Chapter Thirteen

I woke up next to Xavier. We were cuddled up. This bed is huge but we decided to cuddle up. I look over and see that he is still sleeping. I got up and walked over to the bathroom. I put on a pair of sweats and walked downstairs. I looked around and finally made it to the kitchen where the butler is standing. “Would you like some breakfast sir?” He asked looking at me strangely. “Um…. No thanks. I’ll just take a double expresso with whip, if you can do that.” I responded awkwardly. “Yes sir, I can do that.” He smiled at me and turned to the coffee maker. That think looks expensive. Oh my lord. “Loving the advantages of having a butler?” Asked a woman walking into the kitchen. I turned around and it was Chanel. I nodded. “I will take a coffee with cream and some eggs Vincent.” Chanel demands the butler. “Right away madam.” He nods. How rich are these people? “How’d you sleep Ryder?” She asked sitting down next to me. “I slept well.” I smiled. “Good, good.” She smiles at me. We kept talking about things back home and drinking our coffee for a few minutes. Xavier walks in and wraps his arms around me. He grabs my coffee and takes a drink. “You know if you want your own you can have one?” Chanel laughed. “No thanks. I like taking his stuff.” He respond and smiled at me. He sat on my lap and talked to Chanel. “Here is your breakfast madam. Anything for you Xavier?” The butler asked. “I’m good. Thanks though.” He smiled at me. Ivan. Holly and Xavier’s grandma walked in. “You know there is a chair right next to him right?” Holly asked Xavier. “Leave the two love birds alone.” His grandma slaps her arm. She sighed and walked over to the butler and so did Ivan. “So…” Holly smiles and walks over next to us. “Oh god. Don’t ask the question.” Ivan rolled his eyes sitting down next to his mom. She smiles at Ivan and turns back to us. “Who is the bottom?” She asked us still smiling. Xavier and I look at each other and I pointed at Xavier. Everyone started laughing. Xavier slaps my hand away and gave me a look of death. “That’s just so wrong.” Ivan shook his eyes. Xavier starts staring at His twin. And so does Ivan. The kept looking at each other awkwardly. We all turned to them watching them look at each other. “You are a shapeshifter.” Xavier tells Ivan. “And you are a banshee and a coyote.” Ivan informs Xavier. “Whoa… So how can you be both?” His grandma asked. “I was born a banshee but you can blame him for the other thing.” Xavier says and winks at me. “What happened?” Chanel asked me. “In order for a mating process to be complete, I have to mark my mate. Which I did but I went to deep and he about died. So we had cougar blood to heal him. And cougar and wolf blood don’t mix very well which turned him into a coyote.” I informed them. “Haha too deep.” Ivan giggles. Chanel smacks his face. I laugh. Cain comes running into the kitchen and we all turn to him. “We have a problem.” Cain informs.
