Rebekah and her husband are excited that they found out they're expecting their first baby. Weeks later , Rebekah, Cami and Hayley talk about baby names. The next morning, it's the day of Rebekah's ultrasound appointment. So Rebekah and Jake arrive at the hospital for her appointment. Rebekah is rubbing her growing belly when her name is called. Hayley and Cami are with her and her husband for support. They get to a room and Rebekah is told to lay on a table. Rebekah is wearing a blue skirt and a pink tank top shirt. She lays on a table and lifts her shirt to above her belly. Then the doctor Jo puts blue gel on Rebekah's baby bump and uses a wand that's now on her growing baby bump. Jo says "there's the baby." Rebekah, Hayley, Cami, and Jake are excited about seeing on the screen the baby that's inside Rebekah's belly. But then she sees a 2nd baby and says to Rebekah and Jake "congratulations you 2 you're expecting twin babies. Then their friend Jo asks "would u like to know the genders of the babies?" They say yes. Jo says "it's a boy and a girl. Rebekah and her husband smile and kiss. Cami and Hayley say "awww". Then they go home and call Klaus and Elijah and tell them Rebekah and her husband are gonna have a twin baby boy and a twin baby girl. Everyone smiles with excitement. Rebekah says " I'm so happy I'm having twins. I always wanted to have children and now I have a twins growing inside me. They're growing in my belly. I can wait to have these babies." Then Cami, Hayley, and Jake rub Rebekah's baby bump as they celebrate her pregnancy update.
