Bonnie, Elena, Stefan and the Mikaelsons we're now at the safe house waiting for Bonnie to get Caroline location.

"Got it." Bonnie said.

"Okay, lets go." Elena said.

"What are you thinking? You can't go." Klaus said.

"Why the hell not?" Elena asked.

"Elena, this is dangerous."

"I don't care. My best friend is in trouble. Whenever I got in trouble she come to my rescue. Which means... I'm going." Elena said.

"You better not get yourself killed. You are only alive because of your precious blood. If you turn, you no longer have any use." Klaus said and they left to where Bonnie said Caroline was.

"They found us." One of the kidnappers said when heard them.

"I guess we go plan b." The other kidnapper said.

One of them left while the other took Caroline from the chair while holding a wooden stake to make sure she wouldn't go anywhere.

"Can you take the ropes? It's not like I'm strong enough to run away." Caroline whispered, barely able to put words together.

"Fine." The kidnapper said and when took the ropes, made Caroline walk in front of him.

*Meanwhile*

"You?" They all said in disbelief.

"Me. Elena, What are you doing? This could be a great excuse for you to leave this family and go back to Mystic Falls."

"I gave them my word..." Elena said. "What are you doing?"

"Klaus made something to Caroline. She is not thinking clearly. She's defending him. He tried to kill you, Elena."

"Please, stop with this." Elena said. "Please. Damon, this isn't you."

"Where's Caroline?" Klaus growled now with his hybrid face, tired of this small talk.

"You want Caroline, right?" Damon asked and vamp speed, grabbing Elena and getting her on his side, as his veins started to show and his fangs grew as he got closer to her neck, with his arms wrapped around her waist.

"Let her go. Elena didn't do anything." Elijah said.

"It's time to choose. Your little friend lives and the Pact is broken, meaning you give us back Elena. Or the pact stays the same but you just won't have the help of your new wolf friend."

"Ric? Why...?"

"I'm doing this for you." Alaric said, then looked at Klaus. "If you try anything, Damon will kill Elena and she will become a vampire. No longer being any use for you."

Klaus looked at Elena, who was about to be bitten by Damon and then at Caroline who was about to be killed by Alaric.

"Choose or they both will die. And only the one you least like will come back." Damon said.

"Elena. Elena needs to live... I need my hybrids." Klaus said.

"Wow... You would think he would have to think a little about it but no..." Damon whispered as Klaus grabbed Elena's arm.

Caroline used that moment to turn around and kick Alaric in the groin, then Damon tried to fight her but Klaus snap his neck before Damon could do anything.

Once they got to the plantation, Kol took Damon to the basement, and Bonnie put Alaric handcuffed to a bed of one of the many guest rooms. Elena decided t take a bath and Caroline did the same.

Klaus grabbed a blood bag B+ and went to Caroline's room, finding her laying in the bed with her pjs, so he closed the door, letting them have more privacy.

"Your little trick was risky." Klaus said.

*Flashback*

"Choose or they both will die. And only the one you least like will come back." Damon said.

Caroline gave Klaus a signal to choose Elena and when Klaus gave her a look, Caroline gave him a reassuring look. It was all very quick but for them it was like they were arguing without saying any actual words because Klaus didn't want to choose Elena.

He hated to not know what would happen but he trusted Caroline and he knew by her look that she had something in mind.

*End Of Flashback*

"Yeah... Either way you were going to choose Elena... I mean, her blood is the one thing that lets you keep having more hybrids so..." Caroline whispered.

"In theory I would think that too but..." Klaus whispered because for the first time in a long time he was considering putting someone above his desires.

"But...?"

"If you didn't give me the signal... I don't know if that would have been my choice."

"What? Of course it would. Elena lets you have more hybrids. I am simply the one who helps you planning and organizing events." Caroline whispered.

"You are way more than that, Caroline." Klaus whispered and gave her a peck on the forehead, then gave her the blood bag.

"My favorite. Thank you." Caroline whispered and Klaus nodded.

"Today was a long day. I should probably go."

"No. Stay... if you want to." Caroline whispered, making Klaus smirk.

"I would love to."

Caroline quickly finished the blood bag and put it on her nightstand, still feeling hungry but she decided to not complain.

"You should drink human blood."

"No. I'm okay without human blood. I probably just need some rest." Caroline whispered but her veins started to show from how hungry she was.

"Caroline, you need blood." Klaus whispered and bite his wrist, making Caroline give him a look. "Trust me."

Caroline nodded and drink from his wrist, feeling an explosion of emotions, it was something that she could not put into words, she could only confirm that she enjoyed it a lot.

"Drink as much as you need, love." Klaus whispered when Caroline bite his neck. "That's it, love. Drink..."

Once she stopped drinking, they looked at each other in a very intense way, wanting to feel that again, Caroline wanting to taste his blood again and Klaus wanting not only to have her drinking from him but also taste her blood.

"Thank you... I should sleep..." Caroline whispered and Klaus nodded, wrapping his arm around her.
