It's finally the last day of school!!!!!! I can't wait for summer to just be here. I'll be able to hang out with my friends and maybe even find a boyfriend.

Oh I almost forgot I'm Abigail but everyone calls me Abby. I'm 18 years old and I am graduating high school today. I live in Nashville, Tennessee but I'm not a country girl. I am one of the most popular girls in my class but I don't have a boyfriend because i wanted to focus on school. Now that I'm out of high school I want to start enjoying life. 

Since it's the last day of school I want to defiantly want to make a last impression. I decided to wear a strapless sky blue summer dress with a bow belt and my blue sandals. Then I curled my hair with loose curls. I put on my diamond heart necklace and went downstairs.

"You can't actually think I'm going to let you go out like that, can you?" My dad asked in his concerned voice.

"Dad, I'm 18 i make my own choices now and I'm choosing to wear this," I said, "and I think i look good and that's all that matters."

I went outside and got in my car and drove to school. I met up with my friends and we went to class. After a boring day at school we all ran outside and got in our cars to go get ready for graduation.

I got home and ran upstairs and go out the outfit that i was wearing for graduation. Our class is different so we got to decide if we wore caps and gowns. We decided to wear caps but our own outfits for graduation. I had picked out a short purple dress had the criss-cross straps.

I got dressed and re curled my hair and then did my makeup. Then I put my black heels on and went downstairs. When I got downstairs I saw my friends and a guy. He wasn't just a guy, he is the guy I have had a crush on ever since 1st grade. His name Zach. He walked up to me.

"I was wondering if you and I could go out sometime?" he asked.

"Yes, I would love too!!!" I said

"Well guys it's time to go graduate." I screamed.

We left and then got to the school and got everything ready. I am the valedictorian. I walked up on stage and looked at the crowd.

"I'm Sylvia Davis and I am this year's valedictorian. To be honest when i found out I was going to do this I was like oh crap what am I going to say. Then, I realized there is nothing I can say to make this class seem a tiny bit normal. We got comfortable being with each other and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. All i know is that we are a family that will always have a connection. Some of us are closer than others but even if you weren't close, you were still part of our family." I said. I contiued for awhile but then I went and sat down and waited for my name to be called.

"Abigail Jennings," Our principal said. Everyone started cheering for me after that.

When it was finally over I went out to eat with my friends and went home. When I got home, my mom and dad were crying and talking about the move and didn't hear me.

"We're moving?!?" I said.

"Yes, we have to I got a job offer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have to go. Pack your things we leave in a week." my dad said.

WHAT????
