(The next morning, Popgoes and Candy's Plaza was still a bit of a wreck from the sudden invasion of their enemies. Popgoes was the first to wake up, looking around at the destruction with a small sigh. He could even spot the several buckets they put out to gather the rain pouring in from the previous night.)

Popgoes: We have our work cut out for us, hmm?

???: I'm more worried about what caused it.

(Popgoes turns around and sees Candy standing beside him, sipping on a mug of coffee.)

Candy: It's like ya said...it's far from over...

Popgoes: ...still upset about them escaping?

Candy: Yeah...I know killing isn't exactly the right thing to do, but with them? You can't just toss them in prison. They get away, they're gonna hurt more people. I know them all too well...they aren't the type to give up.

Popgoes: Not to mention their 'master' likely isn't going to be happy about them failing...but it's like you told me, whatever's coming our way, we can handle it.

Candy: Yeah...I know I said that, but we should probably form a plan with everybody. Try to find them. We shouldn't just wait for the bad guys to attack.

Popgoes: Good idea-

(Suddenly, the ground shakes. Popgoes and Candy stumble before slowly looking around, standing back to back once again.)

Popgoes: ...what was that...?

Candy: I...don't know...

(The ground shakes once again and then, the rest of the gang rushes out of their rooms, Bonnie and Lynn included.)

Lynn: Are they attacking again?!?

Blank: What's going on, Candy?! Popgoes?!

Popgoes: I-

(The ground shakes a third time before a gigantic purple portal opens up behind Popgoes and Candy. The two turn around, their eyes wide as a tall and slender wendigo slowly steps through it, an ominous purple glow coursing through his skeletal body as the portal closes behind him the moment both of his hooves are on the floor of the restaurant.)

Deadline: ...FINALLY...

Cage: W...what is that thing?!?

(Popgoes quickly activates his Lux Mode, putting his arm in front of Candy as green electricity sparks throughout his body. But, Deadline just looks down at the two and cackles.)

Deadline: POPGOES THE WEASEL...I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO DESTROYING YOU FOR SOME TIME NOW...WHO WANTS TO GO FIRST?

(Lux Popgoes snarls and teleports in front of Deadline's face, ready to throw a punch at the robotic monster...only for Deadline to suddenly open his massive jaws, firing a large blast of purple energy like a dragon breathing fire. The blast hits Lux Popgoes, causing him to scream in agony as he's sent flying across the restaurant, even smashing through the walls.)

All: POPGOES!!!

Manora: OLIVER!!!

(Manora, terrified for her boyfriend's safety, quickly rushes over to his aid. Everyone else faces Deadline, who is chuckling to himself.)

Candy: YOU JUST MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

(Candy takes out Sugar and Sweets and rushes into battle yet again, swinging his signature axes at Deadline's legs. Saffron then runs in as well, throwing her rocket hammer at the beast's face. Deadline stumbles backwards, but doesn't even make a single cry of pain. The wendigo simply steps forward and kicks Candy into the air before quickly swinging his massive arm at Saffron, swatting her away like a bug.)

Deadline: STOP STRUGGLING...YOU'LL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE...

(Refusing to give up so easily, everyone charges in...but Deadline is able to send them all flying with next to no effort. None of their attacks even seemed to hurt him, and if they did, he wasn't reacting to the pain. Bonnie was the last to be knocked down before Deadline grabbed her with his massive clawed hand.)

Deadline: SISTER...I'VE BEEN JUST AS EAGER TO FINALLY SEE YOU...OR, APOLOGIES, WHATEVER YOU ARE. YOU CERTAINLY AREN'T HUMAN ANYMORE.

Bonnie: W...what...?

(Deadline then squeezes Bonnie, immediately forcing out a scream of pain.)

Lynn: B...BONNIE!!!

(Deadline just barely turns his head towards the security guard. He then grins to himself before swinging his lanky arm towards her...but just in time, Chester dives in and pulls her into his arms, shielding her from the blow as they are both swatted away.)

Bonnie: LYNN!!! CHESTER!!!

(Bonnie, her tear tracks glowing, looks at the monster who called her his sibling. She's terrified.)

Bonnie: S...STOP!!! PLEASE STOP!!! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?!?

Deadline: OH, SISTER...DID YOU THINK YOUR DEATH WAS THE ONLY MISTAKE FATHER EVER MADE...?

(Bonnie's eyes widen, and for a moment, she remembers her own death at the terrified hands of her father.)

Deadline: I WAS BUILT BY HIM TO BRING BACK SIMON FITZGERALD...BUT I WAS A FAILED EXPERIMENT. HE LOCKED ME AWAY...SO I KILLED HIM...

(The Blackrabbit immediately goes quiet. Her body freezes up, her white pupils are wide, and her ears begin to ring. She can't even hear the rest of Deadline's words.)

Deadline: HE WANTED A MONSTER? I GAVE HIM ONE...AND NOW I'M GOING TO ERASE EVERYTHING HE EVER CREATED. STARTING WITH YO-

(Bonnie suddenly blasts herself free of Deadline's grasp with spiritual energy. The robotic wendigo steps back before Bonnie blasts him with a primal scream, her voice filled with nothing but rage. Deadline roars as he holds up a hand to block the blasts before using his other arm to punch Bonnie to the wall. But the enraged Blackrabbit does not stop and teleports back over, unleashing all of her spiritual energy in an attack to the monster's face. The entire room is briefly covered in white light. Everyone shields their eyes.)

Lynn: B...BON!!!

(The white light fades...and Bonnie collapses right onto the floor, drained of her energy. She looks exhausted, her limbs shaking as she tries to force herself back to her feet. But Deadline just kicks her away again, the only part of him that was damaged being his face, revealing various pieces of machinery and Agony oozing through the various gears and circuits.)

Deadline: I MUST ADMIT...I DIDN'T ANTICIPATE THAT...

(Deadline steps forward and then tosses Bonnie into the air, only to swat her right into the wall. He cackles a wicked and sadistic laugh.)

Deadline: BUT THERE'S ONE THING YOU DIDN'T CONSIDER, SISTER...MY BODY CAN'T FEEL PAIN!!!

(Deadline opens his mouth again, preparing another blast of Agony to finish her off...until a familiar green blur dashes in, punching the beast across the face.)

Lux Popgoes: STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!

(Lux Popgoes lands on Deadline's face and punches the exposed part over and over again with electrified fists, desperately hoping it would do something to him...but all Deadline did was stumble back. There wasn't a single cry of pain. Only laughter as a clawed hand grabbed Lux Popgoes, squeezing him tight.)

Deadline: FATHER GAVE YOU THOSE POWERS TO PROTECT HIM FROM HIS OWN DEMONS...HOW CRUSHING IS IT TO REALIZE YOU'VE FAILED THAT PURPOSE? TRULY, I'M CURIOUS.

(Deadline then lets go of Lux Popgoes, only to ram into him with his antlers just before he fell. Lux Popgoes crashes down into the floor, and then the hoof of Deadline stomps on him to keep him from getting up.)

Deadline: MY PUPPETS COULDN'T EVEN BRUISE YOU, MUCH LESS KILL YOU...THEY SERVED THEIR PURPOSE...

Lux Popgoes: Y...you sent them...Rat...Cat...Vinnie...all of them?

Deadline: AND I DID WHAT YOU COULD NOT. I FINISHED THEM...ALL THAT'S LEFT OF THEM IS THEIR PAIN. AND THAT, OLIVER, IS WHAT FUELS ME...

Lux Popgoes: I...if you're just after me and my friends...w-why go after Candy and the others?! Fritz didn't build them! W-what did they ever do to you?!

(Deadline just leans down, huffing out purple smoke into Lux Popgoes' face.)

Deadline: NOTHING.

(Lux Popgoes' eyes briefly go wide with horror before he tries to break free, attempting to push Deadline's hoof off of him. But to no avail.)

Deadline: THEY ARE COLLATERAL DAMAGE AT BEST...AN OBSTACLE...AND I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME. I HAVE TOO MANY VARIANTS OF FATHER TO SLAUGHTER AFTER ALL.

(Meanwhile, Candy is finally able to get to his feet. His eyes bulge out of his skull when he sees all of his friends defeated and Deadline about to finish the one who stuck by his side throughout all the chaos of The Multiverse. He was too far away...he started running towards them, his axes in hand...but then, he felt something hit his back.)

Candy: Huh?!

(He turns around and sees Blake having crawled over to place some kind of device on his back. Blake is trembling as he gets to his knees.)

Blake: T...that's all the data I gathered...s-save him...

(Candy is confused, but hears Deadline preparing another blast of energy. He turns around and begins running.)

Candy: NO!!!

(Suddenly, Candy's fur goes white and various parts of his body, eyes included, glow a bright red. In a flash, Candy teleports in a blast of red electricity and then reappears in front of Deadline.)

Deadline: WHAT?

(Candy swings Sugar and Sweets with all his might, slashing into the exposed parts of Deadline's face. And yet again, he stumbles backwards in confusion as the exposed side of his face begins sparking.)

Lux Popgoes: C...Candy...?

(Lux Candy then lands in front of Lux Popgoes, breathing heavily as he looks at himself. Even Sugar and Sweets are now sparking with red energy. Lux Candy can't help but grin before he turns to Popgoes and pulls him to his feet.)

Lux Candy: C'mon, partner! I know you got plenty of fight left in ya!

(Lux Popgoes can't help but smile before the duo stand side by side. Then, in unison, they dash forward and ram into Deadline's chest, causing him to fall right through the walls and out onto the street. Lux Popgoes and Lux Candy smirk and dash at him again, only for Deadline to use both of his arms to swat them away in opposite directions.)

Deadline: DO YOU THINK THIS IS THE PART WHERE YOU TRIUMPHANTLY DEFEAT ME?

Lux Popgoes: I'd say there's some truth to that!

(Lux Candy then throws Sugar and Sweets like boomerangs and they quickly pierce the ribcage of Deadline, with Lux Popgoes then dashing forward and punching the exposed part of the beast's face yet again. He throws punch after punch before Deadline whacks him away with his antlers, only to then get scratched across the face by a teleporting Lux Candy.)

Deadline: E N O U G H ! ! !

(Deadline breathes out a giant blast of purple energy from his mouth and it once again sends Lux Popgoes and Lux Candy flying, with the superpowered duo crashing into the road. Deadline then fires another blast, but this time...it's a portal. The vortex quickly begins sucking them in, with Lux Popgoes and Lux Candy grabbing onto whatever they could to hold on.)

Lux Candy: HANG ON, POP!!!

(Then, before the duo can think to do anything more, Deadline then dashes forward and rams the two into the portal, following soon after. The portal closes, with everyone back in the restaurant having witnessed the whole thing.)

Manora: O...oh my...

Cindy: W...where did they go...?
