Tony kissed my hand and smiled, "I'll see you at lunch, Princess Eldora."

"Gracias por traerme aquí, Príncipe Thornton," I thanked. (Thank you for bringing me here Prince Thronton)

"You're welcome," He said before he left.

I opened the door to the Women's room and the elite all turned their heads to me. Claire and Louise rised to curtsy. Harriet smiled and waved.

I nodded at their actions and motioned for them to sit down. I approached the part where there were magazines, took one issue, and sat down. Claire and Louise were on our usual spot by the window while Harriet was watching television.

I opened the magazine and looked for something interesting. Soon, I was reading an article about the selection.

Claire Venice, Louise Martinez, and Harriet Wilsons. The final three of the competition. As we progressed from 35 to 3 young ladies, we are now down to the final elite. The choosing is coming close and it is expected that the three ladies are getting nervous.

"I can't believe I'm in the final three! I'm so nervous but I'm sure he'll make the right choice," Lady Louise stated.

"I'm not going to assume that I'll win, but I'm hoping for the best," said Lady Harriet.

"Being an elite is a blessing but becoming the wife of the future king is something else. It would be an honor to be that," Lady Claire said.

The ladies are humble and not being arrogant about winning. Let us cheer on these ladies and hope for the best.

"What are you reading?" A voice asked from behind me. It was Harriet.

I only looked at her and didn't utter a reply. After three seconds of staring, I turned back to my magazine and turned the page over.

"Hey, I was talking to you." She said.

I rolled my eyes and smiled sickeningly sweet at her, "I'm sorry. I was not aware I was supposed to answer."

Her eyebrows rose and I thought of what I said. I turned back to my magazine and continued reading.

Why did I speak in english?

I cursed myself in my head. Harriet didn't move from where she stood.

"Did you just speak in english?" She asked.

I turned and looked at her, "Yes. I assume you are not deaf?" I said with a thick accent.

"I thought you could only speak Spanish?"

I rolled my eyes, "Didn't you hear me speak when I first arrived here?"

"I did but I thought it was rehearsed." She said, "You're fluent?"

I shook my head, "I can understand but I can't speak fluently."

When I stated my answer, I completely ignored her and pretended to be focused on the article I'm reading. She left without another word. Clearly realizing that I didn't want to speak to her. I didn't feel guilt and regret.

I turned my full attention to the page I turned to and read the report.

Who filed this missing report?

Oh goodness gracious. Now everyone in the country knows I'm gone.

I sighed and closed the magazine. I left it on the table and left the room.

Where should I go?

I walked with a lot of thoughts in my head. The guards and maids bowed or dipped their head in respect as I passed.

How long am I going to pretend like someone I'm not? How long will it take for us to come up with a plan to kick Gabriel out of here?

Without anywhere to go, I walked to the music room. My haven.

I walked the familiar halls to the place I often visited. Memories rushed back as I walked. There were picture frames, painting, and even statues where I passed.

I almost cried when I saw a picture of the late Queen and Prince Consort. I held the tears back and remained strong.

I'll have revenge for all of you.

I turned the door knob to the music room and the familiar scent of the room filled my nostrils. I walked towards the violin and picked it up.

I played a song on the instrument. The song that I was first taught.

I almost felt like normal. I felt like I was still in the Selection and I was just spending my time in here. Like after I finished the song, the familiar sound of clapping would resonate around the room. And when I turned, I'd see him watching me with a smile.

Only that life was gone now. And I don't know if it'll come back. I stopped in the middle of the song and moved to the piano.

I didn't know a lot of songs played in the piano. I only knew some basic ones. Basic, meaning twinkle twinkle little star.

It looked silly for me to play this nursery rhyme but I didn't care. I continued the song for two times until I finally decided that it was too childish.

I left the room and went to the art room to try to do something artistic.

I remembered Celestiana saying that Eldora was really artistic so I decided to give it a try. I saw a blank canvas and took it. I set it up and took some paint and paint brushes.

I took an apron and wrapped it on myself. I undid my hair from it's hairdo and took the band. I tied my hair into a ponytail using the hair band.

Time to find out if I have a talent in art.

What should I paint?

I looked out of the window and saw the stables. What if I try painting that scene first?

I started with one stroke. Then another. Until I finished my piece.

I groaned infristration when I saw what I made. It was like a drawing a child would do. I sighed and put the brush in it's place.

The door opened and I heard some voices. A girl's and a boy's.

The girl giggled, "I'm really glad you took me out again."

An uneasy feeling in my stomach grew when I recognized the girl's voice. The feeling got worse when I heard the boy speak.

"I'm sorry I haven't spent any time with the three of you. I've been busy."

Oh gods. I need to hide. Now.

My heart was pounding and I willed myself to stand up but I was frozen in place. I heard their footsteps coming closer.

I was in the back part of the room so it was understandable that they hadn't seen me yet.

"Go get an apron so your dress won't be stained," Tony told Louise.

"Yes, sir." Louise answered followed with a giggle.

My heart clenched along with my fists. I took a deep breath to calm down.

Why should I even hide? I'm supposed to be Eldora. The diva princess.

With determination, I rose from where I sat and left the canvas. The sight I saw would've made Haidee cry in betrayal but I was Eldora.

Tony was caressing Louise's cheeks and she was red. She held his hand that touched her face. But they froze when they saw me.

I looked at them with a blank face and approached the shelf with the different shades of paint. They removed their hands from each other and I rolled my eyes at that.

"Don't mind me. Please, continue." I told them and got new shades of purple and blue.

Tony cleared his throat, "Eldora, I didn't know you were here."

"Of course you won't," I said in a 'duh' tone. The poor boy looked extremely guilty. "I came in here before the two of you did."

Louise smiled at me and tried to cover her blush with her hair. I returned the smile and only Tony and I knew it was fake.

"Now, act like I'm not here." I said and rushed back to my corner.

I sighed in relief as I sat back down on the stool. I pursed my lips to contain myself from crying.

I know he has to cheat on every girl in here but seeing it with my own eyes is different. I'm not even in the competition anymore.

Don't cry, Haidee. You don't have any right to.

I slashed the painting with angry brush strokes. I even wrote things like: 'I hate them', 'I hate myself' and 'I hope I never met you'. But it was all covered with violet and blue unorganized lines.

After a minute of angrily spilling my emotions into the canvas, I took pity on the poor thing. It never did anything wrong to me.

I looked at the mixture of colors and thought of what to do with it. When I thought about a scenery, I started my work. I added pink into the mixture.

On the bottom, I elaborated the dark blue lines with lighter ones fading to white. I added black to the sky to make it appear like nighttime.

The sea that I made at the bottom was almost mixed into perfection but I wasn't a great artist. I was almost finished with the artwork.

I took a piece of paper and covered the bottom part. I sprinkled white at the top.

When I thought the piece was finished, I removed the paper and stared at the painting.

It looked decent and it was amazing for a first-timer. The night sky was decorated with stars and was a mix of violet, blue, and black. In the center was a large moon that I painted. It reflected on the sea.

Even my hands were covered with paint but I paid it no attention because I admired my masterpiece. I put the brush down and took the canvas.

I walked out of the corner only to walk back.

Why did I forget that they were on a date?

I sighed and shook my head. I slapped my face once and took a deep breath.

You are Eldora. You're the diva princess.

I walked out of the corner wutg confidence. Louise was drawing Tony who was sketching.

Right. He knows how to sketch.

My heart was filled with bitterness when I realized that Louise was the first one to know he can.

"Oh, Princess Eldora. Are you leaving?" Louise asked, sensing my presence.

I nodded, "Yes." Obviously.

Tony didn't talk. He just stared at me and then at the canvas I was holding then his sketch.

"Can I see what you made?" She asked and rushed to me.

I hid the canvas behind me and smiled, "I'm not that good."

"I'm sure you are!" She beamed and tried to get the canvas from my hands.

"No!" I exclaimed and ran away.

But unfortunately, Louise was hyper and she chased me. I ran carefully, trying not to trip into any paint.

Getting tired of the heels, I ditched them in one part of the large art room. Louise had the same idea and we ran much faster than before.

Tony didn't do anything to stop us. He just watched us with amusement.

"Stop!" I told her, still running.

She laughed, "No! Not until I see what you painted!"

"It's ugly!" I yelled back.

I stopped running when I was sure I was far from her. I took deep breaths to balance my breathing.

When I saw her turn around the corner, I ran again. I believe I'll be thinner once I finish running around.

"Zeke! Help me!" Louise yelled.

"Don't!" I exclaimed.

I ran to Tony's chair and made it a shield. She was in front of him and we turned side to side. I needed an escape.

I did a turn and ran. It caused the distraction I expected and that made me run far. My head looked at the running Louise. I didn't look at what was in front of me which was a horrible mistake.

My feet kicked a can of paint and yellow paint spilled on the floor making me covered in yellow. My body landed on the floor and that made Louise catch up quickly. Thankfully, my painting wasn't smeared with yellow.

I quickly got up and ran again, leaving yellow footprints on the floor. I watched as Louise was speeding up and were only a few feet away.

I stopped running when she paused to catch her breath. I took deep breaths and watched as she started running again.

I ran again and saw her with new found energy. So I quickened my pace but ended up bumping into a wall. The wall engulfed me with it's arms.

"Got you," It whispered.

My eyes widened. Walls don't talk or have arms. I struggled to get out of Tony's arms but he was strong.

"You'll get paint on you." I said.

He smiled, "So? It's just a little paint."

I smirked, "Just a little paint huh?"

He looked at me in confusion as I grabbed a nearby can of white paint. I opened the lid and poured it on his head. He released me from his arms and stared at himself in shock.

I laughed at his reaction and his white-stained hair, face and clothes.

"So that's how it's going to be huh?" He said and grabbed a can of more yellow paint.

I shrieked and ran away as he chased me. I left the canvas at a table and ran away while grabbing a can of blue paint. I took the lid off and faced Tony with a smirk.

He had a lop-sided smile plastered on his face, "Big mistake."

He approached me the same time I approached him. He poured the paint on my head as I splashed the blue paint on his clothes.

I gasped when I felt the paint flow down my face. He stared at his clothes. We looked at each other and burst out laughing.

My hair was now colored yellow and his hair was white.

"Woah," Louise muttered.

Oh right. Louise is here.

Tony and I turned to Louise with questioning stares. What did she mean by woah?

"Princess Eldora, you look like Haidee if you have blonde hair and brown eyes."

My eyes widened. Is she realizing that I'm not Eldora?

Tony looked at me as if he was taking Louise's statement into consideration. His eyes told me to just go with it so I did.

"I think you're right, Louise. But Eldora has gray eyes." Tony agreed.

"Yeah, but with contacts and hair dye, she can pretend to be Haidee." Louise said and walked towards the table where I left the painting.

I gasped, "Don't!"

She gasped when she saw it, "Princess Eldora! ThisㅡThis is amazing!"

I flushed red with embarrassment and looked at my yellow feet. Tony approached Louise and took the painting from her.

"It does look amazing," He agreed.

"It's nothing," I countered.

Louise smiled, "It's definitely not nothing."

It's literally a product of anger.

"I need to go back to my room now. My maids wouldn't want me to be late for lunch." Louise said and curtsied to us, "It was nice spending time with both of you, your highness-es."

I smiled at her and nodded. Tony told her farewell and she left the room, leaving the two of us.

"I didn't know you could paint." He said.

I shrugged, "I didn't know too."
