It had been a week after the incident and Tony had made a full recovery. The young teen had just finished making some adjustments and modifications to her gear when J.A.R.V.I.S informed that she was needed in the conference room. with a swift nod she thanked the AI and proceeded to the fore mentioned room.

Tony*

Nick and I waited in the room for Toni. I was bursting with excitement with the news I had for her.

"Anthony, calm down. Are you sure she's ready for this?" Nick asked.

"Of course she is!"

"Let me rephrase that. Are you ready for this? I know between you the rest of the team, you have her training covered, but there are still risks. You all face deadly situations everyday and she's just a child, not only that but also your only family. Are you sure this is what you want for her?"

Just when I was going to answer Tonya walked in.

"You called, Uncle Tony? Oh! Colonel Fury, I wasn't expecting to meet with you sir!" she looked embarrassed as she was only wearing a pair of shorts and a tank top.

"No need for such formalities Miss Stark. I'm here with a message from Agent Coulson and I"

"Is that so sir? Where is Coulson?"

"Right here squirt! How've you been kiddo?"

"Phil! I'm so happy to see you!"

I watched as she ran to hug the said agent like he was an old friend.

"Like Fury said, we have some interesting news for you" he said patting her on the head.

The rest of the team piled in wondering what was going on.

Nick turned to me.

"Would you like to do the honors Tony?"

I smiled proudly as I held a special item in my hand and approached her.

"Welcome to the team, Toni" her eyes were wide as I slipped the Avengers access cuff on her wrist.

"OH MY GOD! Thank you soooo much Uncle Tony. I won't let you down!" she exclaimed jumping into my arms.

Everyone clapped and congratulated her as Nick and Coulson made their leave.

That night we had a small party to celebrate Toni's initiation into the Avengers project.

Tomorrow was the start of her training.
