Sitting in school, Casey and Lloyd looked at each other, with annoyed faces.

Steve had sat right between them, in a way of putting a chair in a small spot where it should not be able to fit in, but still did.

He smiled at the two, "So!" he said, before class could start in their Chemistry class with Mrs. String, who would most likely make Casey or Lloyd move, because they were on the end.

"How are you?" Steve glanced at Lloyd, who did not want to be a part of this, because about three times now, Steve had been trying to cut the white part of Lloyd's hair, and acting like it never happened when Lloyd noticed.

"I'm, umm, Fine?" Lloyd looked around him, to Casey and shot her a look of 'Help me' she snickered, and tapped Steve on the shoulder, "So I didn't know we were in the same chemistry class!"

Behind his back he had showed Lloyd a note, saying "Run" Lloyd nodded to this, and quickly looked around the room, seeing his cousin Mindy sitting in the front, alone.

Without Steve noticing Lloyd and up, and slipped in the chair, as he did, Mrs. String called out "Okay everyone, take your seats!" Mindy looked over to him, "Oh hello!" she smiled.

"Hi Mindy!" Lloyd smiled, "What brings you here?" She asked knowing her cousin does not like to sit in the front of the classroom.

"I got a new stocker, and he's got scissors" Lloyd looked at her, and she nodded with an understanding sigh.

In the back of the class, Steve looked over to Casey, then back to where Lloyd WAS. He sighed when he heard the teacher tell everyone to sit down.

After Class, it was the end of the day, because of their every Wednesday early release day.

Lloyd waved goodbye to Mindy, and waited for Casey at the door, but he totally forgot about Steve, who walked out before her, and decided to wait with Lloyd.

He slowly pulled a pair of scissors out of his front shirt pocket... Lloyd sighed and waited for him to try, and when he did the black and silver haired teen turned intangible.

"Steve, go. Home." Lloyd said with an annoyed tone. Casey soon stepped out of the classroom, with a smile. "Guess what?!" she grinned, "What?" Lloyd said making the same face she was.

"I'm going to be in charge of the school dance this year!" she shined, and Lloyd did as well, "Good for you!" then sighed realizing she won't be able to do much together outside school, because best friends.

"Anyway! I'll see you at the nasty burger later for lunch!" she smiled, and waved goodbye, but stopped, "Oh! And I invited... an old friend!" She giggled, and turned a goodbye.

Lloyd cocked his head, "old friend?" before he could think anymore, Steve interrupted him, "If you want to walk home with anyone I'll walk with you" He smiled, and Lloyd glanced at him.

"No"

He then turned and started to walk out of the school.

"W-Wait! Don't go!" Steve started to run behind him, not wanting to be left behind.

After leaving the school, and Steve still following Lloyd, he sighed, whispered "Going Phantom" transformed, and flow off.

Later at the Nasty Burger

"He won't stop following me!" Lloyd said sitting with knees up in his side of the booth that he and Casey where sharing.

She gave a smile when she drank her Coke, and Lloyd sipped his Pepsi, "Well I wonder why" Casey said sarcastically, "I Know Right?!" Lloyd said not noticing the sarcasm.

"Anyway, who's this 'Old Friend' you brought with you?" Lloyd questioned looking to the door.

Casey gave him an evil smile, "Well, he's getting food right now, so give it a moment" Lloyd cocked his head, "So it's a guy..." he said worried.

Casey laughed, "You know him, he left to stay with his uncle a few years ago..." she hinted at counter, "Ya, but he's back now!"

Lloyd turned to find a tall kid, with red hair and hazel eyes, he smiled, "Hey Lloyd long-time-no-see"

Lloyd's eyes lit up, and he jumped up, "Zak!" the other teen smiled. Zak's parents wanted his name to be... unique, so they named him Zachary Xerxes Dust Bloodbone, but he just goes by Zak, and with the two middle names, it makes explaining it fun.

The two sat down, Zak was taller than Lloyd and Casey by about 6 inches. He set his food down, and smiled, "I see you haven't grown Casper." He nodded to the boy next to him.

Lloyd almost jumped at this, "I have!" Zak looked at him slyly. "How much"

Lloyds face grow red "shut up" he settled back down, and crossed his arms.

Casey and Zak looked at the smaller kid, who was shorter than the both of them and then started to laugh at the poor halfa.

After about 20 minutes of this, the doors to the Nasty Burger smashed open, four teens walked in like they owned the place, it was Ash, Katie, Sun and Jake.

Then stepped to our three teen's table, "Oh, it's Zak" Sun said in an annoyed friendly tone. Zak rolled his eyes. "Don't Role Your Eyes At My Girl!" Ash yelled at the taller teen, who was a tooth pick compared to the football player.

"Oh, Sorry you majesty..." Zak said in a fancy voice, and snorted with another eye role. Jake and Ash stepped up, their faces red.

Ash grabbed Zak's caller, and lifted him up, only a few inches for him, but an arms with for the football player. "Apologize" his voice angry.

Zak smiled, "oh really? How about you apologize for your breath?" he said cocky. Ash steamed out a puff of angry smoke from his ears. "That's It!"

He raised his hand to hit boy, but was stopped, by another hand fazing through Zak's stomach, stopping it, the four teens looked behind him.

Lloyd looked at them, eyes violet, "Get. Out." He said, Ash dropped Zak, and Lloyd let go of his hand, and left Zak's stomach.

The four teen know Lloyd wouldn't get yelled at too badly outside of school, so they ran off, leaving the Nasty Burger.

Zak smiled, and turned to Lloyd who was already sitting down eating again. "Well thank you Mr. Halfa"

Lloyd looked up, his eyes normal, "Stop having me save you, it annoying." At this point Casey let out the breath she had been holding since that mess started.

"Well!" She smiled, "It's time for me to head back! Zak, Lloyd, are you going home too?" Casey asked, and Lloyd was about to saw something, and Zak spoke before him.

"No, I'm going to go mess with some... old friends" He smiled evilly, "Lloyd, you should come!" the smaller teen looked up to the old friend.

"I don't think so. I have to go anyways, I'll walk with you two until my turn" Lloyd sighed, he really didn't want to get into Zak's old fights he would force upon him.

Zak sighed an alright, and the three started to walk, when they hit a stop light, Lloyd spoke up from their silent walk.

"Alright! I'll see you two later... I guess" Lloyd then turned phantom, and started to head out after waving. "See you later!" Casey smiled as she waved.

Zak on the other hand... pulled out a thermus he had stolen when they were younger. "Hey! Lloyd!" he smiled almost like another person, and Casey turned to see what he was holding, her eyes widened.

Lloyd turned to wave with a smile, but when he saw the thermus, his eyes went to horror.

Before he would react, Zak had already sucked him inside, Casey spun to him, "Let Lloyd Out!" she screamed,

"Or what?"

Zak said in a cocky voice, her eyes now flaming, Zak continued, "You're going to get your huntress mother? Or maybe his father? Or are you going to stand and fight me?"

She gasped, Zak had gotten almost the equivalent to military training, and was more skilled than her, even without the gadgets, he make a smirk, and kicked her onto the ground with a round house kick, and she screamed almost.

The taller teen smiled once more, "Run away! Run like you always do!" he gave her a shoeing hand and she turned to her hover board and suit, and flow off to find an adult.

Zak shook the thermus, hearing Lloyd clink around inside, and started to walk.
