Author's Pov

A week after the incident with Jin, Taehyung and Jimin invited Wonyoung to their house to discuss further plans about Jiwon and Jungkook.

While they were discussing their next plan, Jimin suddenly asked Wonyoung," Hey, do you know some guys whose names are Taeyang and Mingi?" as he watched her freeze up, her face turning pale.

"How do you know them?" she fretted.

Taehyung and Jimin looked at each other, wondering what was happening to her.

"We went to what I think is one of their homes for our physics project. Why?" Jimin asked her.

"They all belonged to a group of bullies. They were six in number, very close to each other-like brothers-and they loved bullying people weaker than them. They were from affluent families, so the school authorities couldn't do anything to stop them." Wonyoung explained.

"So how do they know my mom?"

"You see people always tried their best to avoid them, but your mom was part of the unlucky people who got noticed by them."

"How?"

"The leader of the bullies, they called him G-dragon, had a liking for your mom and one day, he proposed to her in front of the entire school. She rejected him, and that bruised his fragile ego. From that day onward, he and his group of friends made her life a living hell.

"You said they were six. Except for Taeyang, G-dragon and Mingi, who else was in the group?" Jimin asked anger visible in his tone.

"The group consisted of Taeyang, G-dragon, Mingi, Jay-park, Mingyu and..." She kept quiet looking at the two boys in the room.

"And?" Taehyung asked

"And?" Jimin shouted, seeing her being unresponsive.

"...Jungkook." She squeaked.

"What?" Jimin gasped in disbelief.

"At the start, they never harassed her physically. She thought they would get tired and leave her alone, but things just got worse from there, she would sit down at her desk every day staring blankly at her once organized desk now cluttered with crumpled papers of people's hateful messages towards her, because of the rumor spread by their group". She explained further.

"That's so sad, no one would have ever guessed that she faced that, she always seems so happy." Taehyung sniffled.

"Bullying leaves scars deeper than anyone can see." She stared sadly at them before continuing.

" For Jiwon, the taunts and torments became a haunting echo in her mind. Her eyes were always tired, and her expressions ones of sadness and resignation,"

" but things changed for the worse one day they began to abuse her physically, although when that started Jungkook made it obvious that he no longer took part but he still didn't do anything to help her. She became anxious and withdrawn and started regretting ever rejecting g-dragon that day, but on a particular day they took things too far."

Flashback

Author's Pov

In the narrow corridor of the high school, fluorescent lights buzzed intermittently, casting a cold, sterile glow on the walls. The clamor of lockers slamming shut and distant chatter created a backdrop to a more sinister exchange taking place. At one end of the hall, a group of bullies surrounded Jiwon, their presence like a storm cloud ready to burst.

Their leader g-dragon, stood in the center. His face was partially hidden by shadows, but his eyes glinted with a cruel satisfaction. His companions flanked him, smirks stretched too wide on their faces.

Jiwon was pressed against the cold metal lockers. Her once neatly combed hair now hung in disarray around her face, and her hands fidgeted with the strap of her bag, knuckles white from the tension. She shifted uncomfortably, trying to avoid the bullies' gaze.

G-dragon and his gang dragged her to an empty classroom, they ganged up against her, ripping her clothes to shreds, laughing at her humiliation. Jiwon was in tears, her face flushed with a mix of fear and disgust.

Her hands covered her body as best as she could. Her entire body seemed to tremble with an almost imperceptible quiver, a telltale sign of the fear gripping her. Her eyes, wide and glistening, darted around the space as if searching for an escape route that might not exist.

G-dragon came closer to her as she moved backward until there was no space. He laughed loudly enjoying her misery.

As he was about to touch her, Jungkook burst in through the door, anger visible on his face. G-dragon's smirk faded as he looked Jungkook up and down, "What are you-"

Jungkook didn't let him finish as he launched at him, punching him till G-dragon was so weak he could no longer move. "You've taken it too far, I told you to leave her alone." He spat out.

He went towards Jiwon, giving her his jacket to wear. He carried her out of the class, glaring at the remaining guys, taking her home.

*The present*

"and the authorities didn't do anything about it?" Jimin asked shocked.

"They won't care, corruption in this school is too much and the bully's parents all fund the school" Wonyoung scoffed.

"all because she rejected a guy?"

"Yep, sadly some girls might face verbal abuse, emotional abuse, sexual harassment and even death after rejecting a guy."

~Some guy's egos are too big that they can't handle rejection.
