Lynn hesitantly stated to her friends, "It's up to you guys if you want to stay on the island and learn more about your shifts but know your free to come and go as you please." I must stay because here is the only safe place left more and I hope you stay especially Blake outside this island hides our demons the ones who have killed our families. Each of you holds a special tie to this island; you can choose to ignore your shifter bloodline, or you can choose to embrace it because we are not legends, we are the Shifters. So many of us were forced to give up that part of ourselves. I still wish that the other royal bloodline had survived but sadly the mermaids fell at the hands of the demons. But maybe one day a new bloodline will rise. Blake quickly piped in declaring to Lynn that if she was staying so was, he. With an abundance of pride in his voice he stated, "Together we will rebuild the Shifters, we may not be able to bring our loved ones back, but we can save those who are left."

Blake's inner thoughts

I'm not about to leave you, Lynn, I almost lost you once and I won't lose you again because your mine... you are the flame to my heart... I love you and I will fight to protect you... You are my princess and my phoenix.

Everyone else quickly added their part to where a general summary is of that..."How can we not stay we finally have an answer as to why we've always been pulled towards the wild and each other. We may not be royals, but we are shifters. The only thing is that we wish are shifter parents could guide us. We may not have our parents but we have each other... Together we'll restore the shifters because we are the leaders."

Lynn quickly told each of them who their parents were and whether they lived or had perished.

Not everyone's parents were killed, the chief of the Flyers and the Artic Leader managed to avoid the demons. When Lynn reached Michael's parents her voice was tinged with sadness. "Michael your father didn't go down without a fight, he didn't stop fighting until you and your siblings were safe, he truly was a warrior of the jungle." Lillian, I don't know much of your real parents since you were found as an orphaned kit in the woods. When we found you there was a letter tied to your wrist along with your charm. The note was from your parents apologizing for abandoning you they said that a demon was after them and wanted you specifically because you are special... But that's all that was on the note. Jack and Elaine, I've already sent a message to your parents to meet us at flaming village while we try to find everyone's charms. I may not have all the answers, but I can attempt to answer your questions.

Michael was eager to learn more about his siblings, so he decided to ask Lynn about them, "You said my dad didn't go down without a fight, and that he only stopped once my siblings and I were safe. Are any of my siblings still alive and how many siblings do I have?"

Without hesitation Lynn quickly answered his question without a hint of doubt in her voice, " Both of your siblings are alive and on the island. Russell and Rosa are your little brother and sister, and boy are they energetic but then again so were we at that age." " Elaine your older sisters have also remained safe on the island and you will meet them today." "Jack you're an only child like me and Blake except your father would take in any chicks that needed a father or mother so technically you have a very large family. " I'm truly looking forward to the family reunions even though we already are a family. For now we must wait and start heading towards the Flaming Village, to start looking for the Dragon Charm.

Lillian curiously asked if we knew what the Dragon charm looked like or if it was just a rough idea. Lynn began to say that we do not know for sure what it looks like or where it could be. Before she could even finish her statement Blake quickly interjected stating, " My charm is a dark blue dragon scale with silver threads wrapped around it that lead into a silver and gold band." Lynn stayed quiet as she had an idea of how he had known this information but everyone else was curious to no end. Jake quickly fired off asking, how in the hell did he know what it looked like. Elaine sternly piped in adding onto what Jake had said by asking, " You didn't even know you were a shifter until today so how could you possibly know what it looks like?" Quietly and gently Lillian tapped Blake's shoulder and asked " how could you describe it so perfectly and elegantly down to how the threads joined to form the band?

" I don't know how or why but I have seen my charm in my dreams before, so I could be entirely wrong but its still worth a shot. Not only have I seen it but ive seen where its located, all I know is its in a room with a dark blue and red door with a rattle painted on it" He proudly exclaimed yet with a tinge of unsureness in his voice. At the mention of the word rattle Lynn's eyes lit up as if she had just seen magic. In truth it wasn't magic but a memory a fond memory of her and Blake playing in the nursery just before the attack. Full of excitement she blurted out " The Nursery that's it!" If its the door she believes it is that was where her charm was located as well. Jake pondered for a few as to why the nursery was so important but before he could ask Blake stated that it was the only room the demons could not reach because of the Guardian Angels force of Protection. Full of doubt yet also full of hope Lynn meekly said " I know how to get there but it has been quite awhile so I apologize in advance for any wrong turns I may make."
