"Where's Sayori...?"

Natsuki's words repeated in my mind as I drove down the highway.

"Hold on Natsuki..." I said.

I was going to explain what was going on, but I didn't want to do it with Odysseus in the car.

I parked the car at a nearby lake and me and Natsuki got out. We left Odysseus sleeping in the back of the car as we walked over to the nearby beach.

We looked off into the sunset.

"Natsuki...it's a little hard to explain..." I said.

"W-Why? What's wrong with Sayori? Why isn't she home yet...?" Natsuki asked with pain in her voice.

I looked over at Natsuki and she gave me a sad and haunting look.

"She's...she's not sick Natsuki...it's just..."

"Just what?"

"Her depression...it came back. I don't know why but her depression came back."

"Her... depression...?"

Natsuki never knew about Sayori? Did I really never tell her.

"What's gonna happen to her, Spencer?"

"I think they're gonna prescribe her some antidepressants. She'll be out of the hospital soon..." I said.

"I hope..." I mumbled so Natsuki wouldn't hear me.

"I...I miss Sayori so much....why can't things go back to the way they used to be?"

"Natsuki I'm...I'm so sorry..."

I walked over to Natsuki and wrapped my arms around her. She cried into the bottom of my shirt.

Her concern for her friends was so pure...it reminds me of when I lost Drew.

I...I have to get Sayori back...I...I have to.

"Spencer..." Natsuki said as she cried.

"Y-Yes Natsuki...?"

"Get Sayori back...I'll make you cupcakes if you do...I'll do anything just...please get Sayori back..."

"I promise Natsuki..." I said.

I squeezed Natsuki before I let go of her. She grabbed ahold of my hand as we walked back up to the car.

We got back in and Odysseus was still asleep. I drove back towards my house while the sun set.

We rolled up my driveway and Odysseus was still sleeping. I was gonna slam my hand on the horn again but Natsuki grabbed my wrist.

She smiled at me and slammed her fist on the horn. Odysseus jumped up and Natsuki got out of the car.

"Spencer did it!" She said as she ran away.

I looked in the rear view mirror and saw Odysseus glaring at me with fire in her eyes.

"Oh shit..." I said.

Me and Odysseus walked through the door. I was rubbing my cheek because of how hard Odysseus hit me.

I ended up carrying the bags myself.

She called that move the "God Blow." Or something.

I walked in the living room and saw that Yuri and Natsuki were watching TV. Odysseus joined them on the couch.

"Where's Monika?" I asked.

"She's in your room. I think she was on your computer..." Yuri said.

"Oh no..." I said to myself.

No...not...not my private files...oh no. I dropped the bags on the floor and made my way to my room.

"Monika!" I yelled as I ran down the hallway.

I saw Monika with her legs crossed sitting at my computer.

"Monika what are you doing?"

"Nooooothing."

"Get off of my computer please..." I said.

"Neverrrr." Monika said in a playful voice. I walked up behind her and tried to wrestle the mouse outta her hands.

"Oh Spencer I didn't know that you were so forceful! At least take me out to dinner first!" She said in a playful voice.

She was trying to get me all flustered that way I would let go of her. I wasn't letting in.

I grabbed both of Monika's wrist and held them up.

She tried to move her head to try and bite my wrists but I jerked our arms away.

"Fine! Dodge this!" Monika said as she lunged towards me. She dropped the mouse and wrapped her arms around me.

She layed her lips on mine as she giggled. We stood there for about 10 seconds until she let go of me.

"You should really clear your Internet history Speeencey. If you really wanted to see me like 'that' then you could've asked me." She said in a teasing tone.

"B-Be quiet...and why are you wearing your school uniform?" I asked.

"We don't have clothes here and I found this old thing downstairs. Did you get me any clothes yet?" Monika asked.

"Yeah, they're out in the kitchen." I said.

"Good, you're taking me out tonight!" Monika said as she left the room.

"But I didn't..."

"It's not your choice Spencey!"

I guess I'm taking Monika on a date tonight. She's so cute...but so expensive to take care of.

Monika walked back into the room with a stack of clothes in her hands. She dropped her skirt on the floor and began to undress with me in the room.

"I'd get out of here you perv." Monika said.

"I'm the pervert even though you're the one who just started undressing in front of me?" I said.

"Do not question queen Monika!" Monika said.

"I didn't know you got a tattoo." I said as I pointed at Monika's lower back.

There was a small spade tattoo on Monika's lower back.

"Yeah I got that a while ago. You want to have a better look?" Monika asked.

"I'm...alright thanks." I said. "I'm changing the password on my computer by the way." I said as I walked out of the room.

I walked into the kitchen and poured myself a glass of my best friend. My best friend's name, was Mr. Scotch.

I have 3 friends who will always be by my side. Scotch, and two people known as Smith and Wesson.

I downed the glass of Scotch as I watched the TV from the kitchen.

"What are you guys watching?" I asked.

"It's called 'Deadly Secrets.' It's by the famous author/director known as didlydog." Natsuki said.

"didlydog huh? Sounds like a pretty cool guy." I thought to myself.

"I'm ready! Monika said as she came into the kitchen.

She was wearing a pink tank top with a white jacket over it. She also wore a pair of shorts that went a little above her knees.

Hey, I wasn't complaining.

"Shall we get going?" Monika said in a manly voice, trying to impersonate me.

"Let's go Moni." I said.

"D-Don't call me that Spencey!"

Instant regret.

Me and Monika held hands as we walked down the stairs towards the Rolls-Royce. I opened the door for Monika and she got in.

I walked around the other side and got into the driver side. We pulled out of the driveway and I began to drive into the city.

"So where are we going Spencer?" She asked.

"Somewhere that you said you always wanted to go."

I parked outside of a shop that had a big glass window. Me and Monika got out and walked in.

It was a candy store that specialized in making the fanciest chocolates imaginable.

Behind the counter was two men wearing white chefs uniforms dropping nuts on a ball of chocolate.

"Pick whatever you want Monika." I said in a soft voice.

Monika face was in awe as she saw all the assortments of chocolate. She was like a kid in a candy store.

Wait...she literally is a kid in a candy store. Well not a kid but...you know what I mean.

"Would you like to try this one madame?" The chef said from behind the counter.

He was a french man wearing a white chefs hat. He wore a name tag in his shirt that said "Gustave."

"Yes please." Monika said.

Gustave picked up a chocolate ball and handed it to Monika in a napkin. She put the chocolate into her mouth and her eyes opened wide as she tasted the flavor of it.

"Thish ish shoo gwoood!" Monika said while she chewed on the chocolate.

I looked over at Gustave.

"Yeah we'll take those." I said.

Gustave let out a laugh as he packaged up some chocolates for me and Monika to share.

"Bon Voyage!" Gustave said as we walked out.

Me and Monika held hands as we walked outside and began to walk around the city.

Monika gave me a peck on the cheek and then giggled.

"That's for being so sweet."
