I sat on the bleachers watching my youngest kid brother clear hurdles as he ran along the track. I was very proud of him, being the school track star takes a lot of effort. I must have been lost in my thoughts because I didn't even notice when a lady around 30 walked over to me. "Hey there handsome." She said flirtatiously.  Oh my gosh. Did she think I was...a dad? I took a deep breath, trying to stay calm. "Hello." Was all I could muster as I turned my attention back to the track.  She scooted closer to me and I started feeling very uncomfortable. "So, which ones your kiddo?"

"How...how old do I look?" I blurted out. She studied me intently for a minute before answering sweetly, "Not a day over 30 hon." I groaned and stood up. Before I came to the next track meet, I was getting a girlfriend.
