Olivia had gone to the living room when she had saw a newly dagger free Elijah and she rushed over to Elena. "What are you doing" Olivia asked.

"Just trust me" Elena said. "Trust you, you want me to trust you you're the reason my father is dead" Olivia said.

"Just this once please" Elena said. "Fine but only if I come with" Olivia said and Elena nodded.

Elena had parked the car with Elijah in the passenger side as he had finished drinking some blood. "You look better" Elena said.

"Where did you get the dagger" Elijah asked. "I'll tell you everything, but we have to work together Elijah I need your word" Elena said. "Your ability to make demands has long passed" Elijah said.

"No demands I'm offering you my help and in return I want yours" Elena said. "Yeah, because that always works out" Olivia said.

"And why should I even consider this" Elijah asked. "The same reason that you haven't killed me you need my help to kill Klaus and I need you" Elena said.

Elena's phone then started to ring. "Seems like your boyfriend realized you were gone" Olivia said and Elena answered her phone.

"Where are you, you guys okay" Stefan asked. "Yes, we're fine" Elena said. "Where's Elijah" Stefan asked. "He's right here" Elena said. "Where" Stefan asked.

"I'm on my way" Stefan said. "No Stefan, Elijah, Olivia, and I need some time alone" Elena said.

"Listen to me he can't be trusted he'll use you to get to Klaus" Stefan said.

"Elijah is a noble man Stefan he lives by a code of honor I can trust him he knows that I'd be incredibly stupid to betray him again by removing the dagger I have proven myself" Elena said.

"You can't do this alone" Stefan said. "What am I chopped liver" Olivia asked.

"I'm not alone I have Liv and it's my decision Stefan please respect it make sure that Damon doesn't do anything stupid I'll be in touch" Elena said and hung up giving the phone to Elijah.

"He's here" Elena said. "Klaus is here" Elijah asked. "He's taken over Alaric's body" Olivia said.

"Of course, he has one of his favorite tricks" Elijah said. "Well, what are his other tricks what is he gonna do next you're the only one who knows him" Elena asked. "Yes, I do" Elijah said.

"Um my uncle might have some suits for you just have to stop by the house" Olivia said. "Then let's go" Elijah said and Elena drove off.

Carol had opened the door once Olivia, Elena, and Elijah had arrived. "Elijah, Olivia, Elena what are you doing here" Carol asked. "And Liv I haven't seen you in a while" Carol said.

"I been staying at a friends needed some time away from the house" Olivia said and Carol nodded in understanding. Carol then noticed Elijah's state.

"What happened" Carol asked Elijah. "I've had a bit of a, incident Carol, I'm hoping you could help" Elijah said.

"Well, I'm on my way to a meeting so" Carol said and Elijah got closer. "We won't take but a minute of your time" Elijah said compelling her. "Of course, anything you need" Carol said.

"Thank you" Elijah said and he, Elena, along with Olivia walked in with Carol closing the door behind him.

"Well first thing's first I'm going to need a change of clothing Olivia says your late husband has some suits lying around" Elijah said. "Yes, I haven't boxed them up yet" Carol said.

"Wonderful" Elijah said and Carol left. "How did you know she's not on vervain" Elena asked.

"Cause I'm the one who got her off it right before you and your friends killed me twice" Elijah said.

"Which I wasn't apart of I know that's not important but just think it should be known I wasn't a part of it" Olivia said.

"If you'll excuse me, I'll be done in a moment" Elijah said and left.

Elijah, Elena, and Olivia were now sitting in the living room. "So, I assume that the Martin witches are no longer with us" Elijah said. "No, I'm sorry" Elena said.

"And Katerina" Elijah asked. "She would have been released from my compulsion when I died" Elijah said. "Klaus took her we think that she may be dead" Olivia said.

"I doubt that not Klaus's style death would be too easy for her after what she did" Elijah said.

"I don't understand you say that you want Klaus dead, but you still made Katherine pay for betraying him" Elena said. "I have my own reasons for wanting Katerina to pay" Elijah said.

"Like what" Olivia asked. "There was a time I'd have done anything for Klaus" Elijah said.

"Klaus is my brother" Elijah added after telling them the story of how Katherine had met Klaus. "I heard that I'm still processing" Elena said.

"Yes, I'm a little behind on the times but I believe the term you're searching for is o-m-g" Elijah said.

"There's a whole family of originals" Elena asked. "Well, this just keeps getting better and better" Olivia said.

"My father was a wealthy landowner in a village in Eastern Europe our mother bore seven children" Elijah said.

"So, your parents were human" Elena asked. "Our whole family was our origin as vampires is a very long story Elena just know we're the oldest vampires in the world we are the original family and from us all vampires were created" Elijah said.

"Right but Klaus is your brother, and you want him dead" Elena said. "I need some air I'm still feeling a tad dead come" Elijah said and Olivia along with Elena followed him.

"That's where the white ash for the dagger comes from" Elena said. "Yes, the witches won't allow anything truly immoral to walk the earth every creature needs to have a weakness in order to maintain balance" Elijah said. "Witches and their crafty spells" Olivia said.

"So, the sun can't kill an original why is Klaus so obsessed with breaking the sun and moon curse" Elena asked.

"Right the curse of the sun and moon it's all so biblical sounding don't you think" Elijah said. "What's so funny" Elena asked, and Olivia realized something.

"Wait, are you saying" Olivia asked. Elijah had told them the story of how Klaus drew the Aztec. "I don't understand so Klaus drew the Aztec sketches about the curse" Elena asked.

"Roman scrolls African tribal etchings and any other culture or continent we felt like planting in it" Elijah said.

"But why" Elena asked. "Easiest way to discover the existence of a doppelgänger or to get your hands on some long-lost moon stone is to have every single member of two warring species on the lookout" Elijah said.

"So, it's not Aztec at all" Elena said. "The curse of the sun and the moon is fake it doesn't exist" Elijah said. "What" Elena said.

"Klaus and I faked the sun and moon curse dating back over a thousand years" Elijah said. "But if there's no curse" Elena said.

"There's a curse just not that one the real one's much worse it's a curse placed on Klaus" Elijah said.

"Klaus has a curse" Olivia asked. "What are you talking about" Elena asked. "

Klaus has been trying to break it for the last thousand years and you were his only hope" Elijah said. "Well, what is this curse" Elena asked.

"Your phone will not stop its incessant buzzing answer it please" Elijah said and gave Elena her phone and Elena answered her phone. "Stefan" Elena said then stopped for a moment.

"What's wrong" Elena asked. "No, no, no, no okay I'll be right there" Elena said and hung up.

"Klaus went after Jenna I have to go to her" Elena said. "I'm afraid that wasn't part of the day's arrangement" Elijah said.

"She's my family Elijah I have to I'll be back you have my word" Elena said. "That doesn't mean anything to me until you live up to it" Elijah said.

"Thank you" Elena said. "Liv you coming" Elena asked. "No, I'll stay here" Olivia said and Elena nodded and left.

"Elijah" Olivia said after a moment of silence, and he looked at her. "Can I ask you something" Olivia asked. "What is it" Elijah asked.

"When Klaus was in Alaric's body, and we didn't know it he said something to me something I can't seem to get my mind off of" Olivia said. "What he, say" Elijah asked.

"Basically, that his plan was never to kill me that he had something else planned for me" Olivia said. "Do you have any idea what that could mean" Olivia asked.

"Klaus quite possibly would want to make you a hybrid of his own making" Elijah said, and Olivia nodded.

"But I can promise that I will do my best to make sure that will never happen" Elijah said and Olivia nodded. "Thanks" Olivia said, and Elijah gave her a small smile.

Elena made it back to the Lockwood mansion seeing Elijah and Olivia as she went to them. "Welcome back" Elijah said. "Tell me what is Klaus's curse" Elena said.

"Please" Elijah said motioning for Elena and Olivia to sit down and they did.

"You know my family was quite close, but Klaus and my father did not get on too well when we became vampires, we discovered the truth" Elijah said.

"What truth" Olivia asked. "Klaus was not my father's son my mother had been unfaithful many years before this was her darkest secret Klaus is from a different bloodline because when my father discovered this he hunted down, and he killed my mother's lover and his entire family not realizing of course that he was igniting a war between species that raged until this day" Elijah said.

"A war between the species" Elena asked. "The vampires and the werewolves" Elijah said.

"So, Klaus's real father was from a werewolf bloodline" Olivia asked. "What does that make Klaus a werewolf or a vampire" Elena asked. "He's both" Elijah said.

"A hybrid would be deadlier than any werewolf or vampire nature would not stand for such an imbalance of power therefore the witches the servants of nature saw it to that my brother's werewolf side would become dormant" Elijah said.

"That's the curse that Klaus wants to break" Elena asked.

"He wants to trigger that part of him that's a werewolf if allowed Klaus would sire his own bloodline, he'd build his own race endangering not just vampires but everyone" Elijah said and Elena had stood up.

"And he wants to turn me into one" Olivia said. "I think but more likely yes" Elijah said. "But you helped him" Elena said.

"I helped him because I loved him that's changed now, he must, die" Elijah said.

"We have the dagger now we can stop him" Elena said. "I'm not so sure about that" Olivia said.

"When a werewolf is wounded by silver it heals an original can't be killed by anything but white oak ash on a silver dagger, so you see the conundrum the dagger does not work" Elijah said.

"What are you saying that Klaus can't be killed" Elena said. "There's one way to kill any supernatural species at the hands of servants of nature themselves" Elijah said. "A witch" Olivia said.

"If they can channel that much power but it would kill them" Elena said.

"The curse must be broken during the full moon when Klaus is in transition that's when he'll be at his most vulnerable a witch with enough power can kill Klaus" Elijah said.

"What if I told you that I knew a witch that could channel that much power" Elena said.

"Then I would tell you there's one more thing that you should know" Elijah said. Elijah then told the story of how he found a way to save the doppelgänger.

"You found a way to save the life of the doppelgänger" Elena asked. "Yes, Elena I did but unfortunately Katerina took matters into her own hands first I believe you already know how that played out" Elijah said.

"You cared about her didn't you" Elena said. "It's a common mistake I'm told and it's one I won't be making again" Elijah said.

"I don't think so if anything, I believe love makes us stronger" Olivia said. Elijah had nodded at Olivia before leaving.

"Stop" Elena said after she, Elijah, and Olivia walked in seeing Damon and Stefan fighting. "Now you've invited him in" Damon said.

"Elijah and I have renewed the terms of our deal" Elena said. "Really" Damon said. "The two of you will come into no harm at my hands I only ask for one thing in return" Elijah said.

"What" Damon said. "An apology" Elijah said. "A what" Damon said and he and Stefan looked at each other before looking back.

"Just apologize you idiot" Olivia said. Stefan sighed before walking up. "I'm sorry for the part that I played in your death I was protecting Elena I will always protect Elena" Stefan said to Elijah.

"I understand" Elijah said. They all had looked at Damon.

"Sacrifice is going to happen Damon, Bonnie won't be able to kill Klaus without hurting herself and Elijah knows how to save my life along with Liv's I told you I'd find another way and I did" Elena said.

"Is that true" Damon asked. "It is" Elijah said. "And you're trusting him" Damon asked.

"I am" Elena said. Damon just walked off not saying anything. "He's angry with me right now but he'll come around" Stefan said. "Perhaps" Elijah said. "I doubt it" Olivia said.

Olivia was in her room she was staying in at the Salvatore House when Damon walked in. You're really trusting Elijah" Damon asked.

"Yeah, I am" Olivia said. "Don't you get what that means you could die" Damon said. "No, I won't" Olivia said. "You know living in denial isn't going to save" Damon said.

"He doesn't want to kill me Damon" Olivia said interrupting him looking at him. "What" Damon said.

"He doesn't want to kill me if anything he'll try to go after Tyler or Jules or anyone else, but he doesn't want to kill me in the ritual" Olivia said.

"Then what does he want" Damon asked. "He wants to turn me at least that's what we're thinking" Olivia said. "Turn you" Damon asked. "Into a hybrid of his own making" Olivia said.

"Well, that can't happen" Damon said. "We might not have a choice because if the plan doesn't work out sooner or later, he will come after me" Olivia said. "I won't let that happen" Damon said.

"Why killing my father wasn't enough for you" Olivia asked. "Are you ever gonna let that go" Demon asked. "Can you bring my dad back" Olivia asked and he stayed silent.

"Not only did you take my dad away from me, but you took the only parent I had left my mother died during childbirth" Olivia said.

"Do you understand what that's like do you" Olivia asked. "No, you don't so you don't understand how it feels to lose the one parent you have left that means the world to you then is taken away from you just like that my father was everything to me and you took him from me you took a dad away from his only daughter" Olivia said.

"Liv" Damon said. "Look I may be past it or whatever, but I will never forget I couldn't if I tried" Olivia said. "Get out" Olivia said after a moment. "Liv" Damon said. "Leave before I kill you" Olivia said and Damon left.
