( now from here the events will differ slightly from the original canon of the show, the USJ arc will be a bit different from the canon so just saying)

3rd person P.O.V

at the L.O.V bar:

the bar was empty during the morning, it was a Sunday so almost everyone was asleep. not even kurogiri was present at the bar, tokoyami came in expecting to find someone there but found no one.

' this is odd, there's no one here, not even kuro. i suppose I'm alone.' tokoyami said and he sat down on the stool and since he had nothing better to do, opened his phone and was looking at the news. it was reporting that 4 different big hero's  that were found dead last night, along side there deaths massive scandal's were also uncovered that brought to light there corrupt nature. it turns out all four ''hero's'' were apart of a group of child kidnappers and that they were also involved with many other crimes, they used there hero carriers  to hide there 'side jobs'.

what's disturbing was the state of the bodies that were found. it wasn't shown but it was told that the bodies were all mutilated and it looked like they were tortured heavily before being killed.

' good lord, looks like someone was pissed at them' tokoyami said 

' indeed, they were' a voice came from the T.V

'AHHH' tokoyami jumped back in fright, it was a fair reaction, all for ones mere voice is enough to send shivers down one's spine

' g-go-good morning Mr. All for one' tokoyami said fear clearly visible on his face

' there's no need to be so formal young tokoyami, you may simply call me sensei, even though i did not train you personally, being the sensei of all your teachers is a bonus'

'u-understood sensei'

' very good, now where was i .... oh yes the murder of the 4 hero's, killua and izuku really don't show any mercy'

' that was killua and izuku?' tokoyami asked slightly surprised

' yes, i gave izuku the task of observing many different hero's for there weaknesses and habits, and he found out this little secret about them, so last night him and killua went and killed them, they were seriously angry at them its seems, you can tell because this isn't eithers usual style of killing, and due to different way of the death, the media cant trace it down to there villain names' All for one said 

' but like you said sensei, this is not there usual style of murder, both of them are usually very merciful in there kills and dont like to prolong these things.' tokoyami said curious

' to answer that question young tokoyami, do you see the crime those so called hero's were involved in?' all for one asked, tokoyami nodded in response

' you see young tokoyami, the one group of people in this world that all three pillars hate most of all, are child abusers. it makes sense as well. since all 3 of them and shigaraki as well were all rejected and abused as children which led them down this road in the first place. the four of them all agree that whatever madness they partake in during there time as villain, children are not to be involved. they don't want anymore children to go through the hell that they did and they all blame todays society for allowing people like the ones to abuse them to roam free in the first place.' all for one said.

it all made sense to tokoyami, he understood everything all for one said, it also dawned on him another thing, he barely knows anything about anyone in the league except for izuku who he knew a bit of information about. we was the first one of the league he met.

suddenly a door opened and out came shigaraki. it was early morning and it was clear to see that he just woke up

' hey kuro, where the hell are you?' shigaraki spoke with a very raspy voice, well more raspy then usual.

' good to see you tomura' all for one greeted through the monitor

shigaraki was quite surprised hearing his masters voice just then, all for one is very rarely present at this time and he barely comes to just chat

' master, any particular reason you are here this early?' shigaraki asked

'i was simply keeping young tokoyami company, that's all. you where looking for kurogiri yes? he is coming shortly, i needed him to complete some tasks for me. i will be going now, good day tomura, young tokoyami' and with that the monitor went black.

'so kid, you should feel honored, master doesn't talk like that to people' shigaraki said impressed

' im quite surprised he spoke with me as well' tokoyami said

'so what you 2 talk about anyway?' shigaraki asked curiously

' nothing much really, it was about izuku and killua's mission yesterday' tokoyami then proceeded to tell shigaraki about his conversation.

' so that explains why he was so pissed of last night, he's sleep now.. finally, i mean i know the kids a prodigy but he really needs to learn how to rest. well anyway kid i have a task for you to do tomorrow.' shigaraki says

' a task for me, your not really the one to assign me assignments.' tokoyami said confused 

' well you see like i said our local genius is currently worn out and needs a lot of rest, so im giving you a job. dont worry its nothing that requires you to get your hands dirty. due to the fact that allimight's new teaching career is now public knowledge, the media usually swarms the front gates U.A hoping for an interview, during tomorrows reporter swarm, im going to break down the gate. that will cause an alarm to go off. since U.A hasnt had a break in in years theres going to be a slight panic. during the chaos, i need you to sneak into the principal's office and copy all the data on the computer, if you hide your presence you could do it without the distraction but this way theres less risk of getting caught.' shigaraki explained his plan.

' understood' tokoyami said .

the rest of  the day was pretty uneventful

the  next day at U.A

' allright students, its time for you all to choose a class representitive. i dont care how you choose but you have until the end of this period' aizawa said in his normal sleep deprived voice. he then procceded to pull out his yellow sleeping bag from who knows where and went to sleep.

after about 15 mins of pointless arguments and 5 mins of logical reasoning, the class finally decided on voting. in the end tokoyami won the vote and momo became vice president of the class. tokoyami had no intention of becomeing class president so he let iida become president instead.

later during break Iida and tokoyami were eating lunch in the cafeteria. while eating and having a casual chat then alarms suddenly went off. shigaraki was right, there was a panic as the students were all crowded and running around the halls causing a massive block.

tokoyami used the commotion to enter nezu's office. he opened the computer and copied all the files in nezu's computer and exited the office.

he ran back to class almost being caught by vlad king but since he was conseling his presence he managed to make it to the bathroom and get out from there.

apparently Iida took charge of the situation and managed to calm the crowd.

the rest of the day was uneventful.

back at the L.O.V bar:

shigaraki and tokoyami were sitting down at the bar discussing the plan while izuku came in.

' hey shiggy, catch' izuku said as he threw a pair of gloves at him.

' what the hell is this?' shigaraki asked confused

' its for you to wear.' izuku said simply

' idiot have you forgotten about my quirk?' shigaraki said slightly annoyed

'why dont you try holding the whole thing then?' izuku asked smugly.

shigaraki then held the glove with all five fingers, and nothing happened. shigaraki was in complete shock at what happened. 

' explain' was all he could say.

' sure. so remember when i took alot of your DNA for my projects? well after weeks of failure's, i finally came to the conclusion that mutated quirks like yours simply cant be scientifically copied, the quirk genes are just to far mutated to make sense of. so i gave up on trying to use your quirk for anything, but in the process i figured out how your decay works. its complicated but all you need to know is that i managed to make these gloves from a material that cant be decayed by your quirk.' izuku explained.

' you never stop impressing me little bro' shigaraki said with a hint of pride in his voice

' well it all thanks to everyone here big bro, anyway you called me?' izuku said 

' yeah whats this about crusty' killua just came through the door

' so he called you to ay kil' izuku said

' now this is good but there's still one more were waiting for, kurogiri?' shigarali said

' yes tomura, he's here' kurogiri opened a warp gate and out came draco

'looks like the gangs all here, hello everyone' draco greeted

' this is the first time all of us have been together for a long time isnt it' killua said happily 

' now that everyone's here its time we talk business. we've let these hero's believe that there safe for to long. today i sent tokoyami to steal files from U.A's principal's computer and i found there schedule. 9 days from now the hero's plan to have a joint training session with the classes of 1-A and 1-B in there new facility known as the USJ. they are also inviting pro hero's to teach this class and even allmight himself will be there. i say we show the hero's that they have some people to fear. we have managed to get quite alot of pawns on our team and if we bring our special project along, it will be a fun time.' shigaraki explained

' thats all good shiggy, but the special project isnt complete yet' izuku said

' i know its not but its fine. even if we lose this fight its fine, this is just to show off our strength. the amount of strength it has is enough to, and we can also evaluate allmight's power level and prepare for the next time, such an opportunity cant be missed. multiple pro hero's and both classes of the hero course, no matter what happens its bound to leave fear in the hearts of the hero's and distrust in the hero's if we manage to harm the some of the students. tokoyami  has assessed all of the students and know's which one's to go for. victory isnt whats important if the project kills allmight or not its a win for us. either allmight die's and we win the fight or we know the level he's at and the hero's give us free publicity from reporting about us' shigaraki said

( i told you this shigaraki isnt the whiney bitch from the first season of the anime, he's mature and a great leader)

'allright then shigaraki, ill round up the force we are going to attack with' draco said

' im going to go add the finishing touch's on project NOMU' izuku said and went to his lab

' hmm what to do, hey tokoyami, want to go on a  round of the city?' killua asked

' sure, there's nothing other to do here' tokoyami said and both of them left the bar.

' so then master what do you think?' shigaraki turned to the monitor

' you really have matured tomura, i cannot wait to see what you 5 will acomplish' all for one said with pride in his voice

shigaraki then told kurogiri to open a warp. he came out on a building overlooking all of musutafu.

'you hero's better watch out, this is just the beginning,'

of the horrors yet to come.
