S1 > 03 : Arrival to Viridian City
"Last time Austin and Emily had arrived in Route 1, while they rested and are lunch Austin caught a Goldeen. They then continued on the road until they encountered a Spearow and caught it. And encounter the mysterious Pokemon Ho-Oh.
Now they continue on the road to Viridian City.

Upon arriving in Viridian City, a blue-haired woman is wearing a police uniform, sitting down at the window near the police station holding a handheld radio.
The woman was none other than Officer Jenny, one of the many Jenny's spread around the region and many other regions worldwide. Viridian city officer Jenny's voice was then heard on the intercom.
"Attention all citizens in Viridian City! Attention all citizens in Viridian City. Members of the criminal organization Tem Rocket have been spotted, and people are advised to keep their Pokémon in their Pokéballs and report any suspicious characters! I repeat, please keep your Pokémon inside their Pokéballs and report any suspicious characters!"
"Team Rocket?" Emily questioned.
"Torchic," Ruby said from her position in Austin's arms.
"Father mentioned them before there a criminal organization here in Kanto. If Team rocket members are nearby, we should hurry towards the Pokemon center," Austin said, placing Ruby down and pulling his sister closer to him.
"Torch!" Ruby cried out.
"Wait, stop right there!" Officer Jenny appeared in front of the siblings.
"Is there something the matter, officer Jenny?" Austin asked.
"Yes, may I see your ID? To prove that Pokemon belongs to you."
"Sure, here you go," Austin pulled out his pokedex and handed it over to Officer Jenny. "My sister is not old enough to be a trainer. So she doesn't have one. She is just traveling with my hope that is not a problem."
Officer Jenny nodded and took a look at Austin's ID.
"I am Dexter. A pokedex programmed by Professor Oak for Pokemon trainer Austin Dalton of Pallet town. My function is to provide Austin with information and advice regarding Pokemon and their training. If lost or stolen, I can not be replaced, and I will teleport back to my owner," Dexter informed in a male mechanical voice and showed a picture of Austin and the Pokemon he obtained so far.
"Okay, you're clear. Sorry about this. There were criminals from Team Rocket spotted on the loose in the area, and you looked suspicious with your Pokemon outside of it Pokeball," She explained.
"It's not a problem, Officer Jenny, and to as for a while, my Pokemon out she was getting some fresh air," Austin explained before returning Ruby to her Pokeball.
"Oh, okay, be careful. Team Rocket is out there somewhere," She warned.
"We will be," Emily said.
They both continued walking we they finally arrived at the Pokemon center to get Austin Pokemon checked by Nurse Joy, along with his Pokemon egg.
Upon entering the Pokemon Center, Austin and Emily were greeted by a woman at the front counter; she had pink hair tied into two large loops with blue eyes wearing a pink dress with a white apron over the top, white nurse hat with a red cross in front and white buckled shoes.
The woman was Nurse Joy, and like Officer Jenny, many are spread throughout the world and look alike.
"Welcome to the Pokemon Center," Nurse Joy greeted with a smile. "How can I help you?"
"Can you have a look at my Pokemon and Pokemon egg?" Austin asked.
"Of course," Nurse Joy said and pressed a button on her desk.
A moment later, a pink oval shape Pokemon with a nurse hat on its head came out from the back too, pushing a cart with several indentations for the pokeballs, a padded seat for small Pokemon to sit, and an incubator for a Pokemon egg.
"Chansey, " It said as it pushed the cart along.
"Chansey," Austin scanned the Pokemon.
"Chansey, the Egg Pokemon. Chansey is a kind Pokemon who shares its egg with sick or injured."
"Chansey, Chansey," Chansey pointed towards the stretcher.
Austin nodded and placed his Pokeball onto the cart and egg in the incubator.
"Chansey," The egg Pokemon said as it pushed the cart towards the treatment room.
"Is there anything else I help you with?" Nurse Joy asked.
"Yeah, my brother and I would like a room," Emily replied.
"Yes, of course," Nurse Joy handed Austina a key with number 9 on it."Here you go. The rooms are just down the hall on the left," She said.
"Thank you, Nurse Joy," The siblings said, heading to their room.

After leaving their bags in their room, Austin and Emily decided to give their parents a call with the Pokemon Center video phone.
"Dad should be back home in his study looking at his recent fossil discoveries," Austin said.
"Hello, this is the Dalton Residents," Alexander's voice came from the other end of the line.
"Hello, father," Emily said happily.
"Ah." Alexander's image came onto the screen. "His son and daughter. Where are two now?" He asked.
"The Pokemon Center in Viridian City," Austin replied.
"Wow, you both already made it to Viridian City. Better than me, that for sure took me three days to get there," Alexander chuckled.
"It wasn't that long a journey to get here, but I guess you had your reasons for three days to get here."
"Yeah, anyway, how was it? Did you catch any Pokemon?"
"Yeah, a Goldeen and Spearow."
"I see. Be careful, you two," Alexander smiled. "I got to go before dinner gets overcooked. Be safe and take care of Emily's son. I let your mother know you called."
"I will, father," Austin said.
"Love you two."
"Love you too," Both siblings said.
"Bye," Alexander waved as the screen turned black.
"Now to call Professor Oak," Austin said as he dialed Professor Oak's number.
"Ah, Austin and Emily, are you there," An image of Professor Oak appeared, his back turned towards them.
Emily laughed." Haha, yes, however, you're facing the wrong way," She said.
Professor Oak turned around and spotted them. "My bad, wrong camera." He then turned back to the computer and clicked something fixing the screen."There. I just talked to your father, and he told me that you made it to the Pokemon Center in Viridian City is that correct?"
"I couldn't be talking to you if I wasn't here," Austin sighed.
"Right, my bad," Professor Oak sweatdropped."Gary arrived some time ago."
"Well, I'm sure he did. He does have a car, and we're walking, sir," Emily stated.
"And he bet me a million pokedollars that you wouldn't catch a single Pokemon before you arrived in Viridian City."
"You won that bet; you shouldn't be betting with a kid anyway," Austin sighed.
Professor Oak grinned. "Ha! Gary now owns me a million pokedollars," He cheered.
"Good to know, I guess," Emily said, shaking her head.
Ding, Dong!
"Oh! That must be my pizza. Coming!" Professor Oak said as he got up from the chair. "Talk to you later; bye now." The screen went blank immediately.
"Let's go get something to eat," Austin said.
Emily nodded in agreement, walking away from the phone.
To be continued.
