One of the vampires that was back in New Orleans took Rebekah to a warehouse to investigate another incident.

"I used to run things down here when Marcel was in charged. I thought you would like to see it." The vampire said but they stopped walking once they found a circle on the ground made of salt with animal bones inside of it and with unlit candles around it.

"I have seen this before... A long time ago." Rebekah said. "Somebody is copycatting a very dangerous witch. They draw their power from the sacrifice."

"But... why would someone just leave it for us to find?" The vampire asked, making Rebekah's eyes widen in realization.

"Because they wanted to be found."

A man appears from the shadows behind them. Rebekah notices him in shock and horror.

"Mademoiselle Mikaelson." He said.

"Tha-That's not possible." She said in disbelief.

"Sure, it is, chére. It's magic." The man said.

Rebekah vamp speed towards the man, in an attempt to kill him, but he simply reached out and grabbed her by the throat.

"Symbole du masque et de l'ombre, embrace-toi. Embrace-toi. Symbole du masque et de l'ombre, embrace-toi. Embrace-toi. Symbole du masque et de l'ombre, embrace-toi. Embrace-toi. Symbole du masque et de l'ombre, embrace-toi." He started to chant while Rebekah started to desiccate, starting to show thick gray veins pop up all over her face and neck as the young vampire disappeared from how terrified it was.

Klaus, Elijah, Danny and many of the other vampires were congregating in the courtyard, discussing their current situation.

"Someone will die for this." Klaus said.

"Remarkably, I don't disagree. However, I would like to know where they learned such dark magic." Elijah said concerned with this dark magic going around.

"I had hoped never to see that symbol again." Klaus confesses. "I recall it is the signature of a fool who once stood against us.

"Clearly, some upstart witch is salvaging old tricks." Elijah said.

"I'll do for him as I did the other." Klaus said and turned to Danny. "Danny, when night falls, I want you to gather every vampire in the Quarter. Get me the head of whoever did this and put it on a stick.

"Yeah. That's gonna be a problem. Everyone is freaked out, man." Danny said.

"We haven't had witches killing vampires in a long time. Marcel made sure of that." One of the vampires said.

"Marcel has run off like a scared child. You lot are left with me. Now, who of you will fight to defend our home?" Klaus asked, looking around to see that no one would come forward. "Not a single one of you will stand with me, so afraid are you of this new threat? You should know better. I'll handle this myself."

With that being said, Klaus stormed off, disappointed with not having anyone's support.

Elijah walked into Davina's old bedroom, finding Elena looking at Davina's old sketches.

"There you are." Elijah said.

"Here I am." Elena said.

"Davina's drawings..." Elijah said as he gestured to the sketches that Elena was looking at.

"Yeah. Morbid, I know. I was just thinking... we never figured out why she drew those pictures of Celeste. Anyway, I'm just killing time, now that I'm on vampire lock-down." Elena said.

"Whoever did this, we will deal with them. It won't be long." Elijah tried to reassured her.

"I'm not worried. Just think it's kind of funny that it took some big, supernatural threat for you to even come into the same room as me." Elena said because she has been feeling that lately Elijah has been more distant.

"I do apologize if you feel neglected. I have been occupied. My siblings are in some quarrel. Niklaus remains agitated. You'll recall that even our slightest interactions seem to infuriate him." Elijah said, making Elena sigh.

"So Klaus is a jerk, and you want to be a good big brother. So we can't hang out. That sum it up? I get it, Elijah. It just seems like a really crappy deal." Elena said. "You are the one I actually have been enjoying to get to know the most. But I get it. Family is the most important thing in the world. Don't worry, I won't get in the middle."

Sophie was stumbling around the streets of New Orleans in a drunk state, holding a bottle of liquor as she approached Klaus in an alley.

"Big bad Klaus Mikaelson."

"Sophie. Just the witch I was looking to brutalize." Klaus said and vamp sprees towards Sophie, grabbing her by the throat, chocking her. "Perhaps you could explain the attacks on my men."

Elena and Elijah were in the courtyard talking when, suddenly, Stefan appeared with a worried look.

"Guys, have you seen Bekah? I have been trying to find her, calling her and even texting her but she's not answering... I have this feeling that she might be in danger." Stefan said worried.

"I'm worried that she had something to do with this. She's very displeased with Niklaus, perhaps even conspiring with others." Elijah said and saw a vampire drinking alone so he joined him.

"Thierry, is it?"

"That's right."

"My sister is rather fond of you. Strange, she's not typically drawn to?unremarkable men. Would you care to explain your sudden magnetism." Elijah said.

"Do you think he is on it?" Stefan asked Elijah and before Elijah would say anything Stefan asked Thierry. "Have you hurt Rebekah? Because if you did I will find a way to hurt you until you beg for death! I might seem a cool guy but I can be crazy! I used to be the Ripper!"

"Stefan, calm down." Elena tried to calm Stefan down.

"I don't know what you're--" Thierry was saying but was cut off by an annoyed Elijah, who grabbed him by the throat and pushed him against the wall.

"You can either tell me what you know, or I can distribute tiny pieces of you throughout the Quarter. But just after letting the Ripper have some fun." Elijah said.

"She asked me to keep an eye out on witch stuff. I found something, and when I showed her, we were jumped by some guy. He desiccated her with his touch." Thierry admittedz

"And like a coward, you left her!" Stefan yelled angry, showing his vampire features while Elijah grabbed Thierry's neck tighter.

"What was I supposed to do, fight some warlock that took out an Original?" Thierry asked.

"Where was this, exactly?" Elijah asked.

"The docks, warehouse 57. I was just doing what she asked. You cannot tell Klaus about this." Thierry said and Elijah snapped his neck.

"I'm coming with you." Elena said worried.

"No. Stefan can come but you need to stay here. You're safe in here."

"Bekah is in trouble. She's my friend. I'm going." Elena said.

"Alright, but you do not leave my sight. Understand?" Elijah asked and Elena nodded and as they left she texted Bonnie and Caroline What was going on with Bekah, in case it would be necessary their help.
