Percy Jackson married Annabeth Chase at 18. They studied in college together at New Rome. But Annabeth hasn't addressed her trauma, was soon consumed by her new architecture career, and she tore the intimacy that kept her and Percy together.
Shortly after their fall-out, Percy was poisoned by someone within the borders, and Annabeth was falsely accused.

Nico di Angelo chose to stay at Camp Half-Blood, and visited Camp Jupiter and New Rome seasonally.

Soon, the demigods discover that the "late" Luke Castellan was a soul that Hades lost [in the HoO series]. He was never found. He never brought attention to himself, either. Until now...
