The blurb isn’t well placed. Having a great story line is one thing, coming up with a short description that suits the story is another. I feel like your story is very much more interesting than your blurb. I suggest you change it.

There was no information about your characters, they weren’t described, I suggest you do that. 

Plot And Flow of the story ( 10/15): 

I read all chapters of your book, you have a great story line. The story flows well but up till now you haven’t given us more of Lisa’s backstory to help us understand more so we can feel more empathetic towards her.
