******Michaels POV*******

It had been a few days since the incident. No one knows what caused it. Jeremy got out of the hospital a few days ago.

I'm sitting in my basement with Ally and we're playing video games and talking as usual.

"Hey Mike ?" Ally asked, she a look of deviance on her face.

"Yeah?" I respond, slightly scared

"Do you have a crush on Jeremy?" She quickly said.

"What?!?! No!" I said. It was completely true. Definitely completely true. Definitely.

"You're lying." 

"No I'm not!"

"Yes you are."

"No I'm not!"

"Whatever let's you sleep at night."

"Hmph."

"Oh shit, it's late I gotta go."

"Bye."

"Bye."

We walk to the door, but just as we are about to reach the door.....

.....I glance at the mirror in the hall.....

...and she's not there.

I freeze. HOW DO I RESPOND TO THIS?!? (An: They don't exactly cover this subject in boarding school.)

"Ummmm, Ally?"

"Yes?" 

"Why aren't you showing up in the mirror?"

"What?" She had a look of horror on her face.

"Look" I said pointing at the mirror "You aren't there."

"Shit." She muttered under her breath. 

Then I noticed something, her face occasionally glitched.

"ALLY?!?!?"

"I can explain."

"YOU BETTER!"

"So, please don't be mad," she started to quickly explain "So, You know the Squip?"

"Oh no."

"Not oh no! I promise! So I'm like the opposite of that."

"What does that mean?!?!?"

"I too am a computer, but my main focus is to free people from the Squip's control."

"..."

"Michael, my main goal is to protect you!"

"Wait, for the Squip you had to take a pill, s-"

"Like I said I work differently."

"Okay, can only I see you?"

"Mainly, but I can choose to show myself to people who have been squiped"

"How did my Moms see you?"

" Ummmm, promise not to get mad?"

"Uh oh."

"Itmighthaveallbeenanillusionanditdidn'treallyhappenandimadeitlooklikesomeotherfriendwas there."

"WHAT?!?"

"Listen, we don't have time to get mad at each other, all of your peers are in danger."

"Because of the Squip?"

"Yes, now if you want to save them you have to follow my directions."

"That sounds like a threat."

"Well, it's not. So, you willing to work with me to get your friend back?"

I looked at her dead in the eyes. "Yes."

She smiled "Perfect."

An: Wow  it has been a long time since I updated, wow sorry. So I'm planning on going back and revising. Not changing the details of the story just using better words and adding more detail. Summer is just around the corner (two and a half weeks away for me.) so I'll have a lot more time to write. I might make a tree bros fanfic soon, so if that's something you want to see than, I don't know comment? Just someway to let me know that someone might read it. Anyways I'm going to go pass out now, bye!
