1. Johnny. And Dally lets him because he's just so damn cute.

2. They're greasers; they don't like haircuts. Moving on.

3. Johnny makes the coffee because Dally sleeps late.

4. Dally.

5. Johnny; you wouldn't expect it, but he originally did it to drown out his parents, and it just became habit.

6. Neither really care.

7. Johnny is ticklish but no one has ever gotten close enough to tickle Dally and lived to tell the tale.

8. Dally sings and Johnny plays the music even though his voice is amazing and everyone who's ever heard him keeps trying to encourage him.

9. Dally; Johnny would probably be to shy.
