In a quiet, little wedding ceremony Veera and Matteo were wed. Just like the way they were meant to be. An early morning white wedding and a Hindu wedding at night.

Their wedding was a huge event for everyone. Mr and Mrs Durant took their much needed vacation, and finally Matteo and Veera had had time to marry each other. The past ten years flew as Veera became a doctor working for humanitarian cases, especially with the UN and Matteo worked to fight for human rights violation. Both hoping to change and preserve the beautiful country they fell in love with.

"I finally have our trip ready," Matteo grinned between the rituals, smiling at a shocked Veera.

"You mean to say now we're going to the said road trip..." Veera chuckled.

"You're saying as if you didn't enjoy that trip!"

"Kwadwo!" The couple blushed, smacking their friend in his stomach. Kwadwo grinned, almost teary as the two settled in their Jeep, shared a kiss, and drove away for their honeymoon.

It was time for Kwadwo to return to his own wife, the one who sacrificed years as he studied abroad.

"Lu'lu, here I come!"
