"Isobel just showed up at the front doorstep" Stefan said. "What's she doing here" Damon asked. "I don' t know" Stefan said. "Well, that would have been helpful to know" Olivia said.

"I'm gonna find out Liv" Stefan said. "Good hurry up" Olivia said. They had reached Katherine by now. "I don't think that you should tell her that I'm here" Katherine said.

"Surprise, surprise Katherine is in hiding" Olivia said. "Why" Stefan asked. "It's better if she and John, not know that I stayed in town after I got out of the tomb" Katherine said.

"You're the one in cahoots with them you made a deal with John that almost got me killed" Damon said.

"I did what I had to get out of the tomb now I'm reconsidering my alliance" Katherine said. "I wonder why" Olivia said. "What do you know" Stefan asked. 

"I know that I want Klaus dead which puts me squarely on team you besides if you two ever need me to swap places with Elena again the less people know that I'm here the better think about it Stefan come on be smart" Katherine said.

"Tell you what why don't you uh call Alaric and let him know that his wife just showed up on his girlfriend's doorstep" Stefan told Damon and left.

Olivia, Bonnie, and Jeremy had gone in an empty room where Jonas and Luka was staying after Damon makes sure everyone was dead. "Yep, everybody is dead" Damon said.

"We should pack up the grimoires they spent years collecting them I wanna make sure they're safe" Bonnie said. "I'm on it" Olivia said and starts by packing the grimoires.

"You know we could just get another match and cremate him" Damon said. "Don't be a jerk" Olivia said.

"Don't be disrespectful not to him" Bonnie said. "Fine I'll bury him" Damon said.

"What exactly are we looking for" Jeremy asked. "Yeah, I was wondering myself too actually" Olivia said. "According to Luka's dad one of these contains a spell that'll let me harness the energy that's left behind when a witch dies violently" Bonnie said. "I didn't know you and father witch, were so close" Damon said. 

"We weren't but when he gave me my powers back, he gave me a message if I can find the spot in town where the old Salem witches were burned, I can harness their energy to use when I need it" Bonnie said.

"Great we'll have to put that on our list of things to do today harness ancient dead witch power" Damon said. "You know where the witches were burned" Bonnie asked.

"Why am I not surprised" Olivia said. "Did I forget to mention that" Damon asked.

"Are we gonna have to read through every single one of these books till we find the right spell" Jeremy asked. 

"Not exactly" Bonnie said and started using her powers and started chanting. A book fell wide open to a page as Bonnie had stopped picking it up looking at it.

"Well, that's one way" Olivia said. "It's this one" Bonnie said. "Great grab the rest let's go" Damon said.

Damon, Stefan, Elena, and Olivia were at the Salvatore House in the sitting area. "Do you really think that Isabel's telling the truth that word's gotten out about the doppelgänger" Elena asked.

"Look I don't trust a word that she says but I think that we'd be stupid to ignore the warning" Stefan said. "You know you should just stay here it's better for us to keep an eye on you along with Liv he is after a werewolf" Damon said and Olivia rolled her eyes.

"What in the house that any vampire can enter no, their house is safer" Stefan said. "Well then we'll stay there we'll take turns with Olivia and Elena" Damon said.

"Wait so you're going to stay in my house reminder I'm still having trouble liking you" Olivia said. "So is that the plan neither of you will let me out of your sight again" Elena asked.

"I don't know what you're complaining about I rather be watched, and alive then dead" Olivia said. "Let me know when you come up with a better one" Damon said.

"Fine then one of you two bodyguards is gonna have to come with me to the Lockwood luncheon while the other stays with Olivia" Elena said.

"That'd be me" Stefan said. "Not me I'll stay with Olivia we have, witch stuff to attend to with Bonnie anyways" Damon said. "Does that mean that you're taking her to the" Elena asked but then Damon put his finger to his lips motioning her to be quiet.

"Don't get quiet on my account" Katherine said making her presence known.

"If you have a plan to combat the impending vampire doom please do tell" Katherine said and they all stayed quiet.

"Seriously what is the plan to get us out of this mess hmm" Katherine asked. "I delivered you a moonstone two werewolves and the dagger to lure and kill Klaus and right now all you have is a werewolf and the moonstone and or so you tell me" Katherine said.

"No, we have it" Damon said. "Where is it" Katherine asked. "Like we would tell you" Olivia said.

"It's in a very safe place" Stefan said. "I've been honest with you time to return the favor" Katherine said. "Let me be honest with you don't mistake the fact that we haven't set you on fire in your sleep for trust" Damon said. "Fine be that way" Katherine said and left.

Olivia and Damon met up with Bonnie and Jeremy. "Is this the spot Emily Bennett was killed too" Jeremy asked.

"Founders thought it was poetic burning her while the other witches burned" Damon said.

"How is that poetic" Olivia asked. "How do you know where the witches were burned" Bonnie asked.

"Cause I tried to save her Emily was just my key to getting Katherine back" Damon said.

"And then you found what she truly was" Olivia said. "Yep" Damon said. "You're sure it's the right place" Jeremy asked. They had gone in the building when Jeremy made a sound stepping back when Damon looked at him.

"Come on" Jeremy said and Damon looked back when suddenly Damon started to act strange.

"Whatever witchy prank you're playing don't it's not funny" Damon told Bonnie.

"I'm not doing anything" Bonnie said. "What's up with you" Olivia asked. "I can't move" Damon told Bonnie. "Oh, my ring's not working do something" Damon said.

"I don't think the witches like you being here" Bonnie said. "I guess this is the right place" Jeremy said.

"I'm gonna go wait outside Liv you can keep me company" Damon said.

"Why me" Olivia asked. "You're the only one who's starting to grow on me" Damon said and they went outside.

"Wanna hurry it up in there" Damon asked and went to enter when the door closed. "They don't want you in there" Olivia said.

"You know you're on your own in there" Damon said.

"Just leave them be they got this come on" Olivia said and Damon walked away from the door.

Damon and Olivia had gone to see what happened when Carol and Liz called. "Olivia" Carol said. "She knows I trust her I had to tell her don't worry she won't say anything" Damon said and went to John.

"Let's just get this over with" Olivia said. "How is he" Damon asked. Damon had gone to John who was laying on the ground dead. "He's dead" Carol said.

"He'll be fine in a couple hours" Damon said seeing his ring. "What are you talking about" Carol asked. "Damon he's dead" Carol said.

"Well, here's the thing" Damon said facing them. "John's ring it's an old Gilbert family heirloom that protects its owner from death by a supernatural entity" Damon said. "But he's not breathing he has no pulse" Carol said.

"He will" Olivia said. "Trust us" Damon said and started dragging John. "We're gonna need a cover story epileptic fit alcohol binge banana peel whatever works but right now I just have to get him out of here" Damon said.

Damon and Olivia met up with Stefan after discovering she had found the moonstone and took it. They had arrived at a house when they got out of the car once Damon had parked.

"You think this is the house" Stefan asked. "Hope so" Olivia said. "It, better be it's the nicest foreclosure in town" Damon said.

"I swear If she's not here" Stefan said. "Which is likely" Olivia said. "Don't be such a pessimist" Damon said and they went in the house. 

None of them saw Katherine. "I got upstairs" Stefan said and went upstairs. Damon and Olivia started looking downstairs. "This is Isobel's stuff it's definitely the right place" Damon said.

"Where are they" Stefan asked coming down. "I don't know Stefan" Damon said and left the house.

Elena was back at the Salvatore house holding onto a necklace after Isobel had died.

"Is that Isobel's" Stefan asked. "I never thought I would feel bad about her being dead and yet" Elena said. "She was your mother" Stefan said.

"Why did they let me go" Elena asked.  "I don't know Lena" Olivia said. "Well, anything that John told Isobel we have to assume that Klaus knows right so he knows that you're not gonna turn yourself into a vampire he knows that you have us keeping you safe he knows that we have Olivia" Stefan said.

"He knows I'm not gonna run" Elena said. "Which is why we need to take some precautions" Damon said coming in the room.

"Because we got played all of us" Damon said putting a paper in front of Elena.

"What is that" Olivia asked. "It's the deed to our house it's in Zach's name" Stefan said. "As soon as Elena signs it it'll be in her name" Stefan added. "You're giving me your house" Elena said.

"Isobel had the right idea with the safe house you both will just stay here till it's all over that way you can control who gets invited and who doesn't" Stefan said.

"Although I'll be super mad if you lock me out" Damon said. John gasped once he woke up and Damon grabbed him by the shirt.

"I swear I had no idea what she was gonna do I'm sorry I'm so, so sorry" John said. "Let him go Damon" Olivia said. "Thanks Liv he and I need to talk" Elena said.
