February 8, 2017: I went to class the next morning. During class, I told Savannah about what was happening. The Valentine Candy was being sold abnormally fast, it was on sale today. Adults brought in candy and things for it. We can only get the candy if we actually buy one, though.
"That was short notice." Savannah bleated with a matter of fact tone. I nodded back. "So, how's the whole 'selling stuff' going to work? Do we have to sell it?"
"God, I hope not." I laughed, laying my head down.
"You came up with this idea?" Alex snarled back at me. I smirked.
"More or less," I looked at my fingernails like a rude teenage girl. "Jealous yet?" I grinned slyly.
"Of you?" Alex scoffed. "Why would you think that?"
"'Cause I'm way cooler than you?" I shrugged casually.
"Not a chance." Alex snarled back. I snarled harshly in reply.
"Alright you three, get back to work." My language arts teacher called over. I grinned at her innocently and continued writing.
Over the next few days; we sold tickets for the school's poorly put together dance and we sold Valentine Grams. The dance was on a Saturday, the 11th to be exact. Valentine's day was Tuesday. At the dance Savannah and I would sell pizza, give out candy, sell soda, juice, and water bottles, and sell some other food all for about 75 cents.
