Klaus, Elijah, and Hayley help Jake make a room for the babies. Rebekah is unaware there's a suprise waiting for her at home. As Cami and Rebekah are shopping for stuff for Rebekah's twins, Rebekah starts feeling the babies in her stomach kicking and laughs and then asks Cami "do you wanna feel them kicking inside me?" Cami nods and Rebekah puts Cami's hands to her belly and the babies kick and Cami says "wow. Your babies are kicking. They're happy about being born soon." Rebekah says "I can't wait to have these 2 babies. I feel so great with my big pregnant belly." CA!I says "you are beautiful and you're gonna be a amazing mother to these babies that are growing inside your belly Rebekah." They hug. A while later they get home and see Jake waiting in the living room. Jake and Rebekah kiss. Jake puts his hands on Rebekah's pregnant belly and asks "how are these 2 beautiful babies inside your belly doing?" Rebekah says "they're great. They started kicking as me and Cami were getting stuff for them. Wanna feel em?" Jake nods and rubs Rebekah's baby bump. Then he says "I have something for you Rebekah. Close your eyes for a minute." Then Jake covers Rebekah's eyes and leads her to a room where his uncovers Rebekah's eyes and says "open your eyes sweetheart." Rebekah has her hands over her mouth as she looks and is suprised and happy about the room for the babies is made by him, Hayley, Elijah and Klaus. They each hug Rebekah. Then Jake suprises Rebekah with a picture of him and Rebekah at her ultrasound appointment and her baby shower. When Rebekah asks what it's about, Jake says "well you're 34 weeks pregnant so I thought me and the others can suprise you with this." Then Hayley and Cami ask Jake and Rebekah to stand together with each one hand on Rebekah's growing baby bump and Cami and Hayley take their picture. Then moments later they're all having orange juice and Cami says to Jake and Rebekah "to the soon to be parents".
