Chapter 49: Come Back

Saber the Bunny's P.O.V

Date: June 21st, 2017

Time: 5:57 a.m.

23 Hours Before Protocol Afton

"You continue to stare at the clock like being stuck in a trance. And it's forming into an irresistible irritation I can't ignore," said Hand Unit's voice above me, as I stood next to Springbonnie seated in the chair for the office desk, all while staring at the time at the bottom right of the screen. "Sorry. I'm just focused on something," I responded. "I'm assuming it involves the gang you've been focused on," guessed Hand Unit. "Yeah. That's what I'm contemplating about, and how I have to kill them to end this for good. It's the only blockage that's keeping me from continuing my life normally, even if I have to live with the fact that I had to kill, just to save my own ass," I responded. "I'm still going with my decision, no matter what." "It's evident you will proceed with your decision, even if the nature of it is too inhumane for you," said Hand Unit. "It's just good to know you're going to be here to support my decision," I responded as I turned to Springbonnie. "I'm going to be departing for the night once more, so I hope to return tomorrow and see you again. Hand Unit will be here like yesterday to answer any questions you may have for him." "Ok," he responded looking directly at me now. "I promise you this, I will return safe the day the people attempt to hurt me. I'm doing this for someone who didn't have a way to defend himself," I said to him as I grabbed the Dorito bag on the desk that was heavy from the gun and ammo that were inside it, and carried it with me to the door to exit the room. "At least I have a way to extend my life out." I walked out the door and closed it behind me, as I made my may towards the vent door. "I do hope he receives the right idea and message you mentioned to him. I do not wish for him to reform into something we cannot control," said Hand Unit. "He'll understand. His mind isn't that fragile, and I doubt William Afton would ever inflict harm to anyone, considering the great things that have been mentioned to me," I responded as I crawled through the vent door and into the main room. "Understandable. I do hope when the time presents itself for these gang members to confront you, that you'll be prepared enough to defend yourself. I do not need to see someone that has started their life to be wasted so easily," he said as I crawled through the vent that lead towards the elevator. "It would be unfortunate to witness these gang members to stay present in our world until the day someone puts a stop to them that see the world as their own." "What do we plan to do with Springbonnie? You haven't proposed a solution as of yet," I said as I got out of the vent and walked towards the elevator. "We will discuss this particular subject another time that is much appropriate than now. It is best for you to inquire some much deserved rest for today. I require it myself at some point, if possible," he responded as I pressed the button to open the doors for the elevator. "We've been through a lot, haven't we?" I asked as the doors opened for the elevator. "Indeed. An eventful life to be apart of. The only thing that contains boredom from sweeping my well being," he responded. "If Star Cluster manages to have an answer about the current state you're in, I won't hesitate to inform you the answer," I said as I walked inside the elevator and pressed the button to activate it. "I do not wish to be spared from this life I was chosen, though I appreciate the consideration you have entrusted between us. Perhaps the world does require someone of your kind," he responded as the doors closed and the elevator started heading back up to the surface. "Stay wary. Keep that weapon on you towards the way home, it would be devastating for the world to lose someone like you so soon. You have authorization by the world to live." The elevator was now surrounded with less noise now, considering we were out of range to communicate with each other again. The only thing that filled this baron ride was the sound of the elevator heading up to the surface, while rocking back and forth. I opened up the bag I still had and looked inside, all while finding the gun that blended in with the dim light that was nonexistent in this room. The elevator stopped; hinting that I had reached the surface finally, as I pressed the button to open the doors. As soon as they were open I walked out and into the dark hallway, all while I continued to walked forward and have my eyes adjust to the darkness. All while the gun did the same. I was just relieved I had some knowledge on firing a gun if needed, I never knew when the gang would show up at any day or time. It was me waiting at this point, not knowing if they were watching me at wherever I would go. I had to be prepared at all times; I did want to live after all. I stopped at doors and inserted the key inside the key hole to unlock, as I opened the doors once done and walked outside. I repeated the same process before putting the key back in my pocket and walked through the parking lot to head back home. However, as I was walking through the parking lot I could see an approaching car coming the road, as it stopped a fair amount of distance away from me before the car was turn off completely. I halted my walk from this, unsure of who was the person who owned the car and why they had stopped because of me. I just wish this incident would've connected sooner in my mind. Most of the car doors opened, as three people exited their car, as they all walked to the front of the car and stood in the positions they had given themselves. The three of them were all wearing black jackets and pants, which already was hinting at something else, considering it was summer and these choice of clothes did not fit with the style of this season. My eyes widened at the realization of who these people are and why they had stopped in front of me; it was my fate being decided my them. 'Fuck. No! They're here?! Now?! Shit!' I thought as I only stared at them in fear, unsure of how to react at the moment. "So? Your da thing dat played my homie da way you did dat got his ass n prison? Huh, motherfucker?!" asked one of the gang members that walked in front of the car and stopped. There was a brief moment of silence after he has asked his question, all before I finally responded. "What do you want from me." "Yo, we just wanna talk. No harm n tat right? Just come to us and it will be fine," said the guy who seemed to be the leader. "You don't have to do this. You can ju-" I was cut off from the guy and the other two from drawing their guns on me, as I froze more in place from the fear I was receiving. "We just wanna talk," he repeated. "About me getting your buddy in prison? He killed someone who worked in a gas station. He asked me to kill him..." I said slowly. "Well, you n luck. We get to chat without any problems. Right?" he responded. "I was only trying to do the right thing. You're out to kill me for getting your buddy in prison? Why? Why murder Aditya's parents because of me?" I asked. "Cuz you need to learn who you dealing with. We warned you that your circuit ass is ours, and my brother over here made sure it was clear enough for you," said the guy as he nodded his head at the guy to his left. As I looked closer at his face, as I recognized the person as the same guy who was on his phone the day I found out my house was broken into. "Shame you weren't there when he check for you to see if you were home. Had searched some connections you find your ass. You had some nice shit though, ain't gonna lie," said the guy noticing how I'd recognized his other buddy. "You ain't going to hide from us gangsters, we own the streets we want because they ours. We were raised by the streets, and now we raise the streets as our own. Just like bitches and you fuckers, us gangsters stay forever. We never die." The guy look at both of the other two guys with him, before turning to look back it me. "Come forward," he instructed. I only stared at him for a moment, still frozen from the dire situation and how it was affecting me. "You don't have to do this," I said. "Step forward, motherfucker," instructed the guy while we turned off the safety switch for his gun. After about a moment of nothing but the fear that consumed me, I walked slowly towards him, all while feeling thee heavy weight of the Dorito bag I was carrying. "That's it. Closer," he instructed as I continued to walk slowly towards him. As I approached it him I lifted the bag closer to my face, all thinking one thing.

Was this my fate or theirs to witness.

As fast as I could, I pulled out my gun and pointed it at them to fire.

There was no going back.

There never was a way to come back from this.

This was the life I was choosing to continue on from.'

Out of nowhere, the sound of something approaching hit the car, causing it to explode, which annihilated the two guys near it and sending the guy flying in front of me. I looked down to see his legs blown off, all while his face and beneath him was covered in blood like a lake.

There was no way he was coming back from this.

I looked up to the sight of something approaching me, and as it got closer I realized I was staring at my own self.

A reincarnation of me that was what I couldn't do if I had to.

It stopped on the other side of the guy, as it looked down upon him as if he was nothing more than waste that deserved to wither away into ashes. They guy did his best to turn and look up at him, all while struggling from the amount of pain he was most likely enduring at the moment. "W-Who? Argh! Who the fuck are you?!" he exclaimed as loud as he could, which only came out normally. "I'm the fucker how can beat a gangster ass any day," the thing responded before holding out its hand and charging up something, all while I could stare in horror. The loud scream of horror the guy let out before getting shot from a quick beam was enough to keep make me jump from it, all while doing nothing but witnessing death once again.

All at the hands of me.

And I had the bloody hands this time.

My whole body, hands, and face were covered in blood from the blast, as if it was destined for me to show I did kill these gang members in the end. "Enjoy hell bitch!" exclaimed the thing as I finally forced myself to speak out on what had just happened.

"Who really are you?"

He turned to look at me. And all I could see from him was no regret from the actions he had committed, almost as if he was somewhat proud of what he had done. But the view he presented was changed almost instantly. He could see now a sense of remorse for what had just happened, as if he had taken the situation very deeply.

I saw myself in him, not what he was just a moment ago.

"I'm someone that doesn't deserve to continue his life."
