How the infection is spread:

It's spread through two main ways, spores and physical touch
The worse the infection is, the more spores are omitted
If a dead body of an infected person is found, stay clear, though the first two stages do not let out said spores, they are still inside. Because of decaying. The spores inside of the body will seep out as the flesh is slowly going.
