I have frequent experiences but calling them paranormal seems very retro.When I was nine I started seeing two men very clearly in my place. I saw them so often that I named them Hyde and Brandon. Hyde is the scariest of the two. He had very rugged features and was rather aggressive. Hyde comes in and out and I don't see him as often. I assume Brandon had died recently. Every time I watch Friends I feel a presence beside me. They occasionally poke me and it feels like a small shock.  I constantly feel watched but I don't feel threatened. They are pretty chill and don't try and harm me whatsoever. They are just my ghostly roommates.
