Rebekah has just come out with the pregnancy test and is scared when it comes out positive. Cami and Hayley see it and are stunned but they console Rebekah each saying "I know you're scared but we're here for you and we're gonna support you." Rebekah says "but I'm a vampire so how is it possible that I'm pregnant?" Rebekah then gets a gut feeling something about her true love is the reason how she's pregnant. Then Jo does a checkup on Rebekah where Rebekah is laying on a table and she lifts her shirt up a bit to her chest. After a checkup, Jo says "Rebekah I did the result of how far along you are and it determined you're 6 weeks pregnant." Rebekah is crying. Hayley, Cami, Elijah and Klaus hug Rebekah knowing her true love has to know Rebekah has a baby now growing inside her tummy. As they're driving back to Rebekah's house, Rebekah has a flashback to when she was in the woods and some branches reached out and grabbed her dress and trying to pull her. Then the group gets to Rebekah's house where Rebekah's husband is waiting. He asks "how r u feeling sweetie?" She says "I'm OK but there's more. Can we sit down?" Rebekah and her love sit on their couch and hold hands as Klaus, Elijah, Cami and Hayley watch. Then Rebekah tells her true love the news. She says "I just found out from the doctor Jo who's a friend of ours that I'm pregnant. I'm 6 weeks pregnant." Rebekah and her true love hug and cry knowing their dreams of having a family have now come true because Rebekah now has a baby growing inside her stomach. Then Rebekah and her husband put 1 hand each on her tummy and smile as Hayley and Cami take a picture of them. Then they decide to celebrate by going somewhere to eat. Rebekah is anxious about finding out about the baby between boy or girl. Rebekah and her husband ride in the back of Cami's car where Rebekah puts her head on her husband's shoulder and her hand on his upper chest and her husband puts his arm around her. The 2 are excited they'll soon welcome their first baby into the world. It was a miracle.
