This is an interview with the winner of the Short Story category Mystic_Writer97 . Thank you so much for taking out your time for this!

Q1. How did you discover Wattpad? 

I was looking for an online platform to read stories when I came across Wattpad on google

Q2. At what age did you start to show interest in writing? 

 I discovered my interest and talent in writing when I was 12.

Q3. Why did you start writing? 

 I started writing because it brings my ideas and imaginations to life and it's an activity that brings me happiness. It also takes me away from reality and I feel like I live in a fantasy world whenever I write.  

Q4. Who would you say is your biggest inspiration as a writer? 

Cassandra Clare, writer of Shadowhunter series 

Q5. Do you have a favourite out of all the books you've written (consisting of the ones not on wattpad) ? 

My favorite is the one of the first stories I've written on my notebook in sixth grade, "Keisha's Diary" 

Q6. What is your greatest challenge as a writer? 

My greatest challenge as a writer is the incapacity to write certain scenes related to science and historical fictions. I'm having a difficult time describing ancient settings and places relating to space

Q7. What was your inspiration to write the book that won this award? 

Strong-willed and wise women from movies and books inspired me to write my own strong character in my book that won the award.

Q8. Would you consider to make writing your profession or just a hobby? 

 I'd consider to make writing my profession because it's one of the things that I'm very passionate of, and I want to see how writing can change my future. 

Q9. How did you feel when you got to know that you won your respected category? 

 I feel really happy and surprised at the same time, I didn't really expect it but I'm glad it got the attention.

Q10. Would you like to add something to say to your supporters?

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for their support and genuine comments as to how much my book has potential to become famous and loved by many readers.
