ABBY'S P.O.V.

It is Friday, July 6th and it has been a few days since Soda and I have found out that we are having a baby and he asked me to be his girl and I said yes. We made a doctors appointment for Monday at 2 p.m. We have decided to tell the gang and my parents. I'm scared they are going to kick me out but if they do, Soda said that he would let me live with him. That's why we are telling the gang first, just to make sure Darry would be okay with that until we can afford a house. Then tomorrow, I'm going to look for a job so we can afford baby supplies and a house. 

I got out of bed and took a shower. Then, I got out of the shower and went over to the sink. I brushed my teeth. When I finished that, I went to my radio and started blasting it. "It's Now or Never" by. Elvis Presley was playing. Then I put on my matching purple bra and panties. I went over to my full body mirror and looked at my stomach knowing that I wasn't going to be as skinny as I am probably ever again. Then, I went to my closet and picked out a red tank top and put it on. Then, I went to my dresser and got black shorts with holes in them and put them on. Then, I went to my vanity and blow dried my hair and then put it in a french braid. Then, I did my makeup.

When I finished everything, I got the things to make a salad out and made a salad. I ate and then left not even bothering telling anyone where I was going because they knew it was to go hang out with Soda. I got in my car and drove to DX because he was working today. It should be about time for him to go home though. I went in and went to the cash register because this is where I always pick Soda and Steve up at. I sat down and right when I did Soda came in and picked me up and kissed me. I kissed back and I felt like every time we kiss it gets more passionate.

"Hey baby, you ready to go?" I asked when we got done kissing.

"Yah,  we just have to wait for Steve. So are you ready to tell the gang and your parents?" Soda asked

"Not even a little but it has to be done," I said. Steve walked in and seemed pretty happy. 

"Why are you so happy Steve?" I asked.

"I have a date tomorrow. Can we go so I can tell everyone?" Steve asked.

Yah, Let's go!" I said and then got in the car and drove to the Curtis household.

We got there and I parked the car and Steve jumped right out. I just sat there for a little with soda. W were both terrified about telling everyone but we couldn't get by without telling anyone.

SODA'S P.O.V.

I am absolutely terrified about telling every one. I mean I am actually really happy we have a baby on the way but we are a little young. 

"Let's go and tell them," I said. 

I opened the door and got out. I closed the door and opened Abby's door for her. She got out and I closed the door for her. I took her hand and we held each others hand really tight. Honestly I thought she was going to break my hand from how tight her grip was. We walked through the door. We made sure everyone was there and had them sit in the living room. We were standing in front of them. It was so quite for a while because we weren't sure of what to say.

"Well, what is it? I don't have all day." Dally said snapping at us.

"I don't really know how to say this," Abby said.

"Just say it," Darry said.

"I got Abby pregnant," I said.

"What the hell?" Darry asked sounding really mad, "Soda, you such an idiot. Why didn't use protection." he started yelling by this and it was making Abby jump so she stood behind me.

"It just happened and we found out a few days ago. She is a month along," I said back. 

"I shouldn't have yelled but what are you going to do? I mean you can stay here until you guys can afford a house but a baby is a lot of work and money," he said.

"That's why I'm getting a job and we are going to be saving our money up. I'm just scared that I'm going to get kicked out of my house," Abby said.

"Like I said, you can stay here until you have a house. You, Soda, and the baby can have the guest bedroom. Even if you don't get kicked out you and soda should still be together through this," Darry said.

"Thanks," I said.

"So is it a boy or girl," Two-Bit asked and Abby gave him a weird look. Every one started staring at us waiting for the answer except for Darry.

"We won't find out for a few months Two," Abby said, "well we have to go to my house to tell my parent. See ya later."  We left and drove to her house. 

ABBY'S P.O.V.

We got to my house and I was more nervous than anything. If anything happens though I have Soda and nothing will ever change that, I hope.I got out of the car after Soda opened the door for me. We walked to the door and I slowly opened it. We stepped inside seeing my whole family sitting at the dinner table. Nevaeh and Aiden looked and ran to Soda and gave him a hug. We sat down in quiet for a second.

I broke the silence by saying,  "I'm having a baby with Soda."

"I'm gonna kill you for touching my little girl," My dad said while getting up coming toward Soda until my mom stopped him.

"How could you let this happen?" my mom asked.

"I don't know. It just did and we can't change the fact that I'm having a baby," I said. 

"Well I would love to have you and the baby here but we can't be woken up every night. Your siblings have school and your father and I have work. We will help you out though. We still have a bunch of money from selling the house that we won't need. We will give it to you so you can find a house and get furniture for your house," my  mom said. 

"Oh my God! Mom, Thank you so much. How will we ever repay you?" I asked while hugging her and my dad.

"Just think of it as a graduation and congrats present," my dad said.

"Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Jennings,"  Soda said while shaking their hands.

"Please call us Robert and Sarah," my mom said.

"Okay well we are going to look for houses okay?" I asked.

"Yes, here is the money," My mom said while getting it from the safe and handing it to us.

"Love you," I said to them and hugged them and my siblings, "bye."

I got in the car and counted the money and there was about 50,000 dollars there. I knew that would get a decent house here and the furniture. It would also get us the baby stuff and we could still have a lot left if we managed it wisely. I also have my college money. I also realized if we have enough money for a nanny I could go to college in about a year. I started driving around the greaser side of town looking for a house. Then, I saw the perfect little house. I called the number it said to call and They said they could fit us in right now and to just wait there. 

"Soda it's perfect and they said it's about 15,000 dollars which isn't bad at all. They also said it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has a basement too," I said.

"I like it too. If we really like it maybe they would let us pay for it today. Plus it is close to your house and mine," Soda said as the women pulled in. we got out of the car.

"Hi, you must be Mrs. Stone," I said.

"Yes, and you must be Abby and this is you boyfriend Soda," she said and I nodded.

"We were wondering if we really liked the house if we could buy it today we have the money and we sort of really need the house soon," I said.

"Well the house has been on the market so sure and you guys will be allowed to move you stuff in by tomorrow if you want," she said. I looked at Soda really excitedly.

We went in and looked around. The basement was a room we could have as a hang out room when the gang comes over. The basement also had a bathroom. The first  floor was the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one room. The top floor was 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I loved it and I could see in Soda's eyes he liked it too.

"So how do you like it," she asked.

"I love it," Soda and I said together.

"Do you want to buy it?" She asked 

"Yah, let me go get something," I said. I went outside and got 15,000 dollars and then went back inside. "Here you go," I said while handing her the money. She handed me the papers that said I owned the house and she left.

"When do you want to go furniture and baby shopping?" Soda asked.

"Sunday, and we can move in next weekend if you want," I said.

"Yes, I would love that," he said.

"Ok, I'm gonna drop you off and then head home."

We got in the car and i started heading for his house. I got to his house, gave him a kiss, and left to go to my house. I got home and hid the money somewhere no one would be able to find it. I got out and went inside. my parents were on the couch.

"We found the perfect house and got to buy it already. So Sunday we are shopping for furniture and then moving next weekend," I said, "I'm gonna start packing to get it out of the way,"

I went up stair and got all of my suitcases out and some boxes out. I took a week and 2 days worth of days outfits and threw them on my bed. Then I took the rest of my clothes and folded them and put them in the suit cases. Then I, Put everything I didn't need for the next few day and put them in the boxes. So I ended up only having some clothes, blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, makeup, and my bed of course unpacked. I was tired after that so I went to bed.

*Sunday, July 8th* 

Well yesterday I went job hunting. I went to all of the gas stations, restaurants, and stores. I told them that I was having a baby so it wouldn't come as a shock when I needed to take off work for a little while. None of them were willing to hire a girl who was having a baby. So I headed to DX to tell Soda and he told me not to worry about it. I told him that I really wanted to help make some of the money and asked if I wanted to work at DX and I said sure. He talked to the boss so now I work with Soda and Steve. I also moved all of the stuff that Soda and I already packed (Which was most of our stuff except for the stuff we were going to need for the next week) to the new house.

I looked at the clock and noticed that I had to leave in about an hour. I got out of bed and took a shower. That took me about 20 minutes. Then, I brushed my teeth. Then went to my room and got dressed in a white tank top with a my black leather jacket, black ripped jeans, and my purple converse. I blow dried my hair. Then, I curled my hair and put it in a pony tail. I put some make up on. By the time I finished all of that Soda was sitting in the living room. I pulled him up and waved bye to my family and got in the car.

"Ok so we need 3 couches, one for the living room and two for the gang to sit on while they are downstairs visiting. We need a love seat for the living room. We need 2 tvs one for the living room and one for the basement. We need 2 coffee tables, a dinner table, a California King sized bed, then 3 full size beds for the other rooms, 3 cribs for each floor, a high chair, a changing table, pots and pans, spoons, forks, knives, food, baby food/formula, baby toys, 2 tv stands, 3 baby toilet things for each bathroom, baby supplies in general, 4 nightstands, 4 dressers, hangers, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, a few other things too," I said.

"Ok," he said.

First we went to the regular stare and got the baby stuff. Then we went to the kitchen supplies and got the pots and pans and silverware. After we got that stuff we went to get the towels and wash clothes. We got the food after that. Then we got the bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo and conditioner. We went to get a broom, mop, and cleaners. Then we were done at that store. We paid and left to go to the furniture store. We got there and found all the stuff we wanted and needed. We paid and had about 30,000 left. We asked if they could hold it til next Sunday. Then we left and dropped all the stuff we got from the first store at the house. We put it all away. Then I dropped Soda off at his house and went home and went to bed. 

*The Next Day At The Doctors Appointment* 

I was in the waiting room with soda and we were just having a check up to make sure the baby was healthy. We had just gotten  there though and the lady working out front said it would be a few minutes. I just started looking at pregnancy magazines. 

"Abby," a nurse called. I got up and she told us to follow her. She did the normal routine and then said to wait for the doctor. I was laying down because she got me ready for the ultrasound. A few minutes passed.

"Hi, I'm Doctor Monroe. How are you Abby?" Dr. Monroe asked.

"Good," I said.

"Ok, well I'm gonna put a cold gel on you and rub it around with my tools." He said as he was doing it. I looked at and saw a tiny thing in the picture. "Your baby seems to be doing good but there is one thing you should know."
