Aight, let's speed things up.

The final exams were over, and Mounika and Uday passed with some good grades, with Mounika getting a 92% and Uday with an 88% (you can guess why). Akanksha and Anand got the same grade, 94%. Meanwhile, Akshay and Aakarsh got a 61% and a 69%. 

"Darn man, Akshay, one percent more could've passed me off."

"Don't even talk, idiot."

Akanksha was saying to Mounika, "Ughhhhhh, this is the lowest I've ever got for a final exam.

"Shut the hell up Akanksha, please stop your fake nerdy attitude. I've been consistent throughout all my exams, I keep getting a grade from 90-93.

Anand, on the other hand, was saying to Uday, "Oh my lord, this is the highest I've ever got on a final exam, now I can finally get my own car!"

Uday rolled his eyes. "Congrats man, this is the same grade from last year for me."

They both were talking to their respective friends, until Anand and Akanksha dashed each other. Akanksha got furious as she fell down.

"You idiot, can't you see that a girl's passing by and is extremely pissed off, and you try to piss me off even more?"

"Um, I actually didn't see, sorry."

When Mounika was helping Akanksha stand up, she saw Uday, but didn't say anything. She apologized as if she was doing it for Anand, while looking at Uday and saying it.

The next day was the last day of university, forever.

After his classes, Uday sat on the bench in the way of the gate. Mounika was walking towards the gate backwards, looking at the university again. She turned around, walking towards the gate, with a smile on her face.

Uday stopped Mounika midway. "Hi."

"Hey," she said, joyfully.

"Um, you sound happy."

Mounika realized she was too happy, so she stopped smiling like a maniac. "Um, nothing, just because it's the last day, that's all."

"Oh," Uday said nervously. Meanwhile, as the couple was at the gate but still in the university, Anand and Akanksha were outside at the gate.

"Ugh is this dude ever going to ever propose," Anand said, frustrated.

"Those stupid TV serials are faster than this tale," Akanksha said.

"But good job, Akanksha, at least they are talking because of you."

"Well, your friendship helped too."

Three hours before...

Akanksha was about to go to the bathroom, and Anand went up at the same time, as if that was the last chance. He rushed to get out of the cafeteria. He stopped Akanksha. "Hi!"

Akanksha got scared and turned back. "Shoot, that scared the hell out of me! Um, hi, what's up?"

"I have a plan, and I need your help."

Akanksha looked puzzled. "With?"

Anand explained all of Uday's story to Akanksha. "Uday's love and his planned future was his career and Mounika. I need your help for this to happen. I even brought proof," Anand said, taking out a page from Uday's diary. "Believe me, he loves her 100x more than the extensive code we had to write for that stupid project." 

Akanksha chuckled and rolled her eyes. She took the page and started reading it aloud.

Oh. My. God. I saw her. At CVS. She was at the nail polish section, trying out this lavender color nail polish, looking around to see if anyone was watching her. She blew hardly at her nails to get them dry, and she chuckled, like how a little kid did. I saw her, but she didn't see me, luckily. She then went to the aisle with the big pink bunny and started talking to it-

"He probably chuckled here, like real loud," said Anand. Akanksha chuckled. "Oh my god, he seems like a maniac, let me finish it."

It was so funny, but...

Oh gtg, my mom's calling me, and Nishita might come in to call me, bye!

"Darn," said Akanksha. "Well, Mounika might call me, tell me the plan quick, I'll do anything."

"Here's the plan," said Anand. "I'll tell Uday to propose to her because today's the last day of uni, although I'll make more plans later on."

"Yup, I'll be in touch, write your number on a piece of paper."

"Why, you give me yours!"

"Hello, safety reasons!"

"Right," he said. He took out a sheet of paper and wrote on it. "Of course, he'll never say anything to her, but at least they will talk. Meanwhile, you make Mounika come on her own towards the gate. Uday will stop her, for sure, I'll take care of the rest." He gave the sheet to Akanksha. "K, got it."
