aap thik tho hai na

Rakshit immediately hugged her

Rakshit:haan... Mihik-

But before he could complete his sentence, mohana stabbed him with a knife from the back

Mihika:*screaming* Bhai!!!!!

Mohana:*evilly*hahahaha dono kante samapat abh sirf mein aur yeh meri jaidad, alvida mere pyaare step kids

Rakshit turned to see Mohana with a knife smirking at them

Rakshit: Mi.....mihika

Mohana stabbed Mihika on her stomach while rakshit tried his best to push mohana off her, but mohana pushed rakshit off the stairs while he fell down right into the attic

Rakshit:*before closing his eyes* Mi... Mihika

Mihika:bhai!!!

With that rakshit died on the spot, totally covered with blood

*flashback ends*

Drishti was in tears hearing his story while he was there sitting numb

Rakshit:*sadly* tin saal.... Tim saal hogaye , she killed us both kya galti hmthi humari, kya kiya tha mihika ney kya kiya tha meine thi deserve this? Jaidad chaiye thi na unhe tho de dete but why..... I'll not get my light unless she is over

Drishti hugged him, crying her heart out while he just sat there with a sad smile.... Not even able to cry

Drishti:*mind* I'll do anything to get your life, and I'm sorry for what's going to happen......
