No one really ever crushed on you. You weren't even popular. Everyone kinda just shut you out. Those high school fairytale cliches that everyone else had was something you never experienced.

You walked into school as usual took your seat and waited for the teacher. Mr. Syme came in and told everyone to be quiet. "Ok, we're gonna be getting into partners today, and you don't get to choose. You'll be in groups of 3 and I'll be assigning you." He started naming off the groups and he finally got to you.

"Y/N,Two-Bit and Ponyboy."

Your head shot up and you locked eyes across the room at your group members. You walked over to them and sat down in the empty desk right beside Two-Bit. "Hey, I'm Two-Bit and this is Ponyboy." He waved. "I'm Y/N." You replied quietly. You got to work on your assignment and every time you would look up in your peripheral vision you would catch Two-Bit staring at you. You would just brush it off as he's looking past you but you look at him and he's staring at you. He would look away and go back to his work.

At lunch, they asked you to sit with them. You did and they talked to each other and Two-Bit would talk to you. "So, Y/N, how's life?" He asked you staring into your eyes. "Pretty good." You answered honestly. He nodded. "Yeah," He sighed in content. "It's pretty good." You looked and saw Ponyboy giving Two-Bit that look like you have a crush on someone. Two-Bit raised a brow back. You brushed it off as just a friend thing. You've seen the look before and you didn't think it was directed at you though.

School ended and Two-Bit offered to drive both you and Ponyboy home. You got in the passenger seat as Ponyboy got in the back.
He joked the whole way there. He dropped off Ponyboy first, then you. He drove a few more miles until he reached your house. He stopped in the drive way for a minute and looked at you. "Hey, so you wanna hang out sometime? Maybe the Dingo or the drive-in?" He asked nervously. "Yeah, that sounds fun." You opened your door and stepped out. You were about to close it and start walking when he asked you something. What came out of his mouth were 4 words you never thought anyone would ever ask you. You almost thought he was joking. "C-can I kiss you?" Your jaw dropped. He looked nervous but you quickly scrambled over the seat and leaned in. He kissed you passionately. It was amazing. "I didn't think anyone would wanna kiss me." You looked down sadly. "Aww, baby girl you know that ain't true. I wanted to. You were probably the best person I've ever kissed. Your eyes got wide and you smiled and closed the door. He drove away and smiled before speeding off. You watched him all the way and walked back in.
