Anika was being taken in the operation theatre and she was screaming in pain !!

On the other hand Shivaye was shivering wat will happen inside 😂😂
He wore the mask and went inside with the nurse !!

Everyone stood outside the OT (operation theatre) and prayed for Anika and the babies safety

Operation Theatre

Anika was lying there and she was screaming terribly as the pain was now out of control !

Shivaye was just standing numb and confused as he didn't know how to handle the situation and moreover Anika.

Shivaye just nodded in agreement

He went up to her and gave his hand to her !!

She held his really tight !!!

Shivaye felt as if his hand doesn't exist !

The doctor told Anika to take deep breaths before the delivery !

D- anika all u have to do is push hard and haan take deep breaths in and out before haan !!

The doctor takes an injection to put on Anika !!
Shivaye seeing Anika already and then the injection
He was almost on the verge of fainting when Anika held his hand really tight !!

A- Shivayeeee aap fikar mat kijiye mei aapko behosh nahi honay doun gi

The nurses around them laughed seeing all of this !!

D- okay Anika now ur going to have to push hard and Mr Oberio u have to support Anika

Shivaye fixes himself up and tried to focus

S- okay doctor

Anika pushed hard while Shivaye also gave her support by cheering for her that she can do it !!

S- anika comeon almost there

Anika was now almost losing her all of her strength
She didn't have more strength to apply energy
She was slowly fainting and getting unconscious

S- come on Anika last

Anika got a bit strength by Shivaye words

She pushed hard the last time and screamed "ahhhh"

And that's it
She delivered two babies 😍😍

And Anika was almost in an unconscious state and the vision infront of her was blur and tears of happiness as well but not infront of Shivaye.....
He was completely awestruck seeing the two babies
It's the most beyvirw he has ever seen

Shivaye hugged Anika with him also having tears of happiness in his eyes

Aapki Aik beiti aur beta hua hai

The Doctor gave a pat on their daughter and Shivaye and Anika heard their daughter's voice

Shivaye minded a little bit Anika told him it's ok through her eyes
In the meantime the nurse covered their daughter and handed it over to Anika

When she held her daughter that was the most beautiful feeling she ever had !!
She placed a kiss on her forehead
And Shivaye just admired them !!
Then the doctor gave a pat on their son but no response
Shivaye saw this and asked the doctor

S- doctor kya hua Ye to kyouun nahi raha

Anika panics seeing this

A- Shivaye humara beta..... (in a broken voice)

The doctor again gave a pat but no response

Anika was scared to death
She felt as if her half of her life is going away from her

Shivaye kept strong and held the baby from the doctor

S- beta utho
Dekho Mei aapka papa

He takes him to Anika

A- beta utho Dekho Mei aapki mumma aur Ye Dekho aapki bhen

Shivaye aap mariye Aik aur dafa plssss

Anika was crying her heart ached from inside

Shivaye patted on his back again but no response

Anika handed him their daughter and she took her son

Anika cries while hugging him to her chest
Shivaye also couldn't take it
He tried to shush down his daughter as she was crying

A tear of anika dropped on her sons cheek while she hugged him to her chest ! 
While Shivaye lightly patted on his back while holding his daughter

The boy suddenly started crying
Anika was just shocked for two seconds
Shivaye couldn't just stop his tears of happiness

S- anika Dekho humara beta
Wo bula raha hai hume

Anika lightly hugged him to her chest and placed a kiss on his forehead

The doctor was completely surprised of seeing their love

D- wow I must say Mr and Mrs Oberio

Shivika are welcomed in Oberio Mansion with their children

The house was fully decorated with beautiful decorations !!

Shivaye and Anika went in the centre of the hall and saw two cribs placed with names engraved in them

Anika and Shivaye carefully placed their children in the cribs

And how can we forget Rudra not taking a selfie

So Shivaye and Anika onnthe sides of the each crib in the centre surrounded with other family members
