Okay, here's a quick author's note. Here's how the next few chapters are going to go. There's going to be a major time jump, first of all, so it's going to speed all the way up to the 21st century. Next, the chapters are going to be pretty short and update very rapidly. (Like, probably every few minutes) I'm just getting bored of this story, unfortunately, and I have a new story up my sleeve that I think many will be pleased by. What is it about Mystic Falls that always brings me back? Maybe it's the constant reminder that this is where I fell in love with two brothers and turned them. Maybe it's the fact that the town is bursting with magical energy, vampires, witches, werewolves. Maybe it's my thirst for revenge.
But this time, it wasn't any of those things.
This time, I was here because a little birdie had told me an interesting secret; a certain Petrova girl would be here this weekend, and I was going to give her a warm welcoming into the town.
