(I prefer Briggie, but I guess I have to add some minor Branch x Guy stuff too 😒 and I still have no idea how this became murder mystery)

Guy squinted his eyes. He couldn't clearly see anything. He felt tired. Had he just been unconscious? He couldn't remember what had happened. "Huh?"

"He's awake!" Guy recognized a very familiar accent exclaiming.

Guy could finally see everything in front of him.

There was a medium sized fire burning over several branches, a long log as a seat, and two occupied leaf beds.

A female troll with dark purple eyes, short, black hair, and a light, dirty purple shade for skin and the blue troll we all love, Biggie, were on the log.

In the one leaf bed, was Rose. She looked miserable. As predicted, someone did rescue her, but she still fell. She managed to survive, as she landed on a bush, but when she fell, she still ended up with very major injuries.

In the other one, was Branch. He looked so much better than before. He had a small smile on his face, he was warmer, and his skin had more color to it.

"What's going on?" Guy rubbed his eyes and yawned. It took a few seconds for him to realize that Biggie was standing in front of him. "BIGGIE!"

"GUY!" Biggie hugged the glitter troll tightly. "YOU'RE ALIVE!"

"AND YOU!" Guy ignored the incapability to breathe at that moment and hugged back.

"And Branch! But's he's sleeping like a baby and it's cute, so don't wake him up." Biggie pointed at Branch, as he was still suffocati- I mean, hugging Guy. "And that's Ash," He pointed at the gray troll, "And that's former Queen Rose!" He pointed at Rose.

"Queen Rose?" Guy was honored to be in her unconscious presence.

"We also met former Queen Mandevilla, and two friendly trolls named Verdana and Acorn." Biggie explained.

"Where are they?" Guy didn't see the other trolls Biggie had mentioned.

"I don't know. Ash basically kidnapped us." Biggie laughed, like that was a good thing.

"I didn't kidnap you." Ash scoffed. "I rescued you. If I never did, Rose would be dead in a canyon and Branch would be dead in your arms, Biggs."

Guy stared in confusion for a few seconds, then grinned and jumped out of Biggie's arms. "Now, that I've found you two, we can go back to Poppy, Archer, and Creek, then-"

Branch choked on air and sat up, "Creek? What?"

"Branch!" Guy tackled him, unaware of his injuries.

Branch shrieked, "OUCH!"

"Sorry!" Guy jumped up and saw the bandage on his arm and his leg, "Are you okay?"

"A tree flung into me and broke my arm, and.." Branch stopped himself, realizing he couldn't mention how Creek tried to kill him, "..and a, uh, tree branch cut my leg."

"A tree branch cut you that deep?" Ash didn't entirely buy his excuse, but didn't think of it as a huge deal. Though, it somewhat is.

Branch and Biggie both tackled Guy, pulling him in to a huge hug, and both cried a little.

"I thought we were going to die out here!" Biggie choked Guy again.

Branch was also choking Guy, "I thought we were never going to see any of our friends again!"

Biggie stopped hugging and gasped loudly, "Is the village okay?"

"Is Poppy okay?" Branch asked.

Guy sighed. "The village was completely destroyed."

Branch shook Guy with his one arm, "Is. Poppy. Okay?"

"Yeah, she's fine. She's the one hosting the search party."

Knowing that Poppy was in the woods was somewhat frightening information and exciting. "She's here?" He got up and tripped over himself, falling again. "Where?"

"Uh.." Guy had no idea where he was at the moment. He was just as lost as the other two were at the moment.

"I can lead you to the area I uh.. met you and you can figure it out from there, I bet." Ash suggested.

Guy narrowed his eyebrows. "Met you? You knocked me unconscious."

Biggie nodded, "Yeah, me too."

Branch just sat there, smiling, "I was already unconscious."

"That's in the past! I helped you all!" Ash shushed them and began to walk off.

"What about Queen Rose?" Guy started to walk towards the miserable looking queen.

"I'll carry her." Biggie took a deep breath and carefully lifted the queen up. The blood that was on her didn't even bother him.

"I got Branch." Guy cracked his knuckles and tried to carry Branch bridal style. He took three steps and dropped Branch, already out of breath. "Nevermind, I don't."

"I can walk." Branch got up off the ground and winced in pain. "Why does a cut hurt like a broken bone?"

Ash realized it would be hard for all of them to make it there. "How about Guy and I go look for your friend and you three stay here?"

"Friends." Guy corrected, "Mr. Dinkles and Archer and Creek are there too."

"Creek? Creek's part of the search party?" Branch knew Creek was in the woods, but he didn't know he was out there, supposed to be looking for him to bring him home.

"Oh, that Creek guy's with you?" Ash raised her eyebrow and reached in to her hair, pulling out a knife, covered in blood. "He gave me this knife last night."

"A knife? But Creek's knife was in the bag with stuff-" Guy scratched his head.

"Is that blood?" Biggie gagged and looked away.

Branch completely froze. That was the knife Creek stabbed him with. That knife cut his leg open. That knife had his blood on it. Creek gave the knife to someone else. But why? To hide the evidence? To blame someone else?

Guy poked Branch's cheek, "Branch? Earth to Branch? Are you okay?"

Branch sighed and looked away, he still couldn't say anything to anyone. "Yeah, I just had some.. unpleasant flashbacks.."

"Yeah, I need to wash this thing off, but I wonder what was cut with this.. or rather who, since trolls are the only creatures with rainbow colored blood." Ash shrugged and put the knife in her hair. "Come on, Guy!" She grabbed Guy's hand and ran off with him.

Biggie still had Rose's hug time bracelet (I think?). He sighed and put it around Rose's wrist. "I can't wait to go home! I mean, they'll probably have to examine us and give us hundreds of tests to make sure we're still us, like substance tests, blood pressure, blood sugar, lie detector-"

"Lie?" Branch clenched his gut. He felt awful for keeping a secret, but he was to worried with how it would affect his friends. They'd be hurt that one of their best friends were hurt by another one of their best friends. In addition to that, he didn't like when everyone pays attention to him.

"..Yeah?" Biggie tilted his head, "Branch are you okay?"

Branch immediately changed the subject, "Do you wanna play truth or dare?"

(Bringing back the iconic scene)

"YES!" Biggie squealed. "You first, truth or dare?"

"Dare." Branch grinned.

"I dare you to kiss Poppy when you see her again."

"TRUTH! I MEANT TRUTH!" Branch squeaked.

"You can't do that!"

Branch's face turned red, "B-But-"

"You can't back out of dares." Biggie cackled, "You both told each other you love each other! A kiss is normal!"

"I don't know where we are in our relationship yet. We're not officially dating, yet. I don't want to overwhelm her by kissing her."

"It'll be fine!"

Rose made one of those old lady yawning noises and sat up. "Eugh- where am I?"

"QUEEN ROSE! YOU'RE ALIVE!" Biggie tackled the old queen and squeezed her, "I WAS SCARED YOU WERE GOING TO DIE!"

"I'm not dead?" Rose looked down at herself. She was covered in scratches and scars and her bandaged leg was bleeding, but she was alive. "I'm strangely disappointed." She looked up at Branch, "Branch! Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I was just cut... by something. Ash helped me."

"Ash?"

"She's the friendly troll who saved your lives! She's with Guy looking for our rescue team! We're actually going home!" Biggie squealed again. He was so excited.

"Back to our game?" Branch asked. He wanted to make the most of the rest of their trip before they went back to the village.

Biggie nodded.

"Truth or dare?" Branch asked Biggie, smirking evily.

"What's that?" Rose looked at them, having no idea what the game was.

"Uh.. truth." Biggie answered.

"What is the scariest thing you've ever done?"

Biggie didn't have to think hard about that, "This entire adventure. I've been terrified we were going to die, but I think we're actually going to-"

"ROSE!" Branch screamed, seeing Rose by the fire, attempting to cook.

"What? I'm hungry?" Rose was burning her food. Normally her cooking was amazing. but for some reason she was starting a fire, "Let's get our grub on!" (Hickory.)

Biggie dumped the water bucket on the fire, "I'm sure Poppy, Archer, and Creek have something for us to eat."

"I can't wait to go home!" Branch sighed and laid on his back, staring at the sky.

A leaf blew on to Biggie's face, "Who turned the lights out?"

Rose pulled it off Biggie's face, then was smacked with a leaf of her own. "It's kind of windy-"

Branch squinted his eyes and shrieked, very high pitched, "Look at the sky!"

Rose pushed the leaf out of the way and looked up, "Trolly cupcakes!"

Biggie went into a Khaled voice, "Another one."

The sky, once again, was a murky green color and it was windy. What does that mean? I'm sure you by now are very well educated that it's another tornader. 🤠

"How can there be another tornado?" Biggie picked Branch off the ground and shook him.

"The weather hasn't changed-" Branch said smartly.

"Where do we hide?" Rose looked around. They were in the middle of the forest, they had no idea where the ditch was.

"We're going to die!" Biggie screamed.

Branch pulled his shovel from his hair and with one arm, tried to dig them a ditch.

"Branch, there's no time to dig! We have to run!" Rose joined Biggie, screaming.

"You can't outrun a tornado! This is our only chance!" Branch kept trying to dig.

"Standing still? We should at least go further before beginning to dig!" Biggie easily lifted Branch off the ground and started to carry him, following Rose to get further from the storm.

"What about the others? We're going to get more lost!" Branch tried to squirm free, obviously failing.

"The others still being able to find us won't matter when we're dead! We'll find a way back!" Rose did her best to memorize where they ran to, but was struggling from the pressure of their situation.

"But what if the others don't-" Branch cut himself off. He didn't want to think about Poppy being hurt again. He was just relieved of the stress, knowing she was alive, but now he was worried again.

Biggie stopped, now being worried for his friends as well. "Maybe we should try to find them.."

Rose groaned. "You two have to take your minds off of your friends for once!"

"How are you not worried about Mandy and Verdana and Acorn? Haven't they been your best friends for years?" Branch was now worrying about those three.

"Because, being out here for this many years has taught me about moving on! I gave up my family to come out here! I haven't seen my friends or anyone from Troll Village in years." Rose sighed, "I-"

A tree branch whacked Rose in the leg, making her lose balance, "Oh, right, we were running from a- TORNADO!" She pointer behind the bOyS and scrambled to her feet, losing balance again.

Biggie scooped Rose off the ground and started running again, "WE'RE GOING TO DIE!"

And then, the three were off, another adventure was about to begin.

(I can't write a fanfiction based off of tornadoes without having more than one, now can I? *evil pancake laughter*)
