"Hey how's it going" Caroline asked Tyler sensing him after coming out of the house.

"We need to talk" Tyler said. "Yeah, we do listen I've been thinking about it, and I don't wanna over analyze yeah it was just one kiss but Matt's still kinda in the picture we can't go there Tyler" Caroline said.

"Fine" Tyler said. "Great that's settled" Caroline said and walked to her car. "What happened to my uncle Mason" Tyler asked Caroline.

"What" Caroline said, and Tyler got closer. "He's dead and I want you to tell me what happened" Tyler said. "Uh Tyler I don't" Caroline said. "Then let me tell you Stefan and his brother Damon killed him they took a father away from his only daughter my cousin Olivia because Stefan and Damon are vampires just like you" Tyler said.

"Who told you that" Caroline asked. "Is it true" Tyler asked. "Let me explain" Caroline said.

"Did you know he was dead this whole time while Liv was going out of her mind looking for him" Tyler asked.

"Please" Caroline said. "Did you know" Tyler asked and she nodded, and he used his supernatural speed and pinned her to the car. "I'm sorry Tyler I'm sorry" Caroline said.

"I trusted you" Tyler said and let her go after a minute. "There's no one Olivia loves more than her dad and you and your friends took that from her" Tyler said and left.

"I was right wasn't I" Jules asked Tyler. "Your little vampire friend she was lying" Jules said.

"What do you want" Tyler asked. "I want you to understand that a vampire will never be your friend it's our nature to be enemies" Jules said.

"You know how stupid that sounds" Tyler asked. "You need to leave here it's not safe and Olivia too" Jules said. "I can't just run away with you and Olivia would never leave I don't even know you my mom would freak my life is here" Tyler said.

"Your old life your new life is just beginning you have so much to learn" Jules said.

"Like what" Tyler asked. "How to survive you've triggered the curse Tyler it's important you learn what it means to be a lycanthrope we live by a code of loyalty we take care of each other it's my duty and honor to help you please let me" Jules said.

"Where is your cousin by the way" Jules asked. "Needed some time to grief after finding out her dad is dead" Tyler said.

Tyler was in the study and opened up his computer when he had saw Stefan and ran to leave but Stefan sped in front of him.

"I'm not gonna hurt you I just wanna talk" Stefan said. "Then why did you break in" Tyler asked.

"Would you have let me in otherwise" Stefan asked. "Tyler" Carol said as Stefan and Tyler heard. Tyler went to run when Stefan pinned him to the wall.

"Shh not a word" Stefan said. "Tyler I'm leaving for the memorial" Carol said and they heard her leave.

"Maybe we're getting off on the wrong foot here" Stefan said as he let Tyler go. "What happened to Mason" Tyler asked. "Tyler there's a lot for us to talk about" Stefan said.

"You killed my cousin's dad you took a father from his daughter" Tyler said and went to leave when Stefan stopped him.

"I wouldn't do that without a full moon you're no match for me" Stefan said.

"Look about Caroline no matter what her flaws are when push comes to shove you gonna want that girl on your side, she's your friend stop being a jerk to her" Stefan said. "I thought vampires hated werewolves" Tyler said.

"That's some sort of leftover idea from another time it doesn't have to be that way anymore and for the record I never wanted Olivia to live without her father" Stefan said.

"We go to the same school we have the same friends we keep the same secrets this can, work Tyler and it's your home it's my home too I want this to work" Stefan said.

Tyler's phone started vibrating and he quickly answered it. "Help, help" he said before Stefan hung it up.

"Who's, number was that hmm" Stefan asked. "Tyler I'm trying to save your life can't you see it" Stefan said.

"You wanna be friends great we're friends" Tyler said. "Will you go now" Tyler asked.

"Look I don't know what else to say to you Tyler I came back to this town because I wanted a life I wanted to exist to where I could have friends and where I could build a family, I have that here we can both have that" Stefan said and his phone vibrates, and he quickly answered his phone. "Hey everything okay" Stefan asked.

"That depends how badly do you wanna keep her alive" Jules asked. "Who is this"' Stefan asked.

"Ask your brother" Jules said. "Where's Tyler" Jules asked. "Jules" Stefan said. "Where's Caroline" Stefan asked.

"You made a mistake Stefan I'm gonna give you a chance to fix it" Jules said. "Where is she" Stefan asked. "Right here want proof" Jules asked. Stefan heard Caroline scream.

"What's happening" Tyler asked. "Hurt her again and you're dead" Stefan said.

"I hurt her again and she's dead, bring Tyler to me the clearing by Wickery Falls you have 20 minutes until she dies" Jules said and hung up. "Need any help" Stefan heard Olivia ask and Stefan looked.

"As much as I can't stand you guys for taking my father away from me, I hate it even more when someone goes after somebody I care about" Olivia said.

Soon enough Stefan, Olivia, and Tyler met up with Jules. "Where's Caroline" Stefan asked.

"Locked up tight" Jules said. "Wow I'm glad my father never told me about you" Olivia said. "Let her go and I'll release Tyler" Stefan said. "Doesn't have to get any messier than it already has I'm not your enemy Jules" Stefan said.

"It's a little late to be waving a white flag don't you think" Jules said. "You need to leave town no one else has to get hurt" Stefan said.

"I'm not leaving without Tyler and Olivia is still free to join us" Jules said. "As if" Olivia said. "Tyler's free to make his own decisions" Stefan said. "My brother the peacemaker" Damon said coming over.

"Since Stefan got here before me, I'm gonna let him try it his way before I resort to my way which is a little bloodier so give us Caroline" Damon said. "Let go of Tyler" Jules said.

"Then give us Caroline" Olivia said. "Without a full moon it's not an even fight and you know it we will take you" Damon said.

"I'm not so sure about that tough guy" Jules said and more werewolves appeared. "Let's try this again give us Tyler" Jules said. "You heard her go get over there" Damon said and Tyler went to them. "Which one of you killed Mason" Brady asked.

"Uh that'd be me" Damon said and Olivia looked at him with anger. "Boys make sure that one suffers" Brady said pointing to Damon.

"After all he took a father from his daughter" Brady said. "We can take them" Damon said.

"Don't count on that and I'm on your side" Olivia said. "Well then" Damon said. Damon, Stefan, and Olivia started fighting them. "Fighting against your own kind" Brady asked.

"You took Caroline I'd gladly fight for her" Olivia said before continuing to fight.

Caroline was soon set free, but Jules pinned her to the trailer. Brady was about to stake Damon when all of the werewolves except Tyler and Olivia held their head in pain falling to the ground.

"What's happening" Caroline asked. Jonas made his presence known and soon enough the werewolves gone unconscious.

"Elijah made a promise to Elena I'm here to see it's upheld you need to go get out of here now" Jonas said and Stefan, Caroline, Damon, and Olivia left.
