(Adam's POV)
We made it to a cabin and I ask,"So...What's your name?"

The person turns to me. "I'm Kelsey." She says,then turns to the door and opens it. We all go inside.

"Okay," she says,"just touch the eggs at the top."

We all touch the eggs at the top,and animals pop up beside us.

Mine is an eagle,Jin's is a cat,Jess' is also a cat,Shelby's is a bunny,Ross' is a chicken, Max's is a fox,Avery's is also a fox,Barney's is a goat,and Red's is a snow leopard cub.

"Those are the animals that will be your companions in fights and journeys. You can name them and then we will get on with revealing the powers from the eggs." Kelsey says.

We all reveal the names to each other. Mine is named Thunder,Jin's is named Melissa,Jess' is named Sprinkles,Shelby's is named May,Ross' is named Thundermuffin,Max's is named Violet,Avery's is named Mercy,Barney's is named Goat,and Red's is named Breeze.

"Ok. Now that that's done,Adam,touch your egg at the top." Kelsey instructs me to do. I do so and a light comes from it,surrounding me. It stops abruptly and the rest of my friends go.

"Well,Adam,you have Air powers,Jin has Magic powers,Jess has Nature powers,Shelby has Light powers,Ross has Water powers,Max has Fire powers,Avery has Sound powers,Barney has Earth powers,and Red has Ice powers. Got it,everyone?" Kelsey says. All of us nod. Suddenly,a loud boom erupts from outside. Avery's fox ears flatten against her head,and Mercy starts growling.

I see many spirits looking at us,about ready to pounce. Then Avery starts singing loud. And I mean LOUD.

All the monsters get pushed back at the loud music. Finally a wave of light completely eliminated to monsters,turning them to dust. Avery was now gasping for air because of how fast she was singing.

We all turn to her and Shelby,in awe.

"Girl power!" Avery shouts.

We all burst out laughing at our inside joke.

"Well,I guess this is the beginning of our
