Kid to be Taken to the Refuge Becomes Runaway

Rowan Derosa is a ten-year-old boy.

His mother, Delilah Derosa, was recently taken to the Manhattan Mental Hospital due to her having some severe mental illnesses that have caused her to no longer be a fit mother and for her to need assistance and help.

Neighbors of the Derosa family explained that Rowan's father died when he was born, and his mother, Delilah, was seen trying to force him to be a girl.

Delilah Derosa was (and still is) apparently under the impression that her son is actually a girl, even though he tried to tell her otherwise multiple times.

Rowan was to be taken to the refuge due to there being no other places that could take him in at the moment, but he ran away from the police as soon as he found out.

Rowan has long, dark brown hair, and darker, more tan skin. He has brown eyes, is shorter for his age, and was last seen wearing some torn up clothes that are far too big for him.

Warden Snyder, who runs the Refuge, asks for people to keep an eye out for Rowan. He says he is worried that Rowan could get hurt on the street, due to him having trauma from his mother that he hasn't been able to process and heal from yet.

If you see Rowan Derosa, please notify Warden Snyder or the police as soon as possible.
