Chapter 9: Classrooms 3 & 4
Mrs.Jade put the book carefully into her backpack the only thing she took was she ran away from her 5 years ago. A 15-year-old teacher running away from what? A monster? An illness? Or Something she wasn't supposed to see?
As she walked to the third classroom and it was Ms. White's room. Ms. White was a kind and sweet woman. She started teaching a year after me working here for a year. Ms.White had brown hair and loved wearing dresses. I took a deep breath and opened the door as I could hear the cries from the last classroom. The classroom she had to look in next after this one.
As she opened the door a gust of warm air went through her like an oven. Mrs.Jade walked inside and left the door open to see if anything was watching her from behind. Mrs.Jade walked to the closet that caught her eye. She looked at the door and it was slightly opened.
When she looked inside the closet there was nothing but on the floor, there was a red circle. Mrs.Jade took out her chalk and crossed out the red circle. There was no loud bang this time like it just stopped. The rain outside was so loud Mrs.Jade couldn't think straight.
"That's odd? The window's open," Mr.Jade said walking over to the window.
"Why is it open? Did someone open the window?" Mrs.Jade asked herself, smelling the rain and feeling at ease.
Mrs.Jade sat down and listened to the rain to get her mind off the crazy things that had happened so far. She could still remember the giant spider that she had to fight. "Why was that spider so big?" Mrs.Jade thought. Mrs.Jade closed her eyes and felt safe and happy. She was thankful she did come back here before the rain started. With no phone and no way to contact anyone made it better for her for some reason.
Mrs.Jade opened her eyes and the thing she could think about was the illness that Alice and Ace had. Why didn't the other kids get the illness? She knew that they weren't related, but maybe it was a rare thing. The questions flooded her head like waves of the ocean crashing into the shore. Mrs.Jade got up and looked around for a book or anything she could find.
"I'm not ready to go to the last room," Mrs.Jade thought.
"Am I ready to see Alice and Ace or just one of them?" Mrs.Jade asked herself before walking out the door.
Mrs.Jade walked out of the room and the cries turned into screams then laughing and back to cries. It sent chills down her body. Mrs.Jade walked to the last room and put her hand on the handle. Quietly opening the door trying not to make a sound or a peep. She saw two kids sitting there facing the wall rocking back and forth like asylum patients.
She walked closer to them with soft and quiet steps. Mrs.Jade stopped and looked at their hair and clothes. The girl had long jet-black hair and a black top with navy jeans. The boy had short brown hair and a white ripped shirt with black jean shorts. Around them was covered in blood. Was it from them? It looked too old for it to be theirs. Was it the other kids and teachers?
The questions came back and flooded her head with questions, guilt, and running away. The front door was locked and there was no way out. Mrs.Jade saw a box and quickly opened it there was a key to the front door then she put it in her pocket. Then she spoke.
"Alice? Ace?" Mrs.Jade said the only words that came out of her mouth.
