Lukas woke up early that weekend. After clean up around the house, he just watching movie on Netflix when he get a phone call from his mother.

Lukas: Hi, mum. Already arrive in Orlando?

Mrs Fliehr: Yes, just landing.

Lukas: Okay. Just wait for a while. I'm coming to you.

Mrs Fliehr: Okay. I'll be waiting. I don't mind if you bring your girlfriend with you though.

Lukas: Nah, I'll be coming alone.

Mrs Fliehr: Okay, honey. I'll see you later.

Lukas then takes his car key and wallet before locks his house and makes his way to the car. Then, Io's walked to him.

"Hi, dear", greeted Io before hugs Lukas.

"Hi, sweetheart", replied Lukas.

"Going somewhere?" asked Io.

"Yes, babe", replied Lukas.

"Where?" asked Io.

"Pick my mother at the airport", said Lukas.

"Oh. Going to have mother-son moment, huh?" asked Io.

"Of course. It's been a long time", said Lukas.

"Let me meet her later, okay", said Io.

"Of course. But now, I really need to go", said Lukas.

"Okay, have fun", said Io. Then Io and Lukas kisses for a moment before left.

After a short drive later;

Lukas arrives at the airport. Then, a beautiful middle aged woman with long blonde hair approaching him.

"Mum", said Lukas.

"Yes, honey. Mummy's here", said Julia Fliehr. Lukas then walked to his mother and hugs her tightly.

"I miss you, mum. I'm really mean it", said Lukas.

"I miss you too, dear. A lot", said Julia.

"C'mon, mum. Let's go", said Lukas. He then help to but his mother luggage inside his car boot before drives away.

On the drive;

"Thanks for giving me another chance, sweetheart", said Julia.

"Not a big deal, mum. Besides, despite trying to distance myself from you before, I still miss you alot too", said Lukas. Julia smiled and put her hand on Lukas's shoulder.

"So, what we're going to do today?" asked Julia.

"Want to go for a bike ride?" asked Lukas in returned.

"Sure, I love it", said Julia.

"Okay, let's put your stuff first", said Lukas. Then, after a few minutes of drive, they arrive home. Lukas then takes Julia's luggage and enters his house. "Come on in, mum".

"Thank you, son", said Julia. Then, Lukas takes his mother to the guest's room.

Later on;

Lukas rides his bike to hill pass with Julia at his back. Then, he stop at a place that they can see the whole city.

"Wow, it's beautiful", said Julia.

"Yeah. That's why this is one of my secret spot to relax", said Lukas.

"Dear, I have something that you should know long time ago", said Julia.

"What is it, mum?" asked Lukas.

"The reason why I abandon you for years is because when I see you, I see your father in you. And when I saw it, I feel so sad. I have plenty of memories with your father. When I married Ric and look at you, I feel like I've betraying your father's love. That's why I can't look at you in your face. I'm sorry", said Julia while the tears starts to drop on her cheeks. Lukas then holds Julia's hand.

"So, that's the reason. I thought that you don't care about me anymore after married with Ric. So, what's make you looking back for me then?" asked Lukas.

"You're my only child, Lukas. Of course I'm going to miss you. When you rejected me before, my heart get broken but I don't blame you. I know you hurt more since that time you just starting to grow up. Actually, when I approaching you before this, it's Ashley the one that ask me to do so because she said deep inside your heart, you love me. You even rampaged when she bad mouthing me even though that time she just want to test you", said Julia.

"So, apologise to her and starting to care about her are the best decision I've ever made since I'm here in Orlando", said Lukas.

"Yes, she's a nice girl. Yes, she might have temper but she's not a bad girl. I'm so happy when she told me that both of you are good now", said Julia. Lukas lost his words. He then pulled Julia into a tight warm hug.

"I love you, mum. I really mean it", said Lukas.

"I love you too, Lukas. I'm glad and very grateful that you're back with me right now", said Julia. Lukas keeps hugging his mother and kisses her cheek. After a few moments later, Lukas let go the hug. Then both of them ride away and stop at a diner to have lunch together.

"So, honey. Tell me about this girlfriend of yours", said Julia.

"Well, her name is Io Shirai", said Lukas.

"The whole world already know her name. Tell me how both of you meet", said Julia.

"Well, I meet her 8 years ago when I'm in dojo and begins to be her fan. Then in 2013 few weeks after Bullet Club was born, I meet her again but this time as a fellow wrestlers. She doesn't remember it after all. And the moment when I saw her, I feel something. So, with a help of some friends, I managed to get her phone number and since then we're always on the phone and hangout for about 3 months before we're make it official. Then we're dating for 2 years before broke up in 2015", said Lukas.

"Why did you two broke up?" asked Julia.

"Well, she caught me cheating to her with some girls", said Lukas.

"Unbelievable. So, this time make sure you didn't screw up", said Julia.

"I won't, mum. I'm currently planning to propose her", said Lukas.

"That's good. You're thinking about the future. Proud of you", said Julia.

"Thanks, mum", said Lukas.

"So, why she didn't moving in with you?" asked Julia.

"Well, it's her custom that a couple will only moving in together after they get married", said Lukas.

"I see. When can I meet this girlfriend of yours?" asked Julia.

"Well, we can have dinner together tonight if you want to", said Lukas.

"Hmm, okay. I like it", said Julia.

"I'll text her now", said Lukas.

"Good. Can't wait for tonight", said Julia.

"Don't scare her, mum. She's so nervous to meet Uncle Oliver and Aunty Svenja before", said Lukas. Julia laughed.

"Well, a little bit of teasing won't hurt", said Julia.

"I'm not getting involve in it, mum", said Lukas. Julia just laughed.

Later that night;

Io, Lukas and Julia having a dinner together at Lukas's house.

"Thanks for having me today. Really appreciate it", said Io.

"No problem, dear. I always want to meet you after I know you dating my son here", said Julia.

"Great to see you, ma'am", said Io.

"Me too. Can I ask you something?" asked Julia.

"Sure. What is it?" asked Io in returned.

"Why did you came back to Lukas?" asked Julia.

"Because I realised that I still love him even though I always deny it", said Io.

"Really? That easy?" asked Julia.

"Not that easy. It takes 4 years", said Io.

"Are you sure you're not back to him just for revenge for the past relationship you two had before?" asked Julia.

"Yes, ma'am. I'm so sure about it", said Io. She started to get nervous with this conversation.

"Why you shall I believe in you. You have plenty reasons to revenge", said Julia.

"I don't know but if you give me a chance, I'll prove it to you", said Io. Julia glared at Io before smiled.

"Okay, I'm done messing with you", said Julia. Lukas chuckled while Io seems relieved.

"You're really got me there, ma'am", said Io.

"Please sweetheart. Just call me Julia until you getting married with Lukas of course", said Julia.

"I shall record it", said Lukas.

"I thought you said that you don't want to get involved", said Julia.

"Yeah, but it seems fun", said Lukas.

"So, you're think it is funny?" asked Io.

"Yes, babe", said Lukas.

"Ugghh, I hate you", said Io.

"Me too", said Lukas before stucks her tounge out.

"You two really made a good couple", said Julia. Lukas and Io smiled.

"Thanks, mum", said Lukas.

"Hope both of you will live happily together ever after", said Julia.

"Hope so, Julia", said Io. Then the 3 of them continued their dinner.
