SOPHIA POV:

If anyone knew Dallas, they'd know he's a trouble maker. He's always causing so much trouble and getting arrested. I remember countless amount of times he's been arrested and I was with him. He told me to go so I wouldn't get put behind bars like him. 

It was another boring day of another boring week. I was on my front porch smoking a cigarette. Dallas suddenly comes along. I gotta tell ya, he's the best boyfriend to ever have. He always so sweet to me and makes sure nothing happens to me.

"Hey, Sophia what do ya say we go to the store over there and "buy a switchblade and some cancer sticks, man?" He said giving me that smirk that I just couldn't say no to.
"Dallas you're gonna get caught again.  Remember what happen last time?" I said remembering. He used his bluff and that guy quit out of fear. I guess he knows now not to hold people at gun point. Or not. Yeah, probably not.

"C'mon nothin's gonna happen. I'll take the blame, you just get outta there kid." He put his arm around me. I rolled my eyes. Here we go again.

We made our way to the store and he pulled lut the bluff as I gave him the items. The guy of course called the cops and not even a second later, we heard sirens. He told told me to go and I ran. I could hear the cops arresting Dallas and my heart broke. I always hated him getting arrested.

9 weeks later:

I had been waiting and waiting for Dallas. He was suppose be out of jail now. Where was he?
My question was answered when I saw that familiar blonde hair and those soft cigarette lips with one hand in his pocket.

"DALLAS!" I screamed and ran up to him.

"Hey, Sophia!" He leaned in and kissed me.

"I missed you." I whispered in his ear.

"I did too, baby doll." He kissed me.

"Please don't get arrested again. I can't stand to be away from you." I said almost in tears.
I could see in his face that he was heartbroken.

"I'll try love. I promise." He pulled me in for a hug.

He kept his word.
