Jungkook's friends
Jimin's Pov
Are you sure this is the right address?" Taehyung asked me as we stared at the run-down house in front of us.
"Yep, that's what's written on the paper Jungkook gave us." I said, double checking the paper.
"Why don't we just knock?" Taehyung suggested.
After knocking on the door, an unknown shirtless guy opened it.
The guy exuded an air of rebellious confidence. He was slightly short but his sharp almond-shaped eyes shot glare at us, making him seem twice his height. He had a muscular, well-toned physique. His nose was straight, leading down to a mouth that curled into an agitated scowl.
Tattoos snaked up his body, each line and curve adding to his mystique. Silver chains hung around his neck, glinting in the light and adding to his overall rugged aesthetic.
"I don't think this is the right address," Taehyung whispered to me.
"Is that the guy with our stuff?" I heard a guy shout from inside the house.
"No!" The guy in front of us responded.
"Hi, is this where Jungkook stays?" Taehyung asked the guy.
"Ugh! I can't believe Jungkook tells randos about this place."
"Jungkook," he shouted. "Some guys are here, asking for you." He continued, letting us into the apartment.
As we entered the apartment, the immediate smell of cigarettes and various drugs hit my nose.
How the heck is Jungkook friends with guys like this?
We sat down on the sofa farthest from the guy from earlier and the other two guys in the living room.
A guy came to us and tried giving us a cigarette stick.
"No thanks." I politely declined.
"Come on don't be a wuss, try it." He a shoved a stick in my face.
"Taeyang, was that our stuff?" Another guy thankfully entered the living room.
"No! Just Jungook's play things." The shirtless guy answered.
Play what?
"This guy looks familiar; have we met before?" the guy who just entered ask me.
"No, I don't think so."
"You sure?" he asked again.
"Yep."
"You su-"
"Mingi, leave him alone," Jungkook scolded the guy, surprising everyone in the room by his surprise entrance.
"Let's go to my room." He dragged both of us to his room.
"I figured out who he looks like," Mingi said as I was being dragged out of the room.
"Who?"
"That girl Jiwon from Jungkook's class, she was so fun." I heard last, as I had finally been led out of the room and could no longer hear their discussion.
My mom?
Walking home in the evening after finishing our practical, we were really hungry and decided to stop at a noodle shop.
"Isn't that your mom?" Taehyung asked me as we sat down.
Squinting my eyes through the window to make out who the figure was, I realized it was my mom, but who was that beside her?
"Is that Jin?" I shouted, gaining the attention of unwanted eyes to our table.
I dragged Taehyung out of the noodle shop, and we began stalking them from behind.
They were walking unbearably slow but stopped when they reached her house.
He suddenly came closer to her, touching her cheek.
He slowly leaned in closer to her face.
"This can't be happening." I chanted internally multiple times until I was suddenly brought out of my thoughts by the loud barking of a dog beside me.
I turned around and saw Taehyung patting the dog on the head. "Good boy, you stopped them from kissing."
"Where did you get that dog from?"
"Who cares? At least we stopped them from kissing. can we keep him?"
"Of course not."
"Why not?!" he whined over and over again until I agreed.
I watched them until Jiwon entered her gate. This incident got me thinking.
~Can I actually change the future?
