ChapterTwelve-London Date

November 15th, 2008

  It's now two weeks later, and 7th Anthem have become a hit on The X Factor. They've survived each result show, and they've come out more stronger and more popular than ever!

 This week's theme was British Classics, and as a result, 7A performed their power-electro-pop-rock version of Depeche Mode's song, Just Can't Get Enough. Of course, they were a favorite among the judges.

 It's about an hour after the live show ended. Andrew was at a bar nearby the TV studio. He was regretting how he cheated on Alyson with Amanda. He loved his girlfriend, but he had his feelings mixed up with Amanda. Alyson told him that they needed a break until Andrew figured out his feelings. He did, and he wants to stay with Alyson.

  As Andrew stared into his drink, he saw Justin sitting down next to him. Justin asked him, "Erm, is it okay I sit here?"

 He said nothing. Justin said to him, "Look, I'm sorry for what I did to you. I wanted to find a way for you to break away from Amanda. But I didn't expect to fall for her, or cheat on Bailey."

 Andrew then looked at Justin, and said in a slightly slurred speech, "I love Alyson, and I want her back."

  "Didn't you hear a word I said?"

  "Yeah, I heard you. What about you and Bailey?"

 Justin scoffed, "I don't think she wants me back at all. I've never cheated on anyone before. Yeah, there were times I wanted to be with her whilst I was dating other girls, including Alyson."

  Andrew asked in a snarky tone, "Did you TP their houses while you were dating them?"

  "Andrew, that was just f*cking rumor that Ethan probably made up."

  "You do know that Ethan only hates me, right?"

 "Ethan and I weren't really friends to begin with me. He would talk crap about everyone, and brag about his designer whatever. I could've sworn he was gay. He didn't have many girlfriends, and he was distant from Bailey."

 Andrew laughed, "Yeah, I suspected that he might be gay. It would explain why he's obsessed with me."

 The two guys laughed as if they were friends again. Then Justin suggest, "Why don't you try to plan something crazy for Alyson to show you still love her?"

 Andrew smiled at the suggestion, so he replied, "Why don't we team up and win our girlfriends back by doing what you said?"

  "You're drunk, aren't you?"

  "Tipsy, so you're driving."

  "Good point. Anyway, I guess we could do that."

 It's now Monday. 7A survived the results show once again, and now beginning to rehearse for the next theme: Early 90s British boy-band Take That.

 After a full day of rehearsals, Alyson and Bailey got anonymous texts. It said to go to the nearest bistro.

  Bailey asked, "Who has our number?"

  Alyson replied, "It better not be Ethan."

  "Maybe we should ignore the texts, or at least bring the guys with us."

  Suddenly, a recognizable guy's voice spoke to the two girls, "Don't ignore the texts."

  The two girls turned to see who it was. They saw Andrew and Justin, standing and smiling. Bailey scoffed, but Alyson asked, "Why are you two doing this?"

  Andrew approached her, saying, "I regret what I did to you. I've never wanted cheat on you, but I did. I want to make things right with you, and show how much I love you."

 Alyson tried to not to smile. As for Bailey, she told Justin coldly, "Forget it, Justin. You crossed the line when you were sleeping with Amanda!"

 Justin retorted, "How many times did I tell you? I didn't sleep with her! The most we did was eat at a few restaurants and kissed a couple of times. We didn't do full-out snogs like Andy did with her."

 Andrew faced Justin, said to him in a irritated tone, "Don't call me 'Andy'! It's 'Andrew'!"

  Alyson then burst out laughing. Bailey and Justin stared at her, but Andrew smiled at her. She said to Bailey after she calmed down, "Why don't we let the boys take us out? Maybe they're really regretful."

  Andrew and Justin smiled, so they lead the two girls into their car. Justin was the driver. They soon arrived at a bistro. Alyson was trying to compose herself, but kept laughing at Andrew's arrogant moments.

 Feeling slightly insecure, he asked her, "Can you please not laugh at me? I get that I'm awesomely funny cuz I was born awesome, but really?"

 Alyson said to him, "I'm sorry, Andrew. Truth be told, your arrogance is amusing. I've grown to not take it seriously. But really, it's something that I, um..."

 Andrew noticed that Alyson looked hesitant. He knew she wanted to say that she loved his arrogant moments, but she couldn't. He gave her a weak smile, knowing that the hurt was still there.

 As for Justin, he tried to impress Bailey by acting arrogant, but she was still hardheaded. Feeling desperate, Justin got up from his chair, and whispered into Andrew's ear, "Can I talk to you in private?"

 Andrew looked at Justin weirdly, but he followed him to the bathroom. He asked Justin, "What is it?"

  Justin replied, "How do you do it?"

  "Do what?"

  "Get Alyson to forgive you. I can't get Bailey to do the same."

  Andrew joked, "Well, it doesn't help to act like me. I'm a Hawthorne. I was born to be a badass."

  "Seriously, Andrew, you need to cut the crap."

  "Look, Aly and I grew up together. We know each other very well, even though half the time was spent on hating each other. That's why she can laugh at my arrogance. As for you and Bailey, you two met in fifth grade. You tend to be more reserved, while Bailey is outgoing. During our time in the band, you didn't say much about your life back in England. It's no wonder why Bailey doesn't trust you."

  Justin thought for a moment, and then he said, "Let's do something reckless."

  Andrew was taken back by that suggestion, so he asked, "What do you mean by 'reckless'?"

  "I mean, I try to pull some crazy stunt with Bailey."

  "Like what?"

  "I don't know, you come up with something."

 Andrew laughed nervously, "You're the one who's in love with Bailey, and wants to do something stupid. Beside, the only 'reckless stunts' I pull are suing people. Do you know why?"

 Justin groaned, "If you say your name and mention that your parents are lawyers again, I'll punch you."

  "Actually, I was going to say that I'm too pretty, but that's good too."

 Justin rolled his eyes as Andrew laughed. Then he said to Justin, "Why don't you go on your phone, and Google 'crazy date stunts in London'?"

 Justin then went on his phone. After a while, the two guys went back to their table. Justin grinned at Bailey, while Andrew looked nervous.

  The girls noticed, so Alyson asked, "Guys, what happened in the bathroom?"

  Andrew said nervously, "Um, let Justin explain, or show, or something."

  Bailey asked Justin suspiciously, "Justin, what are you planning?"

 Justin replied while still grinning, "You know how you said that you don't cuz I told Amanda that I'm a bad boy, yeah?"

  "What'd you do?"

 "Nothing yet, but I'll show you a bit of my bad boy side. And Andrew and Alyson are coming with us."

  Andrew's blue eyes widen, and said, "No, leave me and Aly out of this."

  "C'mon, Andy!" Justin whined. "You and Aly are my mates. It'll be fun!"

  Andrew said to Justin in an irritated tone, "Stop calling me 'Andy'! You know how much I hate being called that!"

  "I'll stop calling you 'Andy' if you and Aly come with me and Bailey," he said smugly.

  Bailey, feeling offended, asked, "Who said I'm coming with you?"

  "Just trust me on this."

 Then the two couples left the restaurant, and went into Justin's car. Soon, Justin started speeding off. He went to a parking lot, and drive circles, and sped off again. Andrew, Alyson, and Bailey were holding on to their seats.

 Justin then arrived at the Tower Bridge after driving recklessly and making circles. He stopped in the middle of the bridge, and took Bailey out of the car. He smiled as he saw her struggling to keep a straight face.

  He asked her, "So, what do you think?"

 Bailey then burst out laughing as she said, "That was the most ridiculous thing you've ever done...and I didn't want it to end. I kind of like this slightly reckless side of you."

  "So, all is forgiven?"

 Bailey thought for a moment, then she said, "I'll give you another shot, but keep giving me your bad boy personality. And don't cheat on me again."

 Justin smiled, and soon kissed her. At the same time, Andrew and Alyson were outside the car. Andrew turned to Alyson, and asked, "So, are we back together?"

  Alyson asked, "Are going to cheat on me again."

  "I'll cheat on other girls just to be with you."

  "That's all I wanted to hear."

  Then the two kissed. Andyson and Bailstin are back.
