Chapter 15

A week has passed since Goblin first started his home. It went from being a single room to two. The first having two enormous beautiful spruce front doors leading into a sort of parlor containing simple decorations, a medium sized table and a large fire pit at the very rear. It serves as a sort of living room/kitchen for any guests that may show up at his door. His father, Irileth, Farengar, Lod, or anyone else who may pay him a visit will not have to stand around the whole time, he has room for them at the table and a comfortable set of seats for them to enjoy whilst they converse. The room is well lit and seems very inviting to all who see it. To the right is a door that leads to Goblin's personal quarters. Directly to the left is his large desk which has all his blueprints, scale models and small hand sized instruments. Past that is a giant glass enclosure that encases the mystical green sphere which he discovered  in  Irkngthand. It levitates in place slightly rotating, giving off that same light green energy it did when he first found it. Across from that in the opposite corner, sits his forge. Not a full sized forge like an average blacksmith would have, but smaller one still as efficient as an average forge. An anvil sits before the fiery forge and beside that a small crate of water to cool the metal. To the right of that are hooks and shelves in which his finished inventions will be displayed, easy to equip and use when needed. The room extends to the length of the other room, the dimensions of both rooms are exactly the same, but one half of Goblin's quarters is used, and the other empty as he constructs a much much larger entrance in the wall parallel to the front entrance. He finishes hammering in a large steel door which shall remain closed for some time. On the opposite side of the door is Goblin's bed and a small table which holds his diary on it. Beside it sits the the accumulated amount of gold worth to pay for his first and next shipment from Lod. Using the gold bars from Irkngthand he created gold septims to pay Lod for each shipment. Goblin walks over to his forge and uses his knowldege to make a perfectly balanced sword just for himself. After half an hour he has almost finished his masterpiece. With sweat dripping from his brow he applies heat to the center of the blade to capture the equilibrium he desires. "Almost....almost..." he says trying not to overheat the metal, but before he could pull the blade away from the heat, the metal bends from the pressure. Goblin's eyes twitch. He tries to contain the amassing rage and frustration that is within seconds from exploding, but alas, he fails to contain it. "RAAAAUUUGGHHH!!!" he yells as he hurls his blade to the far side of the room and collapses to his knees sobbing. "I can't even make a simple blade! I...UNNNGHH!" he calls out as something strong hits him on the side of the face hard knocking him to the floor senseless.
