-SAYURI'S POV-

Looking at his manuscript, I was riddled with confusion. Nothing in his story made sense at all! I was searching through his manuscript trying to find a coherent story, but it was proving to not bear fruit. Then I remembered that I could speak to Takano-san. I called him, waiting for him to answer. Then he picked up, "Moshimoshi."

"Takano-san, I'm looking through Shino-sensei's manuscript and nothing is making sense. May I fax it to you and you can help me?" I asked.

"Sure." he answered.

I faxed everything and waiting for him to look at it. He finally said, "What he seems to be trying to do is make it humorous, however, the humor appears to be too dark for his audience. Try taking out the jokes that are border lining on seinen territory."

"Arigato, Takano-san." I answered him. He grunted, then we hung up. I made my final corrections on the manuscript, then I went to bed.

-THE NEXT MORNING-

Me and Kisa took our regular route to work. Kisa asked me, "So, how will you handle Shino-sensei's manuscript?"

"It seems I'll have to go to his place after work. He's struggling and he needs a helping hand." I answered.

Kisa smiled, "You're too kind for your own good, but given the situation, it's needed."

I chuckled. We made it to the office and as expected, it was in chaos due to it being the ending of our 20 day period. I called Shino-sensei's phone. He didn't answer. I stood up, "Takano-san, I need to see Shino-sensei personally.."

Mino-kun looked up at me, "Is that the best course of action? We're closing in on the deadline as it is."

I knew this because whenever this happened, Onodera-kun is more frantic than usual. I looked Mino-kun in the eye, "Yes, it is. He's the last manuscript and I don't believe in sending anyone incomplete work. It's not fair to anyone."

Takano-san nodded, "Go."

I bowed, "Thank you very much!"

With that boost of confidence, I ran out the door.
