His friends treat you like trash behind his back (Two-Bit)
TWO-BIT POV:
"How'd I get so lucky?" I asked myself. "I'm the lucky one." She grinned. Man, I love that grin.
"You wanna go to the Drive in with the gang?" I asked her. A look of fear struck her face, but I ignored it. I thought she was just nervous. "Uh, sure." She put on her casual face again. Darry wasn't going to be there because he was tired.
We headed there and took our seats. The gang said, "Hi," and we waited for the movie to start. It wasn't any good but we liked stupid movies. "I'm gonna go get some popcorn. You want some, Minnie?" I asked my other half, Y/N." she nodded. "Yeah, can you get me a Coke too?" I nodded as she handed me some money and I was on my way. The line was pretty long and I had to wait at least 10 minutes. I finally got everything and walked back.
I saw some greaser dude and his friend dirty talking Y/N in the most gross and misogynistic way. That wasn't what bothered me. What bothered me was the gang joining in on them and laughing and asking her if she would sleep with them and saying awful sexual jokes to her like, "Get the handcuffs ready, this girl's a bad one." Just REPULSIVE!
I grabbed the Coke and threw it all over them. All 8 of them turned around. The gang and the two guys. Y/N looked relieved when I came back and clutched onto me.
"I can't believe you guys just said all those things to my baby. Do you realize how disgusting you guys are?! I mean, you guys," I pointed to the gang. "You were helping them?!" I yelled. People shushed me but I didn't care.
"And you two douchebags need to get a fucking life. No wonder you're both single is because you're dirtier than a car engine. Now get the hell outta here before I mess you up." I said flicking out my blade. They scurried off and the gang looked scared too. I don't think anyone has seen me that angry. Not even myself.
"Hope you all had a great laugh because I'm going home." I threw the popcorn on the ground and stormed off with Y/N. She started crying as I held her. We walked back to my car and I hugged her.
"I can't believe the things they said to you." I growled. She nodded under my touch.
"Hey, don't listen to them. They don't know how to treat a girl right." I grabbed her head and she looked at me. "Thank, Two-Bit." She said quietly. "Anytime, Minnie. You're so amazing." I kissed her cheek as we drove home.
We drove to the lot and sat on the hood of my car and looked at the stars until midnight. We then hopped in the back and fell asleep together waking up at sunrise.
I didn't talk to the gang for a very long time after that. Maybe a month. They apologized even though it still angers me to this day.
