Rebekah texted Klaus asking to call her her and that it was important, so when he called her, Rebekah make up an excuse saying it was probably nothing but she was going to answer the phone outside so the girls could talk and watch the movies in peace.

Rebekah knee she had to tell Klaus as fast as she could that Caroline was feeling under the weather because for how much Klaus denied, she could see Caroline had a big affect on him. She didn't know what they were, if they were friends or something more but she could see her brother truly cared about Caroline, which was new because Niklaus spend many years only caring about his family. She also felt that Caroline was a good influence on Klaus and she didn't want to think what would happen if he lost her.

"Hello, Sister. What's wrong? Why did you asked me to call you?" Klaus asked a bit annoyed but also a bit concerned.

"Before I say anything, you need to stay calm and to not go all crazy." Rebekah said.

"Just say it, Rebekah." Klaus asked frustrated, trying to hide how he was getting more concerned by the second.

"Okay... The girls and I decided to come see Caroline and she told us she felt a bit under the weather but she tried to not make a big deal. Although, I find weird she feeling under the weather because she is part vampire. I and the girls convinced her to go see a doctor but I know you don't trust everyone and needs to be someone who knows about the supernatural world." Rebekah said.

"I have the number of the perfect person. I'll call him right now and schedule a meeting, I'll send you with the details." Klaus said and hung up.

"Not even a goodbye? Rude!" Rebekah said when noticed Klaus had already hung up.

Rebekah went inside the house and noticed Caroline giving her a look.

"Bekah, can we speak in private?" Caroline asked with a fake smile.

"Sure."

"Great! Let's go to the kitchen." Caroline said and Rebekah followed to the kitchen, seating in a stool as she saw Caroline taking a strawberry ice cream from the fridge and some blood, then mixing it up in a bowl.

"Hungry?" Rebekah asked.

"Don't try to change the subject." Caroline said and eat some of her ice cream. "Why did you have to tell Klaus that I was feeling under the weather?"

"Because you are one of the only people he cares about. I know you guys are in a fight or whatever but I haven't seen Nik caring for someone outside my family like he cares about you in a long time. I don't know what the hell you two are for each other but I know you to care for each other. Besides, when I barely gave him the news, he wanted to end the conversation as soon as possible to call someone who could help you."

"Oh! He is just doing that because he is afraid that a normal doctor will see me and realize there's something off about me, like being able to heal a wound in seconds." Caroline said.

"No, Caroline. Nik truly cares about you, even if you don't want to admit it." Rebekah said and got a text from Klaus telling her to bring Caroline in a clinic of the bayou and that he will be there in 5 minutes. "It's Nik. He says he already contacted someone and that we need to go to the clinic in the bayou."

"Ugh! Fine. Let's just get this over with." Caroline said and went to the living room, where was her best friends and Davina. "Hey girls! I guess I have to go now to the clinic, because apparently they can't wait until tomorrow to tell me I'm okay so, yeah... You can stay and end up watching the movie. We don't know how long it will take."

"We will go with you." Elena quickly said.

"There's no need for that." Caroline said with a smile.

"Just like you were there for us, we want to be there for you." Davina said.

"And we can always watch this movie another time." Bonnie said and Caroline smiled and nodded.

They all got in the car and Rebekah drove them to the clinic in the bayou, seeing Klaus in the front door, looking impatient.

"What took you so long?" Klaus asked upset.

"Klaus, just calm down, okay? This is nothing. Maybe it was me who ate something bad... I'm fine. I'm only doing this to get everyone to stop worrying about me." Caroline said.

"We don't know if it's nothing. Now, let's go to the clinic." Klaus said.

"Fine! I'm too tired to get in a pointless fight with you." Caroline said, rolling her eyes, then went inside the clinic and had Klaus, Rebekah, Elena, Bonnie and Davina following her.

The doctor made the normal procedures and in the end took some of her blood.

"So... what is it?" Klaus asked concerned.

"Right now, it doesn't look like nothing but I will test the blood and by tomorrow I will have the results and ask you to meet me here again." The doctor said.

"I already know the tests won't say anything." Caroline mumbled.

"We don't know that." Bonnie said.

"Am I the only one thinking clearly? I'm part vampire if I did had something then my body just took longer to heal itself. I'm feeling perfectly fine."

"You might feel fine and don't be fine. I won't take any risks. That is why tonight you will stay the night with us." Klaus said.

"What? No! That's crazy!"

"Love, don't make me force you into getting in my car." Klaus said, hating how frustrating Caroline could be thanks to her being so damn stubborn.

"Always so nice..." Caroline said sarcastically.

They eventually got back to the mansion Klaus was living in and he took Caroline to the room she used to sleep in.

"Okay. I'm here. I promise I won't leave. Now you may go." Caroline said.

"Nice try, love. I'm staying here."

"Oh my God, Klaus! After all this time you still don't trust me?" Caroline asked upset.

"I do trust you, Caroline. I am staying here because I care about you and want to make sure nothing will happen to you during the night." Klaus said.

"Whatever." Caroline said, rolling her eyes. "I guess we can share a bed but if you try something I will snap your neck and put you in the basement, chained up."

"Of course, Love." Klaus said and then they got under the covers and ended up cuddling.

*Next Morning*

Klaus and Caroline woke up with a phone ringing, making Klaus See it was his and it was from the doctor.

"Hello? Do you have the results of the test?" Klaus asked.

"Yes. Can you put Miss Forbes on the line?" The doctor asked and so Klaus put it on speaker.

"Hey! I'm Caroline. You are on speaker. So...? Did you call Klaus to tell him I was right and there was nothing wrong with me?"

"I called Mr. Mikaelson because I didn't have your number and I'm not sure if you want this news to be shared already with anyone." The doctor said making now Caroline concerned and making Klaus more and more concerned.

"Just tell us what is it." Caroline said frustrated with the suspense.

"Miss Forbes, you are pregnant."

"What? No! That can't be it. I'm part vampire."

"But you are also part werewolf. This is one of nature's loopholes. Congratulations on your miracle pregnancy!" The doctor said.

"Thanks. Bye." Caroline said and hung up, still processing the information.

"Who is the father?" Klaus asked.

"There's no father because I can't be pregnant. And if there was a baby, you would be the father. I haven't slept with anyone since Tyler... Until you." Caroline said. "But this can't be it. I'm gonna to a gynecologist and we will see that there's no baby."
