Shelby's POV
I woke up the next morning in Steve's arms and Aspyn in mine. I love her so much. Them being here made me realize how much I've missed them. Steve kissed my forehead.
"Morning baby." He cooed twirling my hair with his fingers.
"Morning Stevie. Today is Aspyn and Skylars birthday." I smiled.
"Really?"
"Yup."
"Where is ole Dally and Skylar at anyways?" He asked.
"I don't know." I said looking around the room.

Skylar's POV
Last night me and Dally decided to go celebrate early. We went to Bucks and got really drunk. I don't remember what happened exactly but I woke in his room naked in bed with him....I think I know what happened.
"Happy Birthday princess." I smiled at that.
"Thanks Dal."
"You're welcome." He smirked holding my hand up studying it.
"There's something wrong with your hand babe." He frowned.
"What?" I asked kinda scared. He stood up and walked in front of me and grabbed my hand.
"I love you angel I hope you know that. No one has ever made me feel this way. I never thought that someone would actually half way tame me." He smirked. "Can you make me the happiest guy in the world by promising me you'll always be mine and I'll always be yours?" He asked getting down on one knee holding my hand pulling a small box. He opened it up and I almost started crying. It was the prettiest ring ever! It was simple and delicate just the way I like it.
I couldn't talk so I just nodded my head stupidly. Dally smiled and hugged me.
"Oh baby girl I love you so much!"
"I love you to Dally. Yes I promise you..I promise." I said hugging him back.
"This is my promise to you." He pulled away and showed me his finger. He had a tattoo of a ring, almost identical to mine, on his finger. I smiled.
"It's great Dal."
"I'm glad you like it." He smiled.

We went back to the Curtis's and I showed off my ring.

Shelby's POV
Everyone was awake and Skylar and Dally were back. Dally is promised to Skylar and I'm so happy for them!
"So why do I have to open my presents today?" I asked.
"Because we didn't want Aspyn to be jealous." Trecia shrugged.
"Ok."
We sang Happy Birthday to Aspyn and Skylar and ate chocolate cake. Aspyn opened up her presents first. The gang got her one big gift, a portable bouncy house.
"Oh my god guys. Thanks a lot now I'm gonna have to blow that thing up all the time." Trecia joked.
"It comes with a pump." I laughed.

Skylar opened hers. Me and Steve got her a new leather jacket. Lauren and Darry got her a pair of pink converse. Leah and Soda gave her button-up plaid shirt. Pony and Ashley bought her a pair of cowboy boots. Chandra and Johnny gave her a pair of jeans with rhinestones on the back pockets. Timber and Two-Bit gave her a personalized bracelet that said 'Skylar Kirk' on the outside and 'Greaser Chik' on the inside. Blake, Nate, Greg, and Hunter bought her an Elvis album. Thomas and Sydni got her a set of earrings shaped like a knife. Dally gave her a promise ring, blade sharpener, and a dozen pink roses.

"You're turn!" Leah yelled at me.
"I don't like gettin presents."
"You fucking liar." Nate joked. I laughed.
I opened up my presents.

My grandpa got me a pair of Air Jordons. Trecia, Shandon, And Aspyn bought me a a Minnie Mouse bikini, which made Steve whistle. My brothers gave me a Minnie Mouse head band. Leah and Soda bought me an ankle bracelet. Lauren and Darry got me a new set of cooking pans, thank goodness I was needing new ones. Ashley and Pony gave me a basketball. Johnny and Chandra bought me a Mickey Mouse hat. Two-Bit and Timber gave me a 12 pack of beer. Blake, Hunter, and Nate bought me a basketball goal. Thomas and Sydni got me a cookbook. Then I got to Skylar and Dally's...what if they got me something like they got Steve.
"Shelby open it. You'll love it." Skylar pleaded.
"I will. Just chill." I read the card 'since you're our sister and he's our brother and we bought the wrong kind last time we thought we'd give it another try.' Oh my God!!
"Come on sis. Open it." Dally smirked. I pulled it out slowly....a box of condoms!! Everyone laughed.....except my mom.
"What the Fuck!! Do yall think you can just go bye MY daughter a box of condoms!! That's like giving her permission." Mom yelled. That pissed me off.
"Look if you were my mom I'd understand why you were upset but you've never been. You were just my incubator. It's a joke take one. And don't you think for one second you can just come here and yell at MY friends like that." I said getting in her face.
"Young lady don't you talk to me like that!! I'm your mother!! You are coming home now!!"
"No I'm not!!!! I don't live with you. I live with Grandpa and Greg is my legal guardian!!!! I didn't see you bring a present in here for me!!" Steve came up behind me and put a hand on my shoulders.
"That's enough you two. Let's just calm down and enjoy ourselves as a family." Greg said trying to calm us down. Mom turned around.
"That's My daughter and I can talk to her however I want!! You're just a Benham. A football star wanna be!!" She yelled at him. He just sat there, but I was steaming. No one and I mean no one talks to Greg like that.
"Don't you yell at him again!!!! You have no right to..." I was cut off by her slapping me. Steve caught me. She caught me so off guard. Greg was pissed off now and so was everyone else.
"GET OUT!!!!! I TOOK THESE KIDS AWAY FROM YOU FOR THAT REASON!!!! SHES MINE NOW!!!! IF YOU DONT LEAVE NOW ILL KILL YOU!!!!!!" Greg yelled trying to stay calm.
"I think it's time you left." Steve said sternly while holding me protectively.
"Who's gonna make me?" She smirked.
"We are." The gang smirked back.
"We'll escort you out." Dally and Two-Bit said one grabbing each off her arms.
"I'm glad she drove separate." My dad mumbled.
"Even if she didn't she could've walked her fat ass home." Trecia said.
"Be nice." Aspyn told her making us all laugh.

"Baby are you ok?" Steve asked worriedly.
"Yes Stevie. I'm fine. I promise." I smiled up at him.
"Well since things have calmed down heres my present." Greg said holding up a heart shaped locket.
"Greg it's beautiful."
"Here look inside." I opened it up and it was divided into four section. One had me and my family. Another of me and my original gang. Me and the new gang and one of me and Steve.
"I figured since you can't be with all of us at the same time at least now you'll have a piece of us."
"Greg thank you." I said hugging him.
"Your welcome Shelb. I love you." He said squeezing me.
"Love ya to." We pulled away.
"I have a few more gifts for ya." Steve said.
"What?! You gave me mine last night. The outfit and stuff." I added the last part so nobody, mainly Dally, would get any ideas.😉. But to late Dally was already giving me a smirk. I'd diffidently will be hearing about this later.
Steve walked upstairs and came down with a big bag.
"Here." He said handing it to me. Inside was a hot pink harness and horse blanket. I looked at him confused.
"I heard you have a big rodeo next month for championship here in Tulsa so I thought you might want at least one of your horses here." He said making me smile.
"Which one did you bring?"
"Your mustang Diva." My eyes let up. "She's at the stables. We can go see here tomorrow."
"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!" I said jumping on him wrapping my legs around his waist.

"We have some big news to." Thomas said.
"What's that McCoy?" Dally asked. I got off Steve and turned around to face him.
"I'm Pregnant!!!" Sydni hollered. Everyone cheered and hugged them...everyone but me.
"Shelby what's wrong?" Sydni asked.
"I'm happy for ya and all but I hoped yall would at least use protection for awhile so you could at least finish school." I sighed.
"I'm sorry." She said.
"Dont be sorry." I looked at her feeling guilty. I hugged her and McCoy.

My family left so they could get home before dark.
"Let's go for a walk." Steve said dragging me outside.
"Ok." We walked hand in hand to the park.
"So you remember when we walked hand in hand to the park that night before our first date?" He asked.
"Yeah. How could I forget? It was our first kiss. My very first kiss."
"I was your first kiss?!" He looked at me in shock.
"Yeah. I never kissed Caden cause I think I just dated him for comfort after my friend, grandma, and great-grandpa died and all the DHS stuff and my brothers coma."
"Well I'm glad you had the best kisser be your first kiss." He smirked. I laughed.

We walked in silence for awhile.
"Shelby."
"Yeah."
"I want to be your last first kiss. "
"You were." He smiled.
"Do you remember all those times I promised Greg I'd protect you?"
"Yeah I do Stevie."
"To protect I'm not ever gonna let you get that close to your mom again unless I'm standing in front of you."
"Steve you don't have to do that. I can protect my.." He cut me off and kissed me.
"I don't have to do a lot of things but I want to."
"I love you Stevie."
"I love you mo.." I cut him off this time with a kiss.
"Don't you know not to argue with me. I always win."
"We'll see about that." He smirked. Before I could say anything he had me pinned to a tree kissing me wildly. Rubbing his hands all over me. He rubbed my tattoo.
"Steve." I moaned.
"Hey you two!" Some one shouted. We stopped and looked up to see a half drunk Dally and Two-Bit laughing hysterically.
"What are yall doing here!" Steve yelled pissed.
"Greg got worried and sent us to find yall." Dally laughed.
"Sorry Minnie we broke into your beer." Two-Bit laughed.
"That's fine guys. I have a whole lot more stashed at my place." I smirked. Two-Bits eyes got big.
"I'm comin to your house more often sis." Two said as serious as he could. Me and Steve laughed.

We walked homed. Me and Steve hand in hand.
"Steve do you remember that time I promised to be yours forever?" I asked.
"You mean the best moment of my life?" He smiled.
"That'd be the one. Well I meant that promise and I'm promising again."
"I meant it to."
"Thanks for making me happy Stevie." I hugged him.
"That's what I live to do." He hugged me back.
"Would you two love birds come on. We're are two seconds away from the house. Greg's gonna be mad." Dally said. We laughed.

We all stayed over at the Curtis house that night.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIRK!!!LOVE YA!!!!DONT HAVE TO MUCH FUN TONIGHT!!!!" I yelled trying to embarrass her and Dally but that's impossible.
"Thanks Benwilpott but we did that last night." Skylar said. We all laughed.

"Goodnight everyone." I said. "Love yall."
"Goodnight Shelby. Love ya to." They all said.
Even though we had a little drama I had the best birthday ever with the best people ever. I love them all to death.
"Goodnight sweetheart." Steve whispered in my ear.
"Goodnight Stevie."
"One day we'll have our own house and our own bed. We'll be able to say goodnight right before we fall asleep ever night."
"I know Stevie. I can't wait."
"Me neither."
"Love you."
"Love you to." He yawned. We fell asleep.
